이탈리아 리구리아주 소재 비치 호텔

이것은 잠재적으로 내가 호텔에서 받은 최고의 고객 서비스였습니다. 불행히도 체크인을 한 여성의 이름을 놓쳤지만 그녀는 놀랍도록 따뜻하고 거품이 많았습니다. 그녀는 Vernazza에 나를 환영하고 방문을 향상시키는 진정으로 도움이 되는 조언을 제공했으며 짧은 체류 기간 동안 매우 친절하고 세심했습니다. 방은 친퀘테레의 작은 마을에서 흔히 볼 수 있는 것처럼 작았지만 편안하고 깨끗하며 인기 있는 목적지에 대한 훌륭한 가치였습니다. 아침 식사 스프레드도 훌륭했습니다. 위치는 거의 편리 할 수 없습니다. 호텔은 기차역에서 불과 몇 분 거리에 있으며, 특히 수하물을 가지고 도착했을 때 높이 평가되었으며, 마을, 산책로, 기차 및 보트 서비스는 모두 쉽게 접근 할 수 있습니다. 도보, 철도, 물론 보트로 친퀘테레를 탐험하기에 이상적인 기지였습니다. Vernazza의 비교적 몇 안 되는 전통 호텔 중 하나인 Pensione Sorriso는 방문객들에게 휴가용 아파트에 머무르는 것보다 지역 환대 사업을 지원할 수 있는 기회를 제공합니다. 이런 작고 많이 방문한 커뮤니티에서는 고려해 볼 가치가 있다고 생각합니다. 뛰어난 환대로 특히 특별하게 만들어진 환영하고 편안하며 기억에 남는 숙박 시설입니다.

에어컨이 작동하지 않았습니다 수리하는데 시간이 좀 걸렸다 담당자는 전혀 도움이되지 않았습니다. 결국 수정되었고 우리는 무료 식사를 제공 받았습니다. 그는 우리를 돕기 위해 관심을 보이지 않았습니다. 다른 직원과 청소부는 환상적이었습니다.

The staff at Hotel al Sant’Andrea were TOP NOTCH! Very kind, informative, and always greeted us with a smile! The breakfast was basic but delicious and we always left full. The rooms were very basic and a bit run down but the beds were very comfortable. The rooms kind of felt like a dorm room to me. A/C worked well. Rooms were big for European hotel rooms (I’m Canadian and used to very large hotel rooms). The shower was very small but for only a 2 night stay it wasn’t a big deal. There was a mini fridge that actually kept items cold! I find hotel mini fridges are usually subpar. The location wasn’t ideal for us because the train station was a 15 minute walk away but if you are driving, location wouldn’t be an issue. We did not explore Sarzana, this was used as a home base to explore Cinque Terre, and for the price, I believe this hotel is worth it.

We stayed at Hotel San Desiderio for four nights, and everything exceeded our expectations. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring, making us feel as if we were staying in our own home rather than a hotel. Their warm hospitality made our trip even more special. The location is excellent, just a short walk from both the beach and the train station, making it very convenient for exploring the area. Our room was spotless and well maintained throughout our stay. We also loved the atmosphere of the hotel, which is beautifully decorated with photographs and paintings that give it a unique and artistic charm. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend Hotel San Desiderio to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and authentic place to stay. We would be happy to return in the future.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for the first time with our two children. We booked two rooms, both offering a stunning view of the sea. The atmosphere is charming and naturally elegant, enhanced by the historic character of the building. The staff was friendly and supportive throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of both international and local options. The beach is just across the street, only a two-minute walk, which was perfect for us. We also appreciated the hotel’s convenient parking, located just outside the building. The swimming pool with its bar was a highlight—an ideal spot to relax and enjoy an aperitif before dinner. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that we would be happy to repeat in the future.

호텔은 훌륭했고 도시의 훌륭한 위치에 있었습니다. 직원들은 훌륭하고 매우 좋았습니다. 아침 식사는 기본적인 유럽식이지만 매우 훌륭하고 커피는 사랑스러웠습니다. 나는 의심의 여지없이이 호텔로 다시 갈 것입니다. 스파 수영장은 추웠고 전반적으로 스파는 들어갈 가치가 각각 €18가 없었지만 전반적으로 호텔은 훌륭했습니다. 직원이 한 가지 한 가지는 우리 방에서 뜨거운 음료를 마시는 데 필요한 것을 충족시키는 것이었습니다. 주전자는 제공되지 않았지만 필요할 때 트레이와 찻주전자를 제공하는 데 도움이 되었습니다. 아침에 차 한 잔을 마셔야 합니다. 호텔 유로파 감사합니다!

호텔은 항구 옆에 편리하게 위치해 있습니다. 유람선이 정박 할 때 딸을 방문하는 것이 우리의 목적입니다. 역에서 호텔까지 7 번 버스가 있습니다. 호텔 바로 밖에는 아니지만 버스 정류장에서 호텔까지 도보 거리에 있습니다. 호텔은 깔끔하고 깨끗합니다. 버스 정류장 건너편에는 많은 레스토랑과 슈퍼마켓이 있습니다. 일반적으로 스위스에 비해 영어를 구사하는 이탈리아인을 많이 찾을 수 없었습니다. 길을 묻는 데 어려움을 겪었습니다. 오해하지 마세요. 자발적으로 우리를 안내하고 버스와 거리에서 우리를 도운 친절하고 도움이되는 사람들이 있습니다.

C’était notre second séjour dans cet hôtel spacieux. Lit très confortable, chambre très propre avec vue aérienne sur la mer. Très bien situé pour accéder au centre ville en 5 mn à pied. Petit déjeuner au dessus de beaucoup d’hôtels. Le SPA est très agréable pour un moment de détente.

여동생과 저는 휴가를 갔었는데, 호텔은 대부분 성인 커플과 가족 단위 손님들로 가득했습니다. 위치도 훌륭하고 직원들도 친절했습니다. 처음 전화했을 때 다리미판과 샤워젤을 가져다주셨고, 슬리퍼도 있었는데 매일 청소해 주시고 수건도 갈아주셨습니다. 바다와도 가까워서 좋았습니다. 해변도 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 모두 친절했습니다. 바다로 들어가는 입구가 조금 좁고 돌이 많았지만, 부두에서 계단으로 올라갈 수 있었습니다. 러시아어를 구사하는 직원들이 있었습니다. 리셉션 직원과 웨이터분도 매우 친절했고, 많은 조언을 해 주셨습니다. 마을도 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 포르토피노까지 걸어갈 수 있습니다.

This is a service apartment occupied the whole 4th floor without any elevator. The location is great, just between Piazza Colombo and Piazza Siro Carli with a lot of restaurants.  It’s a little bit far away from the train station, about 15 minutes walking. Overall I enjoyed my stay.
