Donghu Vinegar Garden is a cultural and tourism project created by Shanxi Laochen Vinegar Group Co., Ltd. Visits are free, and tickets are collected at the entrance. Every once in a while, an employee acts as a tour guide to guide tourists, just follow the tour guide. Tourist guides will show tourists the history of Meiheju (the predecessor of the East Lake brand). They are impressed by the fact that many teachers who work in vinegar factories never catch a cold and live to be in their 90s. After visiting the history, we can see all kinds of vinegar products from vinegar factories, as well as large canned vinegar paste, which is said to have been in solid state for decades. Then, the tour guide will take a circle of factories and see the manual vinegar brewing process, which is very fruitful. The glass sunshine room on the second floor is the key link of vinegar brewing. It makes the nose sore and swollen when it goes in, but it is comfortable when it comes out, so it goes back again. Finally, each person received a small cup of vinegar to taste, to promote the end of the East Lake vinegar. Although Donghu Vinegar Garden is built by enterprises, it is indeed one of the few exhibition halls with vinegar culture as the theme, and visitors can observe the whole process of vinegar production process on site, which is also an excellent experience.
