Overall experience was good, I have been a few times but the room we was in wasn’t the best the WiFi was weak so we had to connect to our phone data and the shower curtains were dirty definitely needed replacing.

I live local, but due o having housework done and me being disabled, I was advised it would be beneficial for me to be out of the house for a few days. I picked Double Tree Hilton as they were offering the best price. I'm so glad I did. The staff could not do enough for you, especially Wendy, she is such an amazing lady, my 10 year old son said to me how amazing and helpful Wendy was and that says it all.

Curtains were undersized for the room so was woken up at around 05:00 by daylight light coming through did complain the night before and in the morning was informed that someone would come up to have a look but no body turned up

I stayed at the Arden for the UK Games Expo. Despite being rather pricey, it's very convenient to get to the NEC and Resorts World (10-15 minute walk). The leisure centre staff seemed unprofessional, but the receptionist and restaurant/bar staff seemed nice and friendly enough. Room was nearly spotless, aside from behind the TV that were slightly dusty. Our room didn't have a TV remote but a quick call to reception fixed that, they were very responsive. It was a nice comfortable room. I will say the food for dinner is exceptional and highly recommend it!

酒店太老了，網上的圖片完全不是一回事，差距很大，不要被騙了，而且性價比低，酒店房間有老的黴味；但床品床單還不錯

호텔은 여행에 나쁜 위치에 있지 않습니다… 하지만 호텔에는 많은 개선이 필요합니다! 조식 뷔페는 음식이 보충될 때까지 기다리고 있습니다. 직원에게 차 컵이 어디에 있는지 계속 물어봐야 합니다. 교체된 것이 없기 때문에 토스터의 위치로 인해 줄이 없었습니다. 물 교체를 요청하는 경우 조심하세요. 요금이 청구되어서 방에 있었는데 항의 후 환불받았습니다..이그제큐티브룸은 좋았지만 스탠다드룸은 좋지 않다는 것을 알고 있습니다. 직원은 좋았지만 더 나은 조직이 필요합니다. 수영장 구역은 날짜가 지정되어 있고 정해진 시간이 없으며 개방형 폐쇄 시간을 선택하고 선택하는 것 같습니다. 우리는 여기에 언급되지 않은 몇 가지 문제가 있었는데 리셉션에 우리가 행복하지 않다고 말했고 다른 고객이 불평하는 것을 발견했습니다.. 우리는 다시 머물지 않을 것이며 확실히 최대 4성급 3은 아닙니다.. 스파 트리트먼트에 대해서는 언급할 수 없습니다. 사용하지는 않지만 스파를 살펴보면 주변에 더 좋은 스파가 있을 것이라고 확신합니다. 골프장 9홀은 상태가 양호하지만 호텔 외부는 약간 지저분하게 정리가 필요합니다.

그것은 멋진 큰 방, 4 포스터가있는 침대였습니다. 접수원은 제대로 일을하고있었습니다. 우리는 하룻밤 만 머물렀고 바, 수영 또는 체육관과 같은 모든 시설을 사용하지 않았으며 레스토랑 만 사용했습니다. 침대가 너무 푹신해서 남편이 침몰했습니다. 그는 숙면을 취하지 않았습니다.

Excellent location and service in the hotel - restaurant was good and breakfast a very good table service

Hyatt Rengency Hotel Birmingham is a very nice and cozy hotel with great facilities. It offers halal food, and prayer mats are available upon request, which I really appreciated. The leisure facilities are lovely, with a heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, and spa. However, my stay was let down by the fact that the room did not have a smart TV as mentioned on the website, which caused a lot of wasted time considering that I planned to stay in most of the times. The hotel eventually upgraded us (to a similar room just a few floors higher) after several contact made to reception and a long wait, but I’m grateful to Kenza for her assistance. On checkout, Nandini was very kind and offered support for my next visit as a gesture for the inconvenience. There's also an issue with parking, which operates on a first come first serve basis. So if you park your car on day 1 and say you're staying for 3 days, you have to pay for the parking for 3 days ahead which is £27 for 24hr. During these days if you happen to take your car out and come back with no free parking space, you lose your money. Your slot is not reserved. It would be better if they charge us for parking when we are leaving the car park rather than making us pay in advance. Overall, a comfortable hotel with excellent amenities, but clearer information on room facilities would have made the stay much smoother. I would have come better prepared.
