Our property is part of the Colony by the Sea association and has numerous amenities to include a large oceanfront pool, a bbq and picnic area, tennis courts, a basketball court and new playground. This condo rents Sunday to Sunday, May through October; flexible dates available in April.While this condominium has a truly incredible ocean view, please note that it is on the third floor and there are no elevators at this complex.For your safety and convenience the condo is equipped with keyless entry.This condo is a short distance from quaint shops and delicious restaurants.This home includes one set of bed linens per bed and one towel and washcloth per person registered at the home. The Nantucket Community offers an indoor heated pool, tennis courts, fishing dock, boat ramp access, and of course all that the town of Duck, NC has to offer.The spaceWalk up a couple flights of stairs to your top level condo with bay/sound views!As you enter you go to the left to access full kitchen and dining table. Bear to the right for a full hall bath, laundry room, and queen bedroom. As you come in if you continue to walk straight pass the kitchen you will lead into the living room with vaulted ceilings and primary king bedroom with attached full remodeled bathroom in 2023. Spacious tile shower with multiple head shower assembly for a spa like experience. The primary bedroom does have a large slider that leads out onto the large deck with water views and high-top table - the perfect place to start and end your day! There is a single flight of stairs inside that leads up to a nice third bedroom with two twin beds and again more vaulted ceiling! At ground level is the garage that is accessible to our guests - great spot for you to store your own beach goods, water toys, etc.Guest accessWe do have a couple kayaks for your use with kayack roller so you may take them down to the sound for easy water access at your own risk (lifevests and paddles provided).
