바(Bar) 시설을 갖춘 영국 파이프 호텔

Beautiful property, the lounge areas are tastefully done. Has dinner on the property, amazing food with great value for the set dinner. The room is big and clean. Great water pressure. However there is no AC, not sure how it is during the summer. We arrived at a perfect weather, the room provides a little table fan for ventilation. Would definitely return again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by how friendly and polite the staff were. The hotel room was clean and well stocked with towels Scotch biscuits and all the coffee and tea we could drink. There are two bars here and a restaurant and an absolutely stunning garden the parking facilities were plentiful. The staff were able to assist me with a set of pliers so I could fix the zip for my bag. And the hotel is 5 minutes walk from the main road to Edinburgh so you can catch a bus direct to Edinburgh that runs from the early morning to very late at 23:30. Stay here to save a few pound in comparison to central Edinburgh and be pleasantly surprised by the peaceful atmosphere great for winding down after travelling We also asked for the bathtub and they provided.

We had a lovely and peaceful weekend at this hotel. One of the best places not far from busy Edinburgh to enjoy a day together with the family. The service is outstanding, and the staff is polite and helpful. We really enjoyed the SPA area with the warm swimming pool and sauna. We will definitely come back to get some relaxation in this place.

Good breakfast and a good family dinner menu

호텔은 깨끗했지만, trip.com에서 여동생과 함께 쓰려고 더블 베드룸을 예약했는데, 결제하고 나서 더블 룸이라는 확인을 받았고 환불이 불가능하다고 했습니다. 호텔에 연락했더니 트윈룸이 없어서 시스템에서 더블 룸으로 변경되었다고 했습니다. trip.com에 연락해서 예약을 취소하려고 했더니 환불이 불가능하다고 했습니다. 저는 오류가 발생한 것이 아니라 호텔 시스템 오류라고 설명했습니다. 담당자는 호텔에 연락해서 환불이 가능한지 확인해 보겠다고 했지만, 환불이 거부되었고 trip.com에서도 도움을 줄 수 없다고 답했습니다. 저는 너무 화가 나서 소파베드에서 자야 했는데, 너무 불편했습니다. 게다가 난방에서 쿵쿵거리는 소리가 나서 잠이 얕은 저는 제대로 잠을 잘 수 없었습니다.

房間很棒！如果窗户外面是球場更好 攜程應該可以做到！
