피트니스 시설 시설을 갖춘 남아프리카공화국 가우텡 호텔

호텔은 좋고 깨끗하고 위생적이지만 프론트의 서비스 태도가 허접하고 헤이삼촌도 마찬가지지만 오프라인 예약에 비해 가격이 좀 비싸서 혼자 나가면 오프라인으로 예약하는 것이 좋습니다.

호텔 시설은 비교적 낡았지만 서비스는 여전히 힐튼 수준입니다. 일반적으로 팁은 하루에 3-5달러입니다. 객실 청소 직원이 여러 번 오는 것 같습니다. 청소가 끝났다고 생각하는 경우가 많습니다. 갑자기 수건 등을 가져오러 옵니다.

아침에 예약을 했는데 모두 취소되어서 다시 예약해야 했습니다. 우선 날짜가 헷갈려서 취소해야 했고, 사과드리고 다시 예약했는데 모두 취소되었습니다. 지금까지 한 건만 환불받았고, 호텔에서는 도와주지 않아서 자정이 되어서 다시 예약하고 요금을 지불해야 했습니다.

I recently stayed for a couple of nights, and overall, it was an average experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly, which I appreciated. However, the room itself could have been a bit more updated. While it was clean, the furnishings seemed a little worn, and the bathroom, although functional, had some minor issues like a leaky faucet. The bed was comfortable enough, but I did find it a bit harder than I prefer. The hotel amenities were standard—there was a gym and a small pool, though I didn't have time to use either. The Wi-Fi worked fine, and I didn't encounter any issues with the air conditioning or heating during my stay. One thing that stood out was the location. It was pretty convenient for my needs, close to a few restaurants and shops, though not overly special. I was hoping for a bit more from the hotel's restaurant, as the menu was somewhat limited and the food was just okay. In short, it wasn’t a bad stay, but it didn’t blow me away either. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep without expecting anything extraordinary, this hotel will do the job.

이곳에 묵은 것은 이번이 두 번째이며 꼭 다시 이곳에 묵을 것입니다. 공항과 매우 가까워서 너무 좋습니다. 비행으로 인해 너무 피곤하면 룸서비스를 주문하거나 레스토랑에서 칵테일과 함께 멋진 뷔페를 즐길 수 있습니다. 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다!

체크인 과정은 매우 간단하고 간단했습니다. 우리를 돕고 있던 접수원은 매우 도움이되고 지식이 풍부했습니다! Mzwandile의 신사는 우리 수하물을 도와주었고 전문적이고 친절했습니다. 방은 매우 깨끗하고 편안했습니다. 우리는 정말 잘 잤고 아침 식사는 훌륭하고 옵션이 많았고 신선했습니다. 우리는 확실히 다시 예약 할 것입니다.

It is a beautiful hotel, close to airport and very clean. Staff are all exceptionally friendly and helpful, the shuttle driver was kind enough to drop me at departures as I had quite a bit of luggage instead of the shuttle parking area which although convenient is a little of a walk away. Rooms are neat, bedding very good quality. Water temperature in shower was not very hot but still acceptable. Will definitely stay there again.

농담이없고 머물기에 좋은 곳입니다. 필요한 모든 것을 갖추고 있습니다. 특히 세탁기가 있어요!!! 젠장

This is my second time returning to the hotel after my first trip. They remembered my name as I arrived which shows great attention to detail with customer care. I upgraded to the suite for this particular visit and honestly it was a great decision. Look forward to visiting them again when I go back to South Africa in a year’s time.
