익익명 사용자The hotel is very close to the airport, which is convenient for travelers. However, the WiFi was unreliable and kept disconnecting, which was frustrating. It’s okay for a short stay.

리리뷰어Good hotel, not far from the city center. There is a shuttle service to the mall, which is very convenient. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is excellent.
What I did not like was the unfriendly receptionist. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room, and the bed sheets were not very comfortable. It would be great if bathrobes and slippers were provided as well.

BBrougleI recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by its excellent location, top-notch service, and overall hospitality.
The hotel's location was simply outstanding. It was conveniently situated, allowing easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Whether it was exploring the city or embarking on a safari adventure, the hotel's central location made it a perfect base for my travels.
The service provided by the hotel staff was truly exceptional. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive assistance throughout my stay, I felt genuinely cared for. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met, including a special favor of allowing me to leave my suitcase while I was away on the safari. Their flexibility and accommodating nature were greatly appreciated.
The hotel itself was a sight to behold. It exuded elegance and charm, with its beautifully designed interiors and well-maintained facilities. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the tastefully decorated rooms to the inviting common areas. It was a pleasure to return to such a comfortable and inviting space after a long day of exploring.

MMadAboutTravelling다른 저예산 공항 호텔보다 훨씬 저렴하며 셔틀을 통해 쉽게 접근할 수 있습니다. 직원들도 친절하고 룸서비스와 레스토랑도 훌륭합니다. 그러나 시설은 오래되었고 첫 번째 방에는 금고가 없었습니다. 두 번째 방에는 금고가 있었지만 작동이 멈췄으며 리모컨의 배터리도 작동을 멈췄습니다. 뜨거운 에어컨은 오래되어 덜거덕거렸습니다. 그 말! 가든 코트 호텔은 끔찍하고 대륙간 호텔이 너무 비싸기 때문에 아마도 다시 사용할 것입니다. 하지만 조금만 더 잘 관리하면 훨씬 더 좋아질 수 있습니다.

리리뷰어It's giving more 3 than 4 stars? Customer service poor.
Holiday Inn was full so this was a close alternative.
Had amenities but their outlets were in the kitchen far from the bed? Not very business traveller or relaxing traveller friendly.
I booked a queen studio which had a kitchenette which was great for warming food etc. Decor a bit tired so could do with some love. But apart from a very dirty bottle left on the balcony it was clean.
Location is excellent for Rosebank Mall even if you have to play chicken to cross the road 😆
Customer service was severely lacking. I thought Radisson Red staff were slow but at least they were always there. You can't call frontdesk . It's all QR codes and WhatsApp. Late check out would be the cost of another night R1980. Staff had a, I dunno attitude and werent very helpful. 1 security guard and 1 young lady in the lounge are the only exceptions. Outlets in the lounge and office were local only and I had to really ask to get where I could buy adapters / converters.
Next time I'll go elsewhere. They're not customer focused enough for me.

멋진 곳이었지만, 새벽 3시 45분쯤에 젊은 여성들이 시끄럽게 떠드는 바람에 정말 놀랐습니다.
이들은 오전 11시쯤에도 똑같이 시끄럽게 굴었어요. 24시간 경비원이 있는데도 아무도 눈치채지 못했다는 게 이해가 안 가네요.
무슨 일인지 확인하려고 방 문을 열어볼 엄두도 못 냈습니다. 조용한 밤을 보내고 싶었는데 말이죠.

리리뷰어Excellent séjour au Southern Sun de Rosebank. De la prise en charge à l'accueil, à l'installation dans la chambre tout s'est très bien passé. Du personnel (d'entretien, du bar, du restaurant, de l'accueil et de la sécurité) tous ont exercé avec sourire. La chambre était très bien équipée et propre. Le petit déjeuner copieux et très varié. Le restaurant une excellente table et du très bon vin.Une pensée particulière aux personnels qui nous ouvraient tous les jours le portail à l'arrière de l'hôtel nous facilitant ainsi le départ vers le poumon de Rosebank. La piscine bien que fraîche était toujours la bienvenue en fin de journée. Même si quelques menus travaux étaient en cours dans l'hôtel nous n'avons jamais été incommodés. Nous reviendrons c'est sûr.
Un grand bravo à l'hôtel et à tout son personnel. Nous reviendrons c'est sûr.
