The entire resort is designed in the unmistakable shape and spirit of a ship, complete with maritime detailing, porthole-style windows, brass accents, and cabin-inspired interiors that make every room feel like a private suite at sea. From the moment you arrive, you are surrounded by tropical-style gardens and serene lagoons where ducks glide across the water and fish move like living brushstrokes beneath the surface. It is calm, immersive, and almost dreamlike. The service is simply outstanding — attentive, warm, and effortless. Nothing feels forced; everything feels considered. Breakfast is sumptuous and generous, with a spread that feels worthy of a grand voyage rather than a countryside resort. Every detail is elevated. The rooms are extraordinary — sleeping here genuinely feels like being inside a luxury cabin on an ocean liner, yet with the comfort, silence, and space of a high-end retreat. What makes this place unforgettable is its setting: tranquil and secluded, yet perfectly positioned to explore everything Anji has to offer. You feel away from the world, but never far from it. To stay here is to experience something rare — a place that doesn’t try to impress, yet quietly outshines everything around it. As we sat outside on the man-made beach overlooking the beautiful pond, framed by rolling mountains, a golf buggy passed by. The driver, Ben, stopped and kindly asked if we would like to take a ride around the hotel grounds. What followed was unforgettable. We set off together and immediately began to ascend into the mountain areas, where the landscape opened up into something extraordinary. We were surrounded by peach trees, olive trees, and endless tea plantations stretching across the hillsides. The scenery felt untouched and alive. Stunning waterfalls cascaded down rock faces, and wildlife was everywhere — fish moving through clear waters, turtles basking quietly, geese and ducks gliding freely across ponds and streams. It felt like a living ecosystem woven seamlessly into the resort itself. At the peak, we reached the most incredible lookout observatory and restaurant, offering panoramic views over Anji and far beyond. The vistas were vast and layered, mountains fading into the distance under a calm, open sky. To top it all off, there is even a zip line (rip cord) for those brave enough to ascend and descend in style — an exhilarating contrast to the serenity below. Throughout it all, Ben’s kindness, warmth, and care were extraordinary, and perfectly matched the beauty of the experience. His generosity of spirit elevated the entire journey. A stay that moves from ship-like luxury, to lakeside tranquillity, to mountain adventure — all within a single, seamless experience. Simply unforgettable.

A Comfortable, Pet-Friendly Stay with a Few Areas for Improvement The hotel can be difficult to identify when you first arrive because there is no sign directly on the building. Instead, the sign is attached to a gate that usually remains open, so it becomes partially folded and easy to miss. The hotel also does not have on-site parking. Guests park across the street at the restaurant where breakfast is served each morning. Breakfast was traditional Chinese and included steamed buns, sweet potato, a hard-boiled egg, watermelon, tea, and milk. Everything was very tasty. Coffee was also available, but it cost extra. The people looking after the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. When we arrived, they were filling the swimming pool after cleaning it and told us it would be ready later that day. Although the pool was one of the main reasons we booked the hotel, it did not quite meet our cleanliness standards because the deeper areas still appeared slightly cloudy. However, many other guests were comfortable using it, and we saw people enjoying the pool every day. The library area was absolutely gorgeous, but unfortunately, there was a strong smell of mildew that made it difficult to spend much time there. These were the main drawbacks of our stay. Our room, however, was lovely. It smelled fresh, the bed was firm and very comfortable, and the sheets were clean. The staff emptied the rubbish and replenished our drinking water every day. The bathroom products were high quality, and toothbrushes were provided upon arrival. The room would have been even better if there had been enough towels for everyone staying in it and if the water had been slightly hotter. The hotel is located directly beside the river, with access to a peaceful riverside walk through beautiful gardens. There is also an elevated walkway farther down the road that looked interesting, although we did not have the opportunity to explore it. The river area was especially relaxing, and if I return, I would bring folding chairs and a small folding table so we could sit in the shallow water, relax, and play games. Most attractions and restaurants are approximately a 20-minute drive from the hotel. The receptionist tried to help us with maps and itineraries. Unfortunately, even after attempting to find the same hike on three different days, we were unable to locate the trailhead. It seemed that even local residents were not very familiar with the exact route. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is that it is pet-friendly and does not charge an additional pet fee, which was an important reason we chose it. The gentleman at reception also helped us secure a dinner reservation at Naked Ranch, where we had a wonderful evening. Moganshan is a beautiful destination, and overall, this hotel provided a comfortable stay. There is certainly some room for improvement, but I would return because I slept incredibly well and appreciated the warm, helpful service. Thank you again to the staff for all their assistance.

이우 상업 도시를 방문했을 때 주변의 여러 호텔을 비교하다가 차이가 예약한 호텔을 선택했는데, 묵어보니 정말 탁월한 선택이었다는 생각이 들었습니다. 위치가 정말 편리한데, 상업 도시 2지구와 3지구 바로 옆에 있어서 걸어서 갈 수 있고, 주변에 식당도 많습니다. 로비는 우아하고, 구석구석까지 잘 관리되어 있어 호텔 측의 세심한 관리를 엿볼 수 있었습니다. 프런트 데스크 직원은 친절하고 정중하며, 열정적이고 세심하여 흠잡을 데가 없었습니다! 방은 깨끗하고 밝으며, 채광이 좋았습니다. 호텔 객실 관리 음성 제어 시스템이 있어 매우 편리했고, 공간도 적당하며 합리적으로 배치되어 있었습니다. 욕실은 건식과 습식이 분리되어 깨끗하게 관리되어 있었고, 세면도구도 잘 갖춰져 있고 품질도 괜찮았습니다. 뷔페식 아침 식사는 풍성하고 다양했으며, 중식 간단 식사도 모두 제공되었습니다. 죽은 따뜻하고 위에 좋았고, 면 요리는 부드럽고 맛있었으며 매일 신선하게 만들어졌습니다. 맛은 정말 훌륭했습니다! 가격도 저렴했고, 전반적인 서비스, 환경, 시설은 같은 가격대의 다른 경쟁 호텔보다 훨씬 뛰어났습니다. 머무는 동안 불편한 점이 전혀 없었고, 편안하고 걱정 없었습니다. 강력히 추천하며, 다음 여행에도 계속해서 다시 방문할 것입니다.

예약한 트리하우스는 전반적으로 좋았습니다. 하지만 트리하우스까지 가는 계단이 너무 많아서 설계가 부실해 보였습니다. 셔틀버스 정류장까지 가려면 큰 계단을 올라가야 했고, 그 후 구불구불한 작은 계단 두 개를 더 올라가야 했는데, 작은 계단 양쪽에는 모기가 꽤 많았습니다. 총 거리가 거의 200미터였고, 평탄하지도 않았습니다. 오르막과 내리막을 계속 반복해야 했습니다. 큰 계단 대신 경사로를 설치하면 셔틀버스가 바로 올라갈 수 있어서 훨씬 편리할 것 같습니다. 숙박비는 하룻밤에 거의 3,000엔이었는데, 서비스는 그저 그랬습니다. 애프터눈 티는 가격이 저렴했고, 케이크는 별로였습니다. (저녁과 아침은 레스토랑을 함께 이용해야 했습니다.) 저녁 식사 양은 적었고, 어떤 음식은 미리 만들어 놓은 것 같은 맛이 났습니다. 게다가 가격은 비쌌습니다. 어른 한 명과 아이 한 명이 배부르게 먹으려면 700엔이 넘게 나왔습니다. 전반적으로 가격이 너무 비쌌습니다. 그나마 좋았던 점은 주변 환경과 인테리어였습니다.

호텔 서비스는 입구부터 프런트 데스크, 레스토랑, 객실까지 모든 곳에서 훌륭했습니다. 프런트 데스크에서는 여행 계획을 세우는 데 도움이 되는 관광 명소 추천을 해주었습니다. 객실과 텐트는 매우 깨끗해서 어르신과 어린이가 안전하고 편안하게 머물 수 있었습니다. 킹사이즈 침대는 부드럽고 편안했고, 담요는 두껍고 따뜻했으며, 세면도구는 부드럽고 향긋하며 세척도 간편했습니다. 패키지에 포함된 채식 세트 메뉴는 기대 이상으로 맛있었습니다. 흑설탕 복숭아 젤리는 양도 푸짐하고 한 입 베어 물 때마다 복숭아 젤리가 씹히는 식감이 좋았으며, 단맛도 딱 적당했습니다. 우엉 김밥은 겹겹이 쌓여 있어 상큼했습니다. 군만두는 향긋한 소스와 함께 제공되었고, 붉은 아마란스는 부드럽고 맛있었습니다. 뷔페에 있는 오렌지는 신선하고 달콤했으며, 수박 주스는 매우 시원했습니다. 호텔에는 미켈란젤로 아이스크림 박물관 입장권도 포함되어 있어 투숙객들은 아이스크림을 마음껏 즐길 수 있었습니다. 100가지가 넘는 다양한 맛의 아이스크림이 있었고, 직접 아이스크림을 만들어 볼 수 있는 특별한 경험도 할 수 있었습니다!

어르신과 아이들을 모시고 휴가를 왔습니다 ⛱️ 오기 전에 부정적인 후기가 많아서 조금 걱정했지만, 와보니 전혀 아깝지 않은 가격이었습니다. 시설: 필요한 모든 부대시설이 갖춰져 있었고, 아이들을 위한 놀이 시설도 많았습니다. 예를 들어 암벽 등반, 양궁, 농구, 수영 등인데, 사실 몇 개밖에 못 해봤습니다. 다양한 액티비티도 진행했는데, 아이들이 모두 즐거워하는 모습이었습니다. 환경: 클럽메드의 환경은 정말 흠잡을 데가 없었습니다. 새로 오픈한 호텔이라 전체적으로 매우 깨끗했고, 공기청정기가 구비되어 있었으며, 사용하는 세면용품도 늘 사용하던 브랜드였습니다. 서비스: 서비스는 사실 흠잡을 데가 없었습니다. 처음부터 예약 오류로 씨트립에서 호텔에 연락했을 때, 호텔은 적극적으로 응대해주었습니다. 호텔 가는 길에 마주치는 직원들은 모두 미소 지으며 인사해주었고, 체크인 전에 호텔 고객 서비스 컨시어지에서 위챗으로 친구를 맺었습니다. 특히 '클링'이라는 직원분을 칭찬하고 싶은데, 궁금한 점이 있으면 언제든지 위챗으로 소통할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 마침 항저우에 태풍이 지나가는 시기였는데, 체크인 전에 정중하게 숙박 계획을 물어보며 무료 취소가 가능하다고 알려주었습니다. 체크인할 때도 시간 낭비 없이 순조롭게 진행되었고, 클링이 전체 일정을 아주 잘安排해주었으며, 파티 시작 시간도 알려주었습니다. 특히 아침 식사가 정말 훌륭했고, 뷔페 저녁 식사도 이용했는데 가격 대비 만족스러웠습니다. 아침 식사에는 있을 만한 것이 다 있었고, 저녁 식사도 종류가 다양했습니다. 주변 편의 시설도 좋아서 차 따기 체험을 할 수 있고, 근처에 마을이 있어서 도보로 이동 가능하며, 배달 음식이나 테이크아웃 커피를 시키거나 외식하기에도 매우 편리했습니다.
