Went there during National holiday in China. Mostly because of the other people's reviews, decided to come here. Even though it was holiday, it was not crowded at all. We managed to get to the top, close to the light house. Sunset view was out of this world. This was our first time camping and we loved it.

蒲台島雖然比較遠要坐1小時的船去,但那裏景色優美,還具有漁民文化特色,十分值得花上大半天一遊。那裏甚至有熱愛戶外的人士露營,感覺真棒。
A very peaceful and relaxing half day trip to Po Toi island. A good place for you to escape from city.
It's pretty much abandoned and not popular among the tourists, which is good because it's hard to find a place to relax in such a big city like Hong Kong. Beautiful landscapes like no other.
I've always heard that the sky here is beautiful. I bought all kinds of camping equipment and pulled my little buddies together to take pictures. Starry sky is beautiful, slag mobile phone can not shoot, sunrise and sunset is a good shot. We are a boat from Aberdeen Hong Kong to Putai Island at 3:30 p.m. on Saturdays. The return journey is 50 yuan. We can choose to go back to Pugong Wharf at 9:15 a.m. on Sundays. It is convenient to go back to Causeway Bay. The first thing on the island was to occupy the camp. The best visual location is the level beside the lighthouse. The large tent can only accommodate one, and the level beside the 126 lighthouse stairs is quite a few. But it is recommended to wear an inflatable damp-proof mat.
