Good hotel in Kendal. Hotel has facilities like pool, gym and sauna. It has good restaurant and a separate pub. They also have two banquet halls which are mostly busy for events. Hotel is situated in a hill and their parking in spread in 3 layers. Surrounding views are beautiful of mountains. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

좋은. 저렴하고 명랑하지만 나를 위해 일을했습니다. 매우 부드러운 매트리스.. 아기처럼 잤습니다. 가장자리 주위에 지저분한 곳이지만 가격을 감안할 때 실제로 불평 할 수 없습니다.

Upon arrival there was nobody at the front desk so I waited. The woman I was somewhat greated by was far from pleasant and didn’t seem like she wanted to be there at all. Nothing was explained and no information leaflet for me to read through in my own time. When given my room key I started walking through the lobby but couldn’t see any signs for my room number. Went back to the desk to ask where to go for my room and was told ‘just follow it round’. Very unhelpful and unwelcoming, not sure this lady should be at the face of the hotel. Plus side, room was beautiful and well kept/clean. I was also lake side so got to watch the sunrise with my morning cuppa. Very refreshing views.

I’ve booked Low Wood Bay a few times but this was the first time using trip.com - we got an excellent deal and the customer service was brilliant from both trip.com and Low Wood Bay. There had been heavy snowfall so things were a bit up in the air with whether we would be coming or not due to road closures but the staff were brilliant. Thankfully we did get to come for the night and we’d booked the spa the following day. It is one of the best spas I have been to. The views are stunning. The hotel itself is really lovely, fantastic location, extremely clean and all the staff were super friendly. Will definitely be coming to stay again and can’t recommend enough for a relaxing break.

3인실을 예약했는데 최상층에 방 사이즈 괜찮고 짐 놓을 공간도 있어요. 시설이 새롭고 매트리스가 편안합니다. 집주인은 매우 열성적이었고 내 아들은 그와 매우 행복하게 이야기했습니다. 나는 그에게 좋은 의견을 제시해야합니다. 아침 식사도 빵, 베이컨, 1인당 오믈렛 세트, 요구르트 및 과일 뷔페로 매우 좋습니다. 호텔은 기차역과 부두 중앙에 위치하고 있으며 문 앞에 599번 버스 정류장이 있습니다. 도착했을 땐 역에서 멀다는 생각이 들었는데 익숙해지고 나니 괜찮다고 생각했습니다.

리뷰를 읽고 조금 걱정했는데 체크인 후 다 좋았습니다. 방이 크고 뜨거운 물도 잘 나오고 위치도 매우 편리했습니다. 유일한 단점은 호텔에 도착하기 전에 정보가 없다는 것입니다. , 이것을 개선하는 것은 완벽하지만 여기 가격이 저렴합니다. 아무도 주문하지 않을 걱정이 없습니다. 안녕하세요!

環境很棒綠樹環繞，餐廳也有自己的小花園，衹是我們選擇的房型，房間確實比較小，行李都要手提上樓,怪我們行李太多了。房間確實比較陳舊了，傢具看得出年代感，鄉村度假屋的感覺。廁所也十分迷你，熱水不太熱，開到最大也就是溫溫的。窗戶柜子就一切都比較老了，但床很舒適，就是個睡覺的地方。早餐很不錯，品嘗了獲獎的全餐，還是太多肉了，但水果bar很全很棒，推薦。這裏的接待和服務有些老爺爺老奶奶，十分親切和善。而且地理位置非常好，步行3分鐘就到郵輪碼頭，性價比很高的酒店。
