*Accueil et Service:* L'arrivée à 16h s'est déroulée rapidement avec un check-in efficace. Cependant, des frais de 3,60€ par nuit et une caution de 150€ ont été demandés. Une fiche récapitulative des services proposés par l'hôtel était fournie. Il est important de réserver un créneau horaire pour le spa/hammam. La salle de remise en forme est bien équipée avec des horaires étendus. *Chambre:* Mon appart-hôtel offrait un grand lit double, une baignoire, une planche à repasser avec fer, un coffre-fort, un aspirateur et une TV. La kitchenette était bien équipée avec réfrigérateur, machine à café, vaisselle, plaques, grille-pain et bouilloire, ainsi qu'un micro-ondes. *Emplacement:* La proximité de l'hôtel à deux minutes à pied de la gare est extrêmement pratique. *Propreté:* Tout était impeccable à mon arrivée, avec un service de ménage quotidien. *Remarques:* Cependant, l'établissement pourrait améliorer la disponibilité des produits d'hygiène tels que le rasoir pour Monsieur, la brosse à dent et le dentifrice. Les échantillons de gel douche-shampoing étaient assez petits. Le sèche serviettes ne fonctionnait pas. Dans l'ensemble, mon séjour a été agréable, mais quelques petites améliorations pourraient rendre l'expérience encore meilleure. Je n'ai passé qu'une nuit dans cet établissement.

Outst!.anding experience in Lourdes - relates to very first day - my daughter & self walking towards sanctuary, and really looking forward to so much. I volunteer each year , but my daughter was never there before & at her suggestion we stayed in Ibis. Was v pleased with location for starters and we could go down steps & towards Grotto. However suddenly lady tapped me on shoulder to warn me that my bag open - back pack which I bought for trip. Immediately I knew - I would never leave a back pack open/ Panic set in quickly & I found all my walled, bank cards & mobile phone - so my good sense left me too & I just turned around and back to IBis. Up in my room I did not have a phone , but was too upset & just knew straight to police. With that - knock on door. It was Christophe from reception. He had got a call from a shop - St Joseph's under bridge entering San Michelle gates. My little holder with all my bank cards, details, my mobile, any cash also. So we quickly rushed down there to be handed my wallet & phone. They were such a sweet couple. Cash was taken but thank Our Lady the cards remained. I could not say enough about Christophe & Nathalie. They really cared & I did not need police. So I could only say IBIS staff were wonderful. People is the reason for going back to Lourdes and the bad ones drive everyone away. So I am voting for your staff on that account

Hotel have great location and just walk distance to Lourdes Sanctuary. Receptions staff friendly and quick response with our request. We have experience the aircon does not work in the afternoon and water heater does not work in the early morning. Hope they could better in the future.

We were able to park at the hotel and walk to the attraction, which was very convenient. The staff we encountered were lovely, and the room was very clean. There was also good free Wi-Fi and a wall-mounted TV. However, there were several drawbacks. We arrived at 9pm and found there were no staff on site. Instead, we had to use a digital check-in system to obtain codes for both the building and our room. As there were two of us, the system required separate details and email addresses for each guest before issuing the code, which was frustrating after a long journey. The restaurant next door was closed (it doesn’t open on weekends or public holidays), so we had to walk over a mile to find food, which wasn’t ideal late in the evening. The air conditioning was ineffective, it made a lot of noise but didn’t actually blow any cool air. We ended up opening the windows, but it was a very hot night, so this didn’t help much. The bedding wasn’t 100% cotton, which made it uncomfortable in the heat. Finally, the shower was extremely small and wouldn’t be suitable for a larger person. No carpets in the rooms.

Small simple room but all that I needed. No lack of kettle but I was allowed to get hot water from the eating area. Very close to railway station and under 10 minutes walk to the river. Plenty of eating places around Very good value

우리는 겨울에 일주일 이상 Hôtel Golf Fontcaude에 머물렀고 전반적으로 잘 관리되고 신중하게 설비된 매우 명확한 인상을 남겼습니다. 가장 먼저 눈에 띄는 것은 모든 것이 얼마나 깨끗한지였습니다. 객실, 공용 공간 - 모든 것이 흠이없고 잘 보살핌을 받았습니다. 그 청결함은 즉시 숙박을 더 편안하고 안심시켰습니다. 호텔은 또한 시설이 잘 갖추어져 있으며 특히 간이 주방이 있는 많은 객실이 있습니다. 우리와 같은 장기 체류를 위해 이것은 큰 차이를 만들었습니다. 간단한 식사를 준비하고 일상적인 방식으로 정착할 수 있다는 것은 장소에 실용적이고 거의 아파트 같은 느낌을 주었습니다. 즉, 겨울에 거기에 머무르는 것은 한 가지 작은 단점을 가지고 왔습니다. 바닥이 꽤 추웠고 카펫이 없어서 특히 아침에 눈에 띄었습니다. 경험을 망치지는 않았지만 추운 달에 방문하는 경우 알아볼 가치가 있습니다. 전반적으로 Hôtel Golf Fontcaude는 깨끗하고 기능적이며 장기 체류에 적합하다고 느꼈습니다. 특히 공간과 취사를 중요하게 생각하는 경우 더욱 그렇습니다. 겨울에 따뜻한 슬리퍼 한 레가 더 좋을 것입니다.

Posizione eccezionale a circa 150m dal santuario, circondato da tanti locali e ristoranti. Di fronte all’hotel è possibile prendere in prestito le sedie a rotelle, qualora ci fossero persone disabili. Buona la colazione internazionale. Personale gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio e ci tornerò sicuramente.

Le personnel est vraiment très agréable, vous vous sentez à l’aise et ils sont à l’écoute (petite mention aux réceptionnistes et serveurs)! Je recommande pour des voyages longs comme courts. Les nombreux services de l’hôtel vous permettent de vous divertir directement sur place. Très bien situé, vous avez accès à tout en quelques minutes et sans avoir besoin de prendre la voiture. (Plage, commerce, gare, tram…) Le seul point négatif serait peut-être le manque de choix dans le restaurant. Des plats + élaborés pourraient vraiment apportés un plus à ce magnifique lieu. Je reviendrais !
