피트니스 시설 시설을 갖춘 미국 콜로라도 호텔

在酒店前台辦理入住手續就等了好久，前台工作人員顯然不熟悉業務，要讓我刷房費，事實上我已經在攜程把所有的房費都交清了！然後又説要我250刀作為按金，其他相同的酒店都要20刀！我覺得也是因為他明顯不熟悉業務造成的！ 房間總體還行，但是設備有幾項都有問題：有一個床頭燈不亮、書桌上的接線板管用、衞生間沒有浴液、也沒有香皂！ 早餐有點簡單，唯一值得點讚的是鮮榨橙汁還不錯！ 總體的入住體驗一般般很一般

접수원은 친절하지만 손님이 구매해야 하는 무료 식수는 없습니다.

내가 좋아하는 것: (1) 24시간 차/커피 제공, 아침 식사는 간단하지만 충분한 선택, 계란, 소시지, 와플, 빵, 오트밀, 주스, 커피, 차 과일 (2) 직원들은 전문적이며 일을 잘 설명합니다. (3) 가구는 내가 머무르는 다른 Hampton보다 약간 새롭습니다. 개선할 수 있는 사항: (1) 오후 745시부터 830시까지 Island 3(Door 512)에서 기다렸다가 셔틀 서비스를 확보하기 위해 두 번 전화를 걸었습니다. 나는 다른 호텔 셔틀이 이미 그 분 안에 4-5 시간으로 떨어지는 것을 보았고 Cambria와 같은 다른 호텔 셔틀도 30 분 이내에 떨어졌습니다. 내가 Hampton에 도착했을 때, 그것은 이미 850pm이었고, 또한 옆집 레스토랑이 문을 닫았다는 것을 깨달았다. 평소 서비스 시간에서 벗어나는 것인지 이해하지만 고객을 더 일찍 픽업 할 수 있도록 다른 호텔 브랜드와 함께 벤처 서비스를 할 수 있는지 궁금합니다. I stayed at the Westin the night before my flight because I didn't want to panic about getting to the airport on time. I'd heard Westin is good quality and the location really is so convenient so I splurged. I kind of wish I hadn't. The room was very basic. The shower was nice, but there was nothing about my stay that made me think ”worth every penny!” Especially since they charge for internet. Good things: the staff are delightful although they definitely seemed understaffed and a bit stressed. The rooms are very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It's AT the airport and so easy to navigate! I asked for some extra water and they brought a lot. The room service food was so good. Meh things: the carpet made me super glad I brought my own slippers. It didn't seem dirty, but something about carpeted hotel rooms are kind of icky. The coffee cups were all paper and I just felt like I was making a lot of trash when all I wanted was evening tea and morning coffee. Boo things: not even an hour of free wifi? Just straight up ”pay 18 extra dollars on top of the hundreds for a basic room so you can tell your family you arrived ok and make sure you know where to go at the airport tomorrow.” I don't know, I'm not a business guy but it felt very cheap and petty.

First off this hotel has a great location. You can get on C-470 in just 2 - 3 minutes and access to I-25 is just as easy and takes only 5 or so minutes. Within less than a mile radius is the Park Meadows Mall, several supermarkets/drug stores, more restaurants than you can imagine, Walmart, Sam's Club, Target, Costco, Ikea, golf courses, bike trails, parks, and so on. The hotel appears to have been updated fairly recently as all finishes in the building looked clean, shiney and quite new. Our room was of average size with 2 queen beds that were very comfortable. We especially liked the fact that the shower/toilet area was separated from the bathroom sink area. The room was very quiet as there was no noise from either the outside or from adjoining rooms or the hallway. I usually don't sleep well in hotels, as the slightest noise keeps me awake, but during our stay here I slept like a baby. The front desk personnel were professional, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. The only slight minus to our experience was that the breakfast menu was on the light side compared to most other hotels we have stayed in, however the dining space is spacious and clean. In summary, you can't go wrong in choosing to stay at this well managed hotel.

Good things were location, cleanliness, and modern (flipped) updates, big kitchen with all needed cooking appliances. Bad things were: room wasn’t ready upon arrival two hours after checkin (same for several other people waiting); noise - window A/C units kept in during winter created only a thin sheet of plastic separating outdoors. Lots of stomping, carts rolling, yelling at night, and traffic noise right outside bedrooms; poor responsiveness for missing items (no coffee maker - took three calls over several hours), no soap or shampoo in showers (delivered on last day), not enough coffee packets (never delivered despite multiple calls). Shuttle service very iffy. Sometimes only one running during high volume times. Advertisement on trip.com did not reveal that place was under major construction so no pool or hot tub or ski lockers available. Sidewalks and entry extremely icy and dangerous to walk on. Makeshift second floor check in room (due to construction) required walking on icy walkways and staircases to get to. Surprised they could get away with this from an insurance perspective.

좋은 위치. 새 숙소는 깨끗하고 스타일리시합니다. 미적으로도 만족스럽고, 매우 깨끗하며 편안합니다. 세면도구도 마음에 듭니다. 하지만 여기서 끝입니다. 체크인은 괜찮았지만 따뜻한 환영은 아니었습니다. 마치 불편을 끼치는 것처럼 보였습니다. 또한, 직원분이 컴퓨터에서 뭔가를 찾고 있었는데 알려주지 않아서 그냥 서서 답변을 기다려야 했습니다. 객실에 있는 Atwell 카드에는 ”필요한 것이 있으면 알려주세요”라고 적혀 있었습니다. 샤워캡이 필요했는데 없었습니다. 식탁 의자가 하나밖에 없어서 더 달라고 요청했지만 리셉션 직원이 ”아무도 연락이 안 돼서 그게 전부인 것 같습니다.”라고 말했습니다. 마지막으로 요청한 것은 아침 식사를 위해 개인 식기를 가져왔기 때문에 그릇이었습니다. 물론 ”그건 없지만 아침 식사는 내려오세요.”라고 말했습니다. 조언: 필요한 물품을 요청할 수는 있지만 그게 끝입니다. 대부분의 호텔은 여행객을 위한 기본적인 편의시설을 갖추고 있지만 이곳은 그렇지 않습니다. 이 지역에는 여행객을 위해 더욱 잘 준비된 호텔이 많기 때문에 우리가 다시 이곳에 올 것 같지는 않습니다.
