Tokyo Clear Sky Tower, also translated as Tokyo Sky Tree, was formally named as the New Tokyo Tower (New Tokyo Tower), and the Motian Tower (Motian Tower), which is located in the Motian District of Tokyo, Japan. Construction started on July 14, 2008, completed on February 29, 2012, and officially opened to the public on May 22, the same year. Its height is 634.0 meters, and on November 17, 2011, it was certified by Guinness World Records as "the world's tallest tower" and became the highest self-supporting electric wave tower in the world. It is also the second tallest building in the world, second only to the Khalifa Tower (828 meters) in Dubai.
