스파 시설을 갖춘 미국 펜실베이니아 호텔

Kids from the room next door were in our room when we got there because the connector door wasn’t locked. Then I noticed the shower was not clean and neither were the glasses by the sink. And the bathroom doors being closed still had a crack so you could see through. The mattress was clearly very old and 2 of the pillows were hard and lumpy. The view of the lake was great though. We ate at the Two 45 grille and absolutely don’t recommend. $45 for 2 improperly made Flat Whites (90% milk) and 2 dry, flavorless breakfast sandwiches that came with a few bad potatoes. My fiancé LOVES potatoes and even he didn’t like them. We sat there for a long time waiting for our food and service. Once our food was dropped off we didn’t see our server again. She never asked how it was. Heck we didn’t even see her walking around helping anyone else either. Lastly, the pool. The pictures on the website make the pool look so nice with a great view of the lake. FALSE. You have to be standing up outside of the pool to see the view and the pool is SMALL. Like anymore than 4 people from separate groups and it’s awkward. Also it was only 3’4”. The gym was great, but that’s not enough reason for us to ever spend our money at a Sheraton again.

필라델피아의 고급 호텔은 모두 이 근처에 집중되어 있죠? 위치: 위치는 말할 것도 없이 시내 중심가에 있으며 시청 바로 바깥과 기타 인터넷 유명 인사 체크인 지점 바로 앞에 있습니다. 주차: 주차 대행 서비스가 있지만 매우 비쌉니다. 침대: 침대가 정말 너무 푹신해서 잠이 들기 힘들었습니다. 객실 시설: 게다가 주문할 때 사진에 욕조가 있어서 목욕도 할 수 있다고 해서 주문했는데 전혀 그런 일이 일어나지 않더군요. 가격 대비 가치: 가격대비 성능면에서는 위치가 좋은 것 빼고는 다 별볼일 없는 것 같아요.

실망스러웠습니다. 최대 별 3개 정도 줄 만하네요. 프런트 데스크 체크인 서비스는 최악이었고, 직원 수가 너무 부족해서 대기 시간이 엄청 길었습니다. 예약했던 방이 비었다는 전화를 오후 6시(공식 체크인 시간은 오후 4시)가 되어서야 받았습니다. 이미 체크인을 마친 상태였는데도 방 열쇠를 받기 위해 30분이나 줄을 서야 했습니다. 객실 청소도 제대로 되지 않아 인력이 부족해 보였습니다. 방은 아늑하고 깨끗했지만, 에어컨이 좀 불편했습니다. 21도(70F)로 설정하면 너무 차갑고 건조한 바람이 나오고, 22도(72F)로 설정하면 덥고 습한 바람이 나왔습니다. 샤워기 수압도 약했습니다. 호텔 측에서는 발렛 파킹만 제공하는데, 24시간에 거의 59달러에 필라델피아 주차세 22.5%가 추가됩니다. 길 건너편에 있는 다층 주차장도 가격은 같습니다. 다운타운 센터 근처, 특히 길 건너편(세븐일레븐 입구 쪽)에는 노숙자들이 구걸하는 모습이 보였습니다.

호텔은 필라델피아 시내 중심에 있는 시청과 가깝습니다. 필라델피아 시청은 미국 역사적 랜드마크 건물입니다. 시계탑의 높이는 영국의 빅벤을 능가하며 정상에 올라 방문할 수 있습니다. 호텔 로비는 대리석 돔 모양의 지붕과 중앙 유리가 하늘을 직접 볼 수 있는 매우 웅장합니다. 서비스는 따뜻하고 정중합니다. 추천하다.

Hotel was nice and there weren't too many people on site. We’re not the extra romantic couple, so this was a little extra for us, but we were able to spoil ourselves and relax. Breakfast was like a normal hotel complimentary breakfast buffet, but Justin served us both days and he was excellent. Spooners had many events and things to do. The bed was comfortable, however, don’t sit on the edge because you will fall, and it was sunken in the middle, so that made it a little hard to sleep in a comfortable position. Overall, great stay, great resort, and down the street from Mt. Airy ****** which was fun as well.

호텔은 일반적으로 훌륭하고 객실은 크고 시설은 괜찮습니다. 원래는 Hershey's Chocolate Town에 살고 싶었지만 좋은 호텔이 없어서 16km 떨어진 이곳을 선택했습니다. 매우 조용하고 먹을거리와 쇼핑할곳이 다 있고 차로 5~10분정도 거리에 있습니다. 우리는 비교적 멀리 떨어진 중국집 ”뉴차이나”를 선택했는데, 맛은 여전히 좋으며 많은 외국에서 테이크아웃을 주문합니다. 아침 식사를 주문했지만 팁이 필요합니다. 酒店位置很好，就在市中心，樓下有個教堂很美。不含早餐，但酒店下樓就有個星巴克。就是服務太差，訂了帶陽台的房間，checkin是前台卻説沒有這樣的房型，而且堅持這個説法，和攜程聯繫等回覆時前台又來説有這個房型了，非常莫名其妙，入住就耽誤了快半小時，還被迫國際長途與攜程聯繫。

The folks at the resort were all friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is a great place to stay; the rooms are clean as are the common areas and the room itself was spacious and (unlike most hotel rooms) will lit. The food options are plentiful so the only difficulty was deciding where to eat! The remnants of the steel mill make for an interesting setting and it was amazing to see the now abandoned rail lines heading into those old steelworks (see photo attached).
