위치 위치! 위치로 이비스 호텔 밸파라이소를 이길 수 없습니다. 작업 부두에 위치한이 호텔은 호텔 창에서 오랫동안 가장 매력적인 전망입니다! 방은 깨끗하고 넓었 고 침대는 편안했습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 수용 적이며 아침 식사는 맛있었습니다. Vina Del Mar 기차역과 funiculars를 포함한 모든 주요 명소와 가깝습니다. Valparaiso에 머무르는 최고의 장소입니다.

The hotel is really well-maintained, and there is attention to detail about almost everything to make it a great stay. When the mini fridge in my room didn't work, they sent someone immediately to take it away and replace it with a working one. The buffet breakfast had a variety of foods, and safety protocol were in place with food wrapped individually and staff wearing masks at all times. There are a few things that could have been better. I found that the water for taking a shower wasn't hot at all, and I was hoping it would have been better since this was my second stay at this hotel this year. The other thing is that I am a member of their reward program, but after both of my stays my account wasn't credited with the points or nights I had accrued. I've had to call various numbers and talk to different people to get the points, which is a bit of a hassle. Overall I will stay again.

We had a super stay at Gala Hotel for one week, the time to find a flat in Viña. Room was super spacious, with a nice view. The cleaning was perfect and the staff super friendly. Don’t expect a luxurious hotel but at this price the value for money was excellent, with a buffet breakfast included. The location is also ideal, in the center of Viña, and very close to restaurants and groceries. Thanks again, we’ll recommend your hotel!

Siamo stati a Viña del Mar per 4 giorni, e purtroppo l’unica cosa bella è stato mare e il tramonto. L’appartamento è stato consegnato in condizioni pessime: sporco da cima a fondo, con bagni, cucina e pavimenti in condizioni inaccettabili e un odore sgradevole persistente. Inoltre sopra i letti hanno messo delle coperte vecchissime ( che probabilmente non laveranno tra un ospite e l’altro). Il giorno dopo il nostro arrivo siamo stati costretti a recarci al supermercato (lontano e difficile da raggiungere a piedi, più di 30 minuti in salita) per comprare i prodotti di pulizia necessari. Abbiamo speso 3 ore per rendere almeno i bagni, la cucina e i pavimenti utilizzabili. Il personale non è stato particolarmente accogliente o disponibile. Il Wi-Fi non funzionava, e l’acqua calda era un problema: due docce consecutive e l’acqua diventava fredda. Ah, per non dimenticare siamo arrivati verso le 20 di sera e non c’erano più parcheggi ( avendo pagato con il parcheggio incluso) e ci hanno fatto parcheggiare fuori in maniera poco sicura in una discesa estremamente ripida. Non consiglio questo alloggio a nessuno.

creo conocer suficientes hoteles,resorts y demases.Aqui encontre una muy buena habitacion en piso 7,con buena vista,rica terraza,y completo y rico desayuno.Y que decir de la recepcion con un atento y servicial Alex Gonzalez que destaco por no ser habitual en muchos lugares en que hemos alojados. Para mis amigos y conocidos,que saben que no recomiendo en todos lados y por adulaciones baratas, solo les digo que no es necesario gastar mas para llegar a un lugar muy bien ubicado bien atendido y al que espero regresar. Leyendo opiniones bastante antiguas,parece que estuvieron en otro lugar y NO representan el sentir de este viajero y su familia No se dejen influir por esos erroneos comentarios.

Beautiful boutique hotel with friendly staff, great views and lovely little breakfast with a view on the terrace. Room was very clean and comfortable with stunning sea views but would say as we were in the room near reception it was a little noisy at times during our stay. Would definitely return but would try and get one of the rooms higher up. Parking available on street directly across from the hotel for a small fee of about £7.

A very stylish hotel, which completely met our expectations from its description on this site. Spacious and tastefully decorated rooms with the view on the hills of the city, there is a separate terrace below for those wishing to relax. Very welcoming and efficient reception guys arranged a very smooth check-in for is. There is also a private parking ground nearby (which is an important feature for the hotels located on the hills in this town), but the entry gate perhaps would now allow for the larger vehicles - please check it beforehand. The hotel is generally located upside down (because of the geography of the city) in a way that you are entering the high floor and then descending to the lower floors and there is a staircase leading down the main road (so in case of heavy luggage please ask for the help at the reception).

This place looked far better in the photos (on ***********). It is a large building and most clients seemed to be coach parties as well as a football team. The decor is dated, tatty and boring but okay. The staff are reluctant, and in the main, depressed. My room was okay. Clean enough but dull. I asked if I could have a room that overlooked the port. They said I'd have to pay an extra $28 US, as I had booked through ***********. I was already paying their top rate according to the prices posted in the elevator. Breakfast was surprisingly good although often the staff looked close to tears. Not a great experience. I had told myself to give myself a break and book this place rather than a hostel (most of which were more highly rated on Tripadvisor). I wish I'd gone with a hostel at a quarter of the price.

From checkin to checkout our experience was wonderful. We were served tea upon arrival. Our room was ready very quickly which was unexpected as it was 10:30 am. The lady at the desk helped us with our luggage. The room was spacious, clean and furnished with antiques. The bathroom was excellent and included toiletries. Location was also very good - easy walking distance to all the sites. The hotel is two houses combined and the woodwork and design are amazing. It has a super view of the harbour from the rear balcony and the upper balcony. A large and delicious breakfast was served the next morning at the huge dining table. This is one of our best finds for travel hotls.
