房間整潔，安靜，乾淨。床睡着很舒服，早餐有雞蛋餅和肉餅，酸奶牛奶品質都不錯，在美式早餐裏算好的了！就是房間有香水味還是香薰味，聞不太慣！位置在小道里，街角有個酒吧，晚上出入有點擔心，距離river walk步行8分鐘左右，沿途有個網紅BBQ餐館。步行到Alamo博物館13分鐘左右。很有性價比的一家酒店！

The hotel itself is very nice, and the valet and bellhop staff were exceptionally friendly. The location is excellent, right on the Riverwalk, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure; however, if you’re tall, the shower head placement is not ideal—my husband is 5’10” and had to duck to use it.
We would consider staying again, but on our last morning the toilet clogged and overflowed onto the floor. This was frustrating, especially since very little toilet paper had been used. Most people would consider a toilet overflow an urgent issue that requires immediate attention. We called for assistance, but no one ever came. It seemed as though staff assumed they could wait since we had a couple of hours before checkout, which was disappointing. As a result, my husband had to go to the ground floor to use the restroom, and we had to navigate around toilet water on the bathroom floor while getting ready.

환승 및 야간 예약, 공항 셔틀 예약, 픽업 및 약 20 분 대기 (프론트 데스크에서 알려주는 시간은 매우 정시에) 프런트 데스크에 전화하여 시간당 차량을 보내므로 더 많은 시간이 필요할 수 있습니다. 미국 호텔의 아침 식사는 매우 만족 스럽습니다. 1박 환승하기에 충분하며 가격 대비 성능 비율이 더 좋습니다.

Excellent accommodations all around. The gym is excellent, has dumbells, and a bench, on top of a nice selection of cardio machines. They also have a Brita filter water system to fill up your bottles with.
The room was super clean, quiet, and classy.
Fairfield is super nice.

It's in a strategic location just 5 mins walk to the riverwalk area. The hotel is quite old with a small wooden cupboard in the room. The parking is very expensive but I guess that's a normal rate within the area. For the price, it's still a good place to stay for it's location.

Great hotel - friendly staff, plenty of bars and restaurants catering for all tastes and food types (including vegetarian), good conference facilities. Location not great being downtown but things to do in the vicinity. Rooms are a decent size and you get a TV in the bathroom mirror!

I recently stayed at the Thompson Houston and overall had a great experience, especially thanks to the excellent service. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional. Their attention to detail really made me feel welcomed, and I was touched when they surprised me with a graduation cake — a thoughtful gesture I truly appreciated.
The hotel breakfast was a highlight. The food was fresh and well-prepared, and once again, the service stood out. Dining in the morning felt like a treat thanks to the welcoming atmosphere.
That said, there were a few downsides that affected my stay. The room was quite noisy, even late into the night. It was hard to relax or fall asleep with the amount of outside noise coming through.
Also, I ordered in-room dining on two occasions. On the first day, everything was great. However, the next day the fries were noticeably soggier, the salad was just a bowl of greens with six tiny avocado cubes, and — most concerning — the aioli on the side looked like it had already been used.
Overall, Thompson Houston left a positive impression on me, mostly due to its exceptional staff and quality breakfast. I hope they can improve the soundproofing and ensure consistency in their in-room dining service.

리리뷰어하얏트에 ICSC Red River 컨퍼런스의 일환으로 묵었고, 대부분의 경험에 매우 만족했습니다. 하얏트와 케이 베일리 허친슨 컨벤션 센터 간을 운전하는 셔틀이 있었는데, ICSC에서 비용을 지불했을 가능성이 높지만 호텔에서도 비용을 지불했습니다. 호텔의 전반적인 청결도는 평균 이상이었지만 객실에 더 많은 주의가 필요한 아주 작은 공간이 몇 군데 있었습니다. 주차는 댈러스 도심의 모든 곳과 마찬가지로 고객에게 친화적이지 않습니다. 발렛 서비스와 주차장에 큰 돈을 지불하거나 100야드 떨어진 개방형 무보안 주차장에 주차하는 데 비용을 지불해야 합니다. 객실의 HVAC 시스템은 훌륭하게 작동했는데, 건물의 서쪽에 있었기 때문에 좋았습니다. 침대는 특히 편안했고 모든 린넨이 깨끗했습니다... 항상 그렇듯이요. 헬스장이나 수영장을 이용할 기회가 없었습니다. 레스토랑이나 바는 이용하지 않았지만 지난번 방문했을 때 두 곳 모두에서 좋은 경험을 했습니다.
결론: 하얏트 리젠시는 여전히 댈러스에서 안전한 선택입니다.

SsimsangelaUpon arrival, the welcome was genuine. It didn't give you that uppity, too posh feeling. The valet was pricey but much better than self parking. We were greeted with a glass if champagne upon checkin. Checkin was smooth with no waiting. Our balcony room was nice and clean. It was a bit of a walk. The hotel itself is a lot bigger than it appears to be from the outside. The ballroom and conference rooms are spacious and equipped. Love the fireplaces throughout facility. The pools are beautifully done especially one being at 85 degrees in the winter time. It was sunny and cold but families were enjoying the heated pool. The lobby bar, the restaurants and the fire pits give you that scenic, rustic, resorty style all while being right there on Frisco, TX. Can't wait to return in the spring/summer.

리리뷰어The hotel elevator was so slow during peak hour on Friday night, it took us 15mins wait to get from P2 garage to lobby on first floor for check in, then another 10mins wait to go up to our room.
We stayed in the room next to the staff/house keeping room. Every time the staff comes in and out and shutting their door, it would sent a vibration and shake our room door as well. We did not sleep well that night.
