'국립공원 입구 바로 옆에 있어서 음식점이나 숙박 시설, 교통편 이용이 매우 편리합니다. 호텔 안에 슈퍼마켓과 기념품 가게도 있어서 이 지역에서는 정말 독보적인 곳이에요. 시설이 좀 낡긴 했지만 관리가 잘 되어 있었고, 조식도 아주 훌륭했습니다 👍'

'솔트레이크시티에 있는 훌륭한 호텔입니다. 위치가 완벽하고 헬스장과 수영장에서 멋진 전망을 감상할 수 있습니다. 어떤 메뉴를 원하시든 기대에 부응하는 다양한 레스토랑이 있습니다. 조식은 저렴하지는 않지만, 좋은 재료와 다양한 메뉴 덕분에 100% 만족할 만한 가치가 있습니다. 바로 앞에 맛있는 커피숍이 있고, 제가 가본 곳 중 가장 다양한 음료 메뉴를 제공하는 곳 중 하나입니다. 비즈니스와 레저 목적 모두에 강력 추천합니다.'

'호텔은 눈길을 끄는 외관을 가지고 있으며 찾기 쉽습니다. 호텔 외부는 매우 아름다운 큰 단일 꽃잎과 이중 꽃잎 튤립으로 가득 차 있습니다. 객실의 하드웨어 시설은 매우 좋습니다. 우리는 정원 전망이 있는 객실 두 개를 예약했지만, 도로를 바라보는 객실 두 개를 받았습니다. 우리는 프런트 데스크에 연락했고, 그들은 객실이 이미 만실이라고 말했습니다. 이 답변은 분명 문제가 있습니다. 방향이 다른 두 객실의 가격은 다르고, 씨트립에서도 가든룸은 아직 예약 가능하다고 나와있습니다. 그 방은 2층에 있었는데, 큰길을 바라보는 발코니는 방음이 매우 형편없었습니다. 밤새도록 차들이 윙윙거리며 지나갔는데, 매우 시끄러웠습니다. 칫솔과 슬리퍼를 달라고 했는데 슬리퍼가 없다고 하네요. 서비스가 형편없었고, 판매에 대한 걱정도 없는 듯했습니다.'

'The hotel was okay, it met standards but there were many small things that made our stay feel less perfect. Upon check in the room was very spacious for a double queen bed room, and bathroom spacious as well. The amenities are lacking a bit, in the bathroom it was just minimal 1 makeup remover wipe and a shower cap and hand soap. It comes with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash but our conditioner was out and stayed empty for 2 days (as I thought the cleaners might notice and refill), until I requested front desk to refill it. In terms of cleanliness some of the towels had some minor stains and the bathroom had rust and brown stains in the bathtub so it didn’t feel super clean. The worst part was that when I entered the hotel the sheets were soooooo pilly and rough, they didn’t feel soft and welcoming as a hotel should have. Those sheets should’ve been thrown out years ago, I wouldn’t even keep sheets like that at my own house they were so worn down, bumpy, and uncomfortable, I asked front desk the next morning if I could please have them changed and got a very sassy and rude response that “usually requests like this should come in before 9AM and it’s not guaranteed that they can be changed” (I requested this around 10AM before the cleaners had even appeared on my floor). I found this response extremely off putting and inhospitable, since it’s not like I caused the sheets to be rough and uncomfortable and was simply making a request to make my stay better and more comfortable, and I also requested it very kindly and didn’t rush them to do anything- just by end of day or the next day so I wouldn’t have to sleep on rough uncomfortable sheets the entire 5 days I was there. They ended up changing them but I didn’t appreciate that kind of reply. 2 days after, the cleaners left their dirty rags, some random extra pillowcases on random surfaces by my personal items on the desk and night side table, It was very careless and unprofessional and who knows where the dirty rags have been, and where those random pillowcases came from if they were clean or not, next to my personal items. They also didn’t finish cleaning the bathroom and there were missing towels and didn’t finish taking the dirty towels out. Moving on, the location was okay but one of the farther hotels from the Zion National Park entrance in the town, I did like the pool and the restaurants nearby. Lastly, for the complimentary breakfast it was basic but good and I appreciated having that every morning before we left for our adventures.'

'카운터에 계신 직원분들 모두 너무 친절하셨어요. 잘 못하는 영어에도 귀기울여 서비스 제공해주셔서 감사했습니다 ㅎㅎ 수영장과 사우나 시설은 크지 않지만 즐기기에 적당했습니다. 수영장은 특히 90~150 cm 정도의 깊이여서 좋았어요. 조식은 매일 조금씩 바뀌어서 질리지 않게 잘 먹었습니다. 시설은 전반적으로 깨끗했고, 청소는 요청하거나 오전에 자리를 비운 경우에만 해주십니다. 팁을 달라고 하시지는 않지만 1~2달러 침대 옆에 두어야 커버를 갈아주시는 것 같아요! 특히 외관상 잘 보이지 않는 물막힘 등은 확실하게 요청해야 처리해주시니, 프론트를 잘 이용하시기 바랍니당'

'브라이스캐년 접근성 + 깔끔한 시설로 인기가 많다고 추천받은 곳 적당한 가격에 조식이 포함되어 너무 좋았음 우아포인트까지 차로 10분? 정도면 갈수있어서 들리기 좋은 위치인것같음 이용하지는 않았지만 온수풀이 하나있었고 로비의 따뜻한 느낌도 좋았음'

'시설은 꽤 완벽합니다. TV, 에어컨(꽤 시끄럽지만 이 계절에는 끌 수 있습니다), 전자레인지, 커피 머신(욕실에 있긴 하지만)이 있습니다. 이 가격에 더 바랄 게 없습니다. 특히 침대의 단단함이 저에게 잘 맞고, 잠이 매우 편안하다고 느꼈습니다. 프런트 데스크 직원도 매우 친절하고 인내심이 많았습니다. 시내 중심지와 매우 가까워서 어디든 가기 편리합니다. 자체 마당도 있고, 주차도 편리하고, 비교적 안전하다고 느껴집니다.'
