호텔에 들어서는 순간부터 서비스는 탁월했습니다. 차에서 내 가방을 가져가고 체크인을 위해 리셉션 구역까지 동행해 준 Potter의 환영을 받았습니다. 컨시어지는 내 방까지 놀라웠습니다. 환경은 고요하고 매우 깨끗합니다. 가격도 저렴해서 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다.

Perfect location, nice room service, quite safe in Sandton, close to McDonald's restaurant, to Investec Building, and Gaurain Sandton station.

I recently stayed for a couple of nights, and overall, it was an average experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly, which I appreciated. However, the room itself could have been a bit more updated. While it was clean, the furnishings seemed a little worn, and the bathroom, although functional, had some minor issues like a leaky faucet. The bed was comfortable enough, but I did find it a bit harder than I prefer. The hotel amenities were standard—there was a gym and a small pool, though I didn't have time to use either. The Wi-Fi worked fine, and I didn't encounter any issues with the air conditioning or heating during my stay. One thing that stood out was the location. It was pretty convenient for my needs, close to a few restaurants and shops, though not overly special. I was hoping for a bit more from the hotel's restaurant, as the menu was somewhat limited and the food was just okay. In short, it wasn’t a bad stay, but it didn’t blow me away either. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep without expecting anything extraordinary, this hotel will do the job.

다른 저예산 공항 호텔보다 훨씬 저렴하며 셔틀을 통해 쉽게 접근할 수 있습니다. 직원들도 친절하고 룸서비스와 레스토랑도 훌륭합니다. 그러나 시설은 오래되었고 첫 번째 방에는 금고가 없었습니다. 두 번째 방에는 금고가 있었지만 작동이 멈췄으며 리모컨의 배터리도 작동을 멈췄습니다. 뜨거운 에어컨은 오래되어 덜거덕거렸습니다. 그 말! 가든 코트 호텔은 끔찍하고 대륙간 호텔이 너무 비싸기 때문에 아마도 다시 사용할 것입니다. 하지만 조금만 더 잘 관리하면 훨씬 더 좋아질 수 있습니다.

친절한 직원이 가방을 방으로 가져다주고 체크아웃할 때 챙겨줬어요. 1.5L에 45,000원은 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 샤워젤, 샴푸, 컨디셔너가 좋을 것 같아요. 머리를 감는 데 비누가 필요하지 않습니다. 그렇지 않으면 모두 머물기에 좋은 곳입니다.

It was a comfortable stay at the Protea. All was well. Great place to stay for an early morning flight. Shuttle was efficient. The dessert at the restaurant was amazing.

Small nice and very clean hotel. They just need to work on their menu. Not everyone likes greasy, finger foods. I expected a nice array of breakfast choices and dinner menus.

This is my second time returning to the hotel after my first trip. They remembered my name as I arrived which shows great attention to detail with customer care. I upgraded to the suite for this particular visit and honestly it was a great decision. Look forward to visiting them again when I go back to South Africa in a year’s time.

We stayed for a week. It was a decent stay. It’s apartment style you can cook your own meals in your room and also there’s a restaurant you can eat and chill at
