I've never been at a better hotel my whole life. Trust me, the hotel is such a ”Wow!” I will definitely go there for my honeymoon, from Zambia! The location is superb, so close to the airport. Shuttle from the airport and to the airport is free!

I was genuinely impressed. The professionalism of the staff was outstanding, they were welcoming, knowledgeable and attentive throughout my visit. Everything was well organized, modern and up to date, reflecting a business that values excellence and quality. There was a clear commitment to safety, with well maintained premises.

최근에 며칠 동안 묵었는데, 전반적으로 평범한 경험이었습니다. 체크인 과정은 순조로웠고 직원들도 친절해서 좋았습니다. 하지만 객실 자체는 조금 더 현대적이었으면 하는 아쉬움이 남습니다. 깨끗하긴 했지만 가구들이 약간 낡아 보였고, 욕실은 사용에는 문제가 없었지만 수도꼭지에서 물이 새는 등의 사소한 문제가 있었습니다. 침대는 편안했지만 제 취향에는 조금 딱딱했습니다. 호텔 편의시설은 일반적인 수준이었는데, 헬스장과 작은 수영장이 있었지만 시간이 없어서 이용하지는 못했습니다. 와이파이는 잘 작동했고, 에어컨이나 난방에도 문제가 없었습니다. 가장 좋았던 점은 위치였습니다. 몇몇 레스토랑과 상점들이 가까워서 편리했지만, 특별히 훌륭한 곳은 아니었습니다. 호텔 레스토랑은 메뉴가 다소 제한적이고 음식도 그냥 그랬습니다. 결론적으로, 나쁜 숙박은 아니었지만 그렇다고 아주 만족스럽지도 않았습니다. 특별한 것을 기대하지 않고 그저 잠만 잘 곳을 찾는다면 이 호텔이 제격입니다.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by its excellent location, top-notch service, and overall hospitality. The hotel's location was simply outstanding. It was conveniently situated, allowing easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Whether it was exploring the city or embarking on a safari adventure, the hotel's central location made it a perfect base for my travels. The service provided by the hotel staff was truly exceptional. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive assistance throughout my stay, I felt genuinely cared for. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met, including a special favor of allowing me to leave my suitcase while I was away on the safari. Their flexibility and accommodating nature were greatly appreciated. The hotel itself was a sight to behold. It exuded elegance and charm, with its beautifully designed interiors and well-maintained facilities. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the tastefully decorated rooms to the inviting common areas. 민트는 사랑스럽고 활기차게 보였습니다. 객실은 매우 깨끗하고 주말 내내 재미있는 활동을 주최했습니다. 추가 편의 시설은 약간의 문제였습니다. 다리미가 뜨겁지 않고 다리미판이 낡고 칙칙해서 다리미 임무를 포기했습니다. 메시지 요청에 대한 응답은 때때로 약간 느 렸지만 직원들은 훌륭했습니다! !

This place is truly wonderful—it's clean, affordable, and conveniently located near the airport. The front desk staff offers fantastic customer service, making you feel welcomed. Plus, there's a gym, a pool, and a bathtub, which was definitely my favorite part

After a long day I was getting ready to have a hot bubble bath only to find out that there was no hot water. The maintenance staff came to check and casually told me to wait 40 minutes for the water to heat up. It was so late and I was so tired. We ended up having to move to a different room with hot water, only to find out later that night that there were monkeys on the roof making so much noise throughout the night and there was very loud music going into the night from a neighboring property. Safe to say we didn't get much sleep. Not to mention the food we ordered from the restaurant was horrible, the fish was not fresh and the chips were undercooked. The salad was also terrible. We didn't even bother to stay for breakfast after it had taken more than an hour to get someone to fix the broken hair dryer and deliver my pillow which I had left in the previous room. The staff clearly do not care. Our spa treatments were also not that great. I'm quite disappointed as I've heard such good things about this place and I won't be returning. The location is great but for the price I don't think its worth it.

It's giving more 3 than 4 stars? Customer service poor. Holiday Inn was full so this was a close alternative. Had amenities but their outlets were in the kitchen far from the bed? Not very business traveller or relaxing traveller friendly. I booked a queen studio which had a kitchenette which was great for warming food etc. Decor a bit tired so could do with some love. But apart from a very dirty bottle left on the balcony it was clean. Location is excellent for Rosebank Mall even if you have to play chicken to cross the road 😆 Customer service was severely lacking. I thought Radisson Red staff were slow but at least they were always there. You can't call frontdesk . It's all QR codes and WhatsApp. Late check out would be the cost of another night R1980. Staff had a, I dunno attitude and werent very helpful. 1 security guard and 1 young lady in the lounge are the only exceptions. Outlets in the lounge and office were local only and I had to really ask to get where I could buy adapters / converters. Next time I'll go elsewhere. They're not customer focused enough for me.

The food is another highlight — fresh, delicious, and with a great variety to suit different tastes. The overall environment is peaceful yet vibrant, giving you the best of both comfort and energy. What really stands out is the attention to detail and the consistent quality of service. Everything feels well-managed and thoughtfully designed to ensure a pleasant experience. Overall, Southern Sun Rosebank delivers an excellent stay and is definitely a place worth visiting again.
