방은 깔끔하고 조용하고 깨끗했습니다. 침대도 매우 편안했습니다. 아침 식사에는 오믈렛과 미트로프가 포함되었고, 요구르트와 우유는 모두 품질이 좋아서 훌륭한 미국식 아침 식사였습니다. 단 하나 아쉬운 점은 방에서 향수나 아로마테라피 냄새가 났는데, 익숙하지 않았습니다. 위치가 골목길에 있고 모퉁이에 바가 있어서 밤에 외출하기가 조금 걱정되었습니다. 강변 산책로는 도보로 약 8분 거리에 있으며, 산책로를 따라 인기 있는 바비큐 레스토랑이 있습니다. 알라모 박물관은 도보로 약 13분 거리에 있습니다. 가성비가 매우 좋은 호텔입니다!

The hotel itself is very nice, and the valet and bellhop staff were exceptionally friendly. The location is excellent, right on the Riverwalk, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure; however, if you’re tall, the shower head placement is not ideal—my husband is 5’10” and had to duck to use it. We would consider staying again, but on our last morning the toilet clogged and overflowed onto the floor. This was frustrating, especially since very little toilet paper had been used. Most people would consider a toilet overflow an urgent issue that requires immediate attention. We called for assistance, but no one ever came. It seemed as though staff assumed they could wait since we had a couple of hours before checkout, which was disappointing. As a result, my husband had to go to the ground floor to use the restroom, and we had to navigate around toilet water on the bathroom floor while getting ready.

Recent stay was alright besides the ice machine wasn't working at all. The room was nice and clean and the service wasn't too bad considering me and my husband are regular customers so they know us pretty well

It's in a strategic location just 5 mins walk to the riverwalk area. The hotel is quite old with a small wooden cupboard in the room. The parking is very expensive but I guess that's a normal rate within the area. For the price, it's still a good place to stay for it's location.

환승 및 야간 예약, 공항 셔틀 예약, 픽업 및 약 20 분 대기 (프론트 데스크에서 알려주는 시간은 매우 정시에) 프런트 데스크에 전화하여 시간당 차량을 보내므로 더 많은 시간이 필요할 수 있습니다. 미국 호텔의 아침 식사는 매우 만족 스럽습니다. 1박 환승하기에 충분하며 가격 대비 성능 비율이 더 좋습니다.
