바(Bar) 시설을 갖춘 영국 더럼 호텔

W well-located Hotel with friendly staff and good food. The Hotel is a bit dated in its appearance and could be at an upper grade if rooms/bathroom had more standard items eg hairdryer, draw/shelf space). A ceiling leaking water into a bucket was not the fault of staff but did not create a good impression in reception.

클럽 18-30 경험처럼. 호텔은 환상적이었고 음식은 훌륭했고 직원들은 멀리갔습니다. 그러나 호텔의 주요 기능은 잠을 잘 곳이 있다는 것입니다. 호텔은 숙박 당일 밤 두 차례의 결혼식을 했는데 12시 45분부터 14시 30분 사이에 복도를 통과하는 비명을 지르고 웃고 파티를 하며 잠을 잘 수가 없었습니다. 상황을 해결하려고 하는 어떤 직원이나, 그냥 많은 소음을 듣지 못했어요. 개들이 머물기 위해 20 파운드의 추가 요금을 지불해야했고 그들은 허용되지 않았습니다. 식당에서 - 매우 합리적이지만 추가 요금을 지불하지 않거나 따라야 할 필요가없는 다른 동물들이 더 잘 행동했다고 말해야합니다. 기본적인 행동 규칙이 있습니다. 체크아웃시, 즐거운 숙박이 있는지 묻지도 않았습니다. 직원들이 잘못된 관리를 확인하고 싶지 않다고 생각합니다. 이것이 사용 된 일종의 설립이지만 Trip.com이라면 첫인상이 먼 길을 가고 있다고 말할 수 있으며 앞으로 다른 호텔 중개인에게 계속 협조 할 것입니다.

A very pleasant stopover stay on a journey north. Plenty of car parking, food was good (we got a great deal on a 3 course set menu for £20), cooked breakfast was really tasty and cooked fresh to order, the grounds and setting were lovely.

한 번에 두 가족 여행을 예약했습니다. 호텔은 도심과 가까운 매우 좋은 위치에 있으며 식사와 쇼핑에 매우 편리합니다. 방은 특별히 크지는 않지만 매우 깨끗하고 깔끔하며 레이아웃이 합리적입니다. 침대는 매우 편안했고 베개와 이불은 매우 푹신했고 수면은 특히 안정적이었습니다. 욕실은 매우 깨끗하고 수압이 딱 맞으며 목욕 경험은 매우 좋습니다. 아침 식사는 매우 풍부하고 따뜻한 음식과 차가운 음식이 있으며 다양성은 다양하며 맛은 매우 좋으며 특히 오믈렛과 소시지는 매우 만족 스럽습니다. 직원들은 매우 훌륭하고 서비스는 세심하고 사려 깊으며 사람들을 매우 따뜻하게 만듭니다. 체크인 및 체크 아웃 과정은 번거 로움없이 매우 매끄 럽습니다. 전반적으로 이 호텔은 가성비가 좋으며 특히 단기 체류나 출장에 적합하며 다음에 기회가 되면 또 올 것입니다.

고대성은 오랜 역사를 가지고 있으며, 고대성에 들어서면 마치 고대인과 악수하는 듯한 느낌이 듭니다. 특히 식당에서는 200년의 실시간 시간여행을 하는 것 같습니다. 수 미터 깊이의 푸른 빛을 우회하여 고대 성의 바닥에 통로를 통과하고 깊은 우물 입구에서 수집품이 전시된 복도를 통과하여 신비감이 강한 어둑한 촛불 홀에 들어갑니다. 마당이 조용하고 환경이 좋으며, 집 뒤에 계곡이 있어 아침 조깅하기에도 좋습니다. 성 본당 벽은 중세 유화와 유럽 도자기로 덮여있어 가족의 번영을 보여줍니다. 이곳은 레저 여행과 휴가를 위한 첫 번째 선택 장소입니다.

Lovely and clean, super convenient location. All staff were lovely, only a little lower score as not super available but that is low staffing not their fault. Good breakfast, dinner was tasty but extremely limited for now. Hopefully the new menu shall change that. I would stay again, can’t be beaten at the price point too

Very nice hotel with very good service. Car parking for a fee. Lift was out of service on the days we stayed. Staff helped with luggage assistance to the rooms since lift was out of service. Good location with short walk to Durham Cathedral.

The hotrl is beautiful and the workers are nice, but the sheets and bed covers are not quite clean.

Absolutely spotless and finished to a high standard. Decor is modern and appealing throughout. Staff are helpful. Lovely restaurant and fantastic coffee served there. The only slight issue I would say, is that you can hear guests in the next room very easily and this isn’t desirable for obvious reasons. We sadly ended up with very noisy guests in the room next to us the first night we stayed and this caused considerable disruption to our sleep pretty much all night. Saying this, we didn’t notify the staff though (so they may have been able to help) as there was no phone in the room. The next night was fine and completely silent so this would be dependent on who you have staying near you.
