모든 게 완벽했어요! 다만 한 가지 아쉬운 점은 다소 충동적인 직원을 만났다는 거예요. 그는 제가 머무는 동안 두 번이나 저를 인종차별주의자라고 불렀어요. 저는 그에게 그게 전혀 사실이 아니라고 설명하려고 애썼죠. 그러니 한 가지 조언을 드리자면, 절대 '혼혈'이나 '다민족'이라는 단어를 쓰지 마세요. 이 두 단어는 완전히 금기시되는 단어입니다. 모욕당하고 싶지 않다면 절대 쓰지 마세요. 이 젊은 직원의 편협하고 편집증적인 태도만 빼면 모든 게 완벽했는데 정말 아쉬웠습니다. 혹시라도 그를 만나게 된다면 조심하세요. 이 문제를 제외하면 이 호텔을 추천합니다. 다른 직원들은 모두 친절하고 예의 바릅니다. 즐거운 여행 되세요!

가장 큰 장점은 공항 터미널에서 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리라는 점입니다. 객실도 꽤 넓습니다. 서비스는 특별히 훌륭하지는 않지만 그렇다고 형편없는 것도 아니고, 중간 정도입니다. 하지만 쉐라톤이라는 브랜드를 감안할 때 객실 시설은 개선이 필요합니다. - TV가 고장이 났습니다(몇 분 사용 후 저절로 꺼졌습니다). - 샤워젤과 비누가 거의 비어 있었습니다. - 수건은 1인당 1개뿐이었는데, 크기가 작아서 한 번 이상 샤워하기에는 부족했습니다(예: 저녁과 아침에 모두 샤워하고 싶을 때). - 어메니티는 모두 요청해야만 받을 수 있었고, 도착 시 객실에 기본적으로 비치된 것은 거의 없었습니다(심지어 요청 시 제공된다고 명시된 품목(예: 목욕 가운)을 요청해도 제공되지 않는 경우가 있었습니다). 이 때문에 요청하는 것이 다소 불편했습니다. 가격이 합리적이라면, 편리한 위치가 이 호텔의 유일한 장점일 것입니다.

새벽 3시 30분에 누군가 엄청나게 큰 소리로 음악을 틀기 전까지는 괜찮았습니다. 프런트에 연락했지만 방에서 응답이 없어서 음악 소리가 계속됐습니다. 두 번째 전화도 프런트에서 받지 않았고, 세 번째 전화까지 했지만 결국 받지 않았습니다. 새벽 4시에 다른 방으로 옮겨주겠다고 했습니다. 결국 잠도 제대로 못 잤고, 돈만 낭비했습니다.

Świetny hotel blisko lotniska! Miło obsługa i czysto, polecam!

Very disappointing stay We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Brussels Airport with my wife and our two children, and unfortunately the experience was far below what you would expect from a Hilton property. The room itself was spacious, modern and nicely designed, which is the only positive point of this stay. However, I had clearly booked the room for four people, and this was also confirmed in my booking. Yet when we arrived, there was only one double bed and a sofa bed — without any bedding provided for the sofa bed. With two children, this immediately became a problem. To make matters worse, the coffee machine in the room had only one paper cup and no proper mugs, which feels very cheap for a Hilton hotel. The TV in the living area was not working at all, which added to the frustration after a long day of travel. When I called the front desk to explain these issues, the staff member was rude and dismissive. He even claimed I had only booked for two people, despite me having the confirmation clearly showing four guests. There was no apology, no willingness to help — just an unpleasant attitude. Overall, this stay felt unprofessional and poorly managed. For a Hilton Garden Inn near an international airport, this level of service is simply unacceptable. I would not choose this hotel again and cannot recommend it to families.

The room was spacious and clean. Very nice room decor. The bed was so comfy that we had a very good sleep. The room lightings were conveniently set - can choose different 'scenes' for different purpose. Breakfast buffet line was decently good. I also like the idea that the hotel provides sparkling water on tab.

The hotel was fantastic, the people were great! The only problem I had was they had a washer and dryer to use but it took 4 hours to do two loads of laundry that cost me $30.00. Because we were traveling backpack that was one of the most important things on our trip. So it was a great disappointment. Other than that the hotel was fantastic and again the customer service was really good. I would definitely stay there again just make other plans to do laundry.

Séjour vraiment parfait, tout était exactement comme sur les photos. La chambre est spacieuse, propre et très bien équipée, on se sent comme à la maison grâce à la kitchenette et aux espaces confortables. Le personnel est accueillant et professionnel. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et varié. Seul petit bémol : l’hôtel est situé à environ 30 minutes du centre-ville de Bruxelles, mais il est idéal pour un séjour proche de l’aéroport.
