바(Bar) 시설을 갖춘 모로코 카사블랑카 호텔

수영장 없음 - 매우 기본적인 객실 - 미니 냉장고 없음 - 깨끗한 객실 - 약 4~5분 거리에 공항까지 셔틀 버스가 있습니다. 레스토랑에서 주문한 음식을 가져오는 데 1시간 이상 걸리며(주방 직원들이 단체 음식을 준비하느라 바빠서) 다른 손님을 오래 기다리게 만듭니다. 좋은 것은 가격이 너무 비싸다.

기차역과 가깝습니다. 서비스 태도가 별로 좋지 않습니다. 1시에 체크인을 하러 갔는데 2시까지 기다려야 했습니다. 점심을 먹기 위해 짐을 잠시 보관하고 싶었지만, 제가 직접 하는 것을 허락하지 않았습니다. 실제로 바로 옆에 짐 보관실이 있습니다. 프런트 데스크에 직원이 2명 있었는데, 체크인을 한 사람은 한 명뿐이었습니다. 효율성이 낮고, 얼굴도 나쁘다. 객실의 물은 냄새가 심하고, 수건은 없고 목욕 수건만 있고, 칫솔과 물도 없습니다.

이 호텔은 나쁘지 않습니다. 서비스 컨셉이 매우 좋고, 아침 식사도 좋고, 객실 시설이 비교적 새롭기 때문에 불평할 것이 없습니다. 추천하다

Excellent location 10 minutes to the train station, making it super easy to get around. The breakfast was fresh and tasty with plenty of options, and the staff were warm, helpful, and always smiling. Highly recommend!

A modern contemporary hotel close to the Casablanca Voyageurs Train Station. The hotel has now combined with Campanile to have sole check in. The desk service is slow and inconsistent. I arrived at 3pm but had to wait an hour to get my room. The housekeeping was mediocre and the room wasn’t cleaned nor towels changed. I asked for this to be done at reception but to no avail. I needed an iron and was provided a broken one a day later. In the end I got my shirts pressed by the local dry cleaner. The room was spacious with decent views. The breakfast was limited and the same each day. Not a true 4* hotel. By combining with Campanile to cut costs has had a negative effect on service.

Hassan II Mosque 바로 옆에 있으며 대서양 해안에서 도보로 5분 거리에 있으며 가성비가 좋습니다. 그리고 컨벤션 및 전시 센터 옆에 있는 비즈니스 전시에 적합하며 출장에 좋습니다.

A great spot to explore Casablanca, being located in the city center. Loved the modern rooms and the great service. I am staying with another Onomo location by the airport on my way back!
