스파 시설을 갖춘 미국 유타 호텔

전반적으로 호텔은 매우 깨끗하고 좋은 인상을 주었습니다. 하지만, 결제 과정에 명백한 문제점이 있었습니다. 저는 귀사 플랫폼을 통해 객실을 예약하고 결제했습니다. 예약 완료 후 온라인 체크인을 요청하는 이메일을 받았습니다. 체크인 과정에서 신용카드 정보를 입력했습니다. 온라인 체크인 직후, 제 신용카드에서 약 180유로가 청구되었습니다. 이미 객실 요금을 지불했고 호텔 측에서도 제 카드 정보를 알고 있었기 때문에 이 과정이 처음에는 이상하게 느껴졌습니다. 호텔 체크인 후, 추가로 162.27유로가 제 카드에서 청구되었습니다. 호텔 프런트에 이 사실을 알리자, 체크아웃 후 두 금액 모두 환불될 것이라는 확답을 받았습니다. 하지만 첫 번째 금액은 체크아웃 후 며칠이 지나서야 환불되었지만, 두 번째 금액은 환불되지 않았습니다. 2024년 8월 26일, 제 카드에서 80.93유로가 출금되었고, 같은 날 80.43유로가 다시 입금되었습니다. 결과적으로, 체크아웃 후 11일이 지난 오늘까지도 약 180달러 상당의 금액이 카드에서 계속 청구되고 있습니다. 이러한 상황에 당황스러워 호텔 측에 카드 청구 내역에 대한 설명을 요청했습니다. 또한 윈덤(Wyndham) 본사에 항의했고, 호텔 측에도 카드에 아직 청구된 금액을 신속하게 환불해 줄 것을 요청했습니다.

When we first arrived to the hotel we were amazed at the location, you can’t get any closer to the park entrance than this, literally steps away. The check in process was fast and easy. The room and the property itself beautiful and very well maintained, most importantly it was clean. The room was big and had a kitchen which is always nice when traveling with little ones. And they have laundry on site as well. The pool is small but nice and had an amazing view. The only negatives I have about the hotel is that there is no gym, no room service, and the hospitality could have been better. I was considering staying another night and there was rooms available but decided to check out after all, I called and asked for a late check out and the receptionist rudely denied our request stating they didn’t have enough housekeepers and therefore could not accommodate late check out, Not even an hour. If they were not sold out and had lots of rooms to clean, why wouldn’t late check out be allowed? When I did check out it was fast and easy but they did not seem to appreciate our business. Only stating you will get an email receipt. No “thank you for staying with us and we hope you return”. None the less, if we return to visit Zion, which I am sure we will, we will definitely stay here again.

I was very impressed by the beautiful warm and inviting feeling as I entered your lobby. The lady at the check-in desk was very friendly and helpful, with her warm smile. Our room was sparkling clean and cozy. I especially liked the electric window shades. The beds were very comfortable. I liked the walk-in shower but think that the towels should have been hung closer to the shower rather than across the room, which was inconvenient. The breakfast was out of this world, the best I have seen in a long time, with its great variety of items on its menu to suit anyone's taste. The coffee was delicious, freshly ground. When we checked out, the lady enrolled me in the IHG program, and recommended a park nearby for us to visit, and we enjoyed spending the morning there. I was very pleased with my visit to this hotel, and we will definitely consider staying here again on a future visit to Salt Lake City. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Salt Lake City for its location, reasonable price, and superb customer service down to the smallest detail!

최고의 호텔!!! 정말 좋아요!!! Amangiri는 사치, 자연, 평온함을 추구하는 사람들에게 놀랍고 잊을 수 없는 경험을 선사합니다. 단절하고 고요한 사막 환경에 푹 빠지고 싶어 하는 여행객에게 완벽하지만, 독점성과 비용 때문에 일생에 한 번뿐인 탈출에 투자할 의향이 있는 사람에게 더 적합합니다.

We love this hotel in the disc clerk Carrie was fabulous. All the desk clerks or kind and acknowledge you and you walked in we were there for 3 days wish the pool area was a little bigger. The housekeepers were very friendly and accommodating the breakfast was good, we will stay again.

All the staff we met were very nice and at least tried to help - some newness showed as not everyone was fully trained or new answers to fairly basic questions. We knew the resort was still under construction and that there would be noise from time to time but what we didnt expect was routine dynamite explosions directly across the street from our room. Thankfully that ended early in the day so didnt disrupt sleep. The most important letdown was NO WHERE on the website or any communication we received did they inform us that the pool and hot tub are closed! The sad thing is the only reason we were given was its due to a railing needing repaired - all the pool chairs and everything are set up and ready to go. Publish this on your website so people are aware!!

Overall, the hotel experience was satisfactory: the location was convenient and the rooms were clean. However, we were disappointed by the situation after check-out. About an hour after leaving, we realized that we had forgotten an expensive spoon from a set in the room and immediately called the hotel. At first, the staff said they would check the room, but later called back saying they had not found anything. In the evening, we came to the hotel in person and were told that items related to food are usually thrown away. This situation significantly affected our overall impression of the stay.
