arrived around 3pm and checked in at the bar as instructed I received a warm welcome and even had my case carried up the stairs (no lift). I was given room 3, a single which was more than adequate with large single bed (very comfy) separate bath tub and wc plus t & coffee- I was pleasantly surprised. The wall mounted tv worked efficiently, there was sufficient storage and hanging space for my two night needs & the t and milks were topped up as requested. brekky was adequate and I enjoyed my stay. The ten am check out was a bit of a problem on the second morning as my train wasn’t until noon (less than 5 minutes walk to the station). the bus to Stratford, Warwick and Coventry goes from round the corner and the town is 7 - 10 minutes walk across the river bridge and past the pump room. plenty of dining options. good value for money but more a boarding house than hotel. I would return

이 호텔에서 예약하게되어 매우 기쁩니다. RSC를 보러 오는 동안 밤을 보낼 곳이 필요했고 공원 건너편에 위치가 더 좋을 수 없었습니다. 방은 너무 예쁘고 필요한 모든 것, 욕조, 비누, 다리미, 커피/차를 만들 수 있는 주전자, 헤어드라이어가 있었습니다. AC는 없지만 조수 개와 나는 팬만 있으면 괜찮 았습니다. (겨울에 궁금합니다?) 그러나 수건 따뜻한 선반이있었습니다. 수건과 작은 세탁 옷을 말리는 것이 환상적입니다. 체크인 및 체크 아웃이 매우 쉽고 오늘 밤 떠날 때까지 수하물을 보관하고 있으므로 매우 감사합니다. 내가 방에 추가하고 싶은 유일한 것은 내가 무엇을하고 있는지 정말로 볼 수 있었기 때문에 욕실 거울에 더 나은 조명입니다 🤣 그리고 술집에서 주문하기 더 좋은 시스템일 수도 있습니다. 조금 느렸기 때문에... 그러나 음식은 빨리 물기 위해 괜찮 았습니다. 모두가 좋았고 나는 확실히 돌아올 것입니다 🙌🏾

이 호텔은 럭비와 M1/M6에 편리한 아름다운 환경에 있습니다. 경내와 건물은 아름답지만 무시의 흔적이 있습니다. 우리는 마구간에 있는 스위트룸에 머물렀는데 피곤했습니다. 온라인 사진에서 알 수 있었지만 우리 욕실에는 욕조에 머리카락이 있었고 플러그홀에 막혔습니다. 샤워는 뜨겁지 않았고 변기 플러시가 좋지 않았습니다. 아침 식사는 기껏해야 평범했고 아무도 눈을 감지하지 않고 뜨거운 음식이 많이 떨어졌고 우리는 물건을 가져 오라고 요청해야했습니다. 직원은 50/50이었습니다. 일부는 매우 유쾌했지만 일부는 무관심했습니다. 접수 원 중 한 명은 우리 방으로가는 길을 제대로 알려주지 않았습니다. 방과 건물 개선에 약간의 돈을 썼다면 더 지불하게 되어 기뻤을 것입니다. 잠재력이 엄청나다는 것이 정말 부끄럽습니다!

이 장소는 숨을 들이마시거나 스트랫포드 어폰 에본으로 걸어 건축물을 즐기고 역사를 볼 수 있는 아름답고 조용한 위치였습니다. 우리가 그곳에서 더 많은 시간을 보낼 수 있기를 바랍니다. 그리고 우리는 확실히 돌아와서 더 탐험할 계획입니다. 매우 깨끗하고 깔끔하며 넓은 숙박 시설. 객실 내와 호텔의 부속품은 훌륭했습니다. 린넨과 수건은 훌륭한 품질이었습니다. 서비스는 전체적으로 훌륭했고 모든 직원은 매우 정중하고 도움이되었습니다.

방금 이 호텔에 머물렀고 선택하게 되어 너무 기쁩니다! 방은 놀랍도록 넓었습니다 뻗을 수 있는 충분한 공간 그리고 침구에서 욕실까지 흠 잡을 데없이 깨끗했습니다. 또한 아침 식사는 매일 아침 기분이 좋아지는 신선한 옵션으로 멋진 터치였습니다. 100% 추천합니다!

The room itself was generally fine, and the heating worked perfectly. However, we experienced a significant issue with the bathroom: the water would not drain properly, leaving the floor flooded. We had to use a wiper to push the water toward the sink and drain (images attached), which was very inconvenient. Another surprising and disappointing detail was that no towels or soap were provided. These are basic essentials in any hotel, and since we did not bring our own, we were charged extra for them. This felt completely unreasonable. Finally, the location is far from ideal. The hotel is quite a distance from the town centre, and public transport is infrequent, making it difficult to get around. Would not recommend!!!

We did not eat, so cannot comment on it. The hotel was quite unusual, yet with charm in a ramshackle, real sense. It reminded me of backpacking in Asia, but staying in a nicer kind of place while doing so. The explanation for why soap disappeared from the hotel made no real sense, but as we can use the liquids it was okay... it seems an odd penny-pinching move to deny guests a simple small round disc of... 'Guest soap' during their stay. They do exist, I stay in hotels often. It's jarring not to give people soap, and overall I suggest that it is a negative cost saving given the potential loss of repeat business that such incongruences, as they build, can result in. A special thanks to the kind night receptionist.

Lovely hotel, great location, plenty of parking. Room and bed in particular were of a high standard.Very impressive sounds, breakfast was extensive and of a good quality, especially the coffee, staff were helpful and engaged in maximising customer service
