'The location is fantastic, just exactly what I needed especially in Ramadan. The masjid next door makes it so accessible and easy for travelers. What I really appreciate about this is The receptionist ( a lady which her name began with M - i think she’s Indonesian originally , I forgot her full name - sorry) She was very helpful and kind. The service guys are always nice. The staff at the entrance of the dinning were very friendly. The buffe was delicious and had variety. The only not very pleasant experience I had was with this 2 specific security guards at the front entrance on the 25th Feb around 8:00pm. They acted very rude and unhelpful ( I don’t know their names but they need to improve in their humanity and manners. Other than this, I has a very pleasant experience here mostly.'

리리뷰어환상적인 호텔. 매우 깨끗합니다(그리고 향기로운 로비). 우리는 Haram 전망이 있는 트윈 디럭스 룸을 가지고 있었습니다. 넓고 편안하며 플러시. 아침 식사도 좋은 시간(6:00~10:30)으로 견고했습니다. 우리는 금요일에 체크 아웃했고 그들은 Jummah salah 이후에 체크 아웃 할 수있었습니다. 호텔은 실제로 하람과 매우 가깝습니다. 온라인 리뷰에서 나는 확신하지 못했지만 실제로는 King Fahd Gate 79까지 도보로 몇 분 거리입니다. 하람에 들어가기 위해 시계탑 호텔보다 문에서 문으로 빠른 것 같습니다. 하람에서 호텔로 돌아오려면 성원을 빠져나오는 위치에 따라 조금 더 길고 약간의 오르막길로 인해(매우 까다로운 것은 없으며 노인이 아닌 것은 괜찮을 것입니다) 바쁜 시간에는 산책로가 혼잡합니다. 또는 호텔 정문에서 거리 수준까지 2분 이내에 운행하는 셔틀이 있습니다. 거기에서 에스컬레이터/리프트를 타고 하람까지 이동합니다. 적극 추천합니다. 여기의 유일한 단점은 욕실에 로션이 없으며 샤워 수압/온도가 그렇게 높지 않았습니다(매우 사소한 문제!)

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the reception team and delighted with a complimentary upgrade upon check-in. The upgraded room was not only spacious with breathtaking views but also impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, reflecting the hotel’s high standards. A special thank you to the reception manager, whose professionalism and welcoming demeanor made the check-in process smooth and set a positive tone for our stay. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring our satisfaction were truly appreciated. One of the thoughtful touches that enhanced our experience was the provision of bath salts, allowing us to unwind and relax after completing Umrah. It was a small but meaningful gesture that added to the overall sense of care. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional. The housekeeping team was proactive, consistently checking in to ensure we had enough towels, toiletries, and other essentials, contributing significantly to our comfort. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The breakfast service team was attentive and welcoming, ensuring we were comfortable and well taken care of. They even provided a walk-around tour of the buffet spread, introducing us to the menu and explaining the dishes. The breakfast theme was thoughtfully curated, offering a wide range of delicious options to suit every palate. Desta and Sandhy stood out for their exceptional hospitality. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and proactive in anticipating our needs, making us feel truly valued as guests. Hajar also deserves special recognition for her patience and creativity in resolving our requests with practical and thoughtful solutions. The in-room dining team, especially Farouk, provided excellent service. Farouk’s attentiveness and efficiency ensured that every meal was delivered promptly and with care, enhancing our overall experience. Raffles Makkah Palace sets the gold standard for luxury hospitality. With its outstanding service, thoughtful gestures, and exceptional team, it made our stay unforgettable. The person assisting during my stay at the hotel was very nice, friendly, and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable throughout my stay and provided excellent service. Truly appreciated the kindness and warm attitude. He also upgraded to me to another VIP rooms. such wonderful treatments with lowest price. thanks to Mr. Hamzah for upgrade my rooms at kaabah view. Breakfast at restaurant, Abdul rahman nicely serve to me n very helpful & friendly. insyaalah, will stay again in here. 😘❤️🩵😘

QQxQ_처음 이사한 방은 모기가 너무 많아서 다른 방으로 배정받았습니다. 청결 문제로 몇 점 감점되었습니다. 서비스는 훌륭했고, 전형적인 5성급 서비스였습니다. 방 변경도 도와주셨고, 호텔 컨시어지는 바쁜 시간에도 매우 친절했습니다. 직원들은 친절했고 짐도 잘 들어주었습니다. 시설은 꽤 오래되었습니다. 침대 옆 탁자에는 플러그가 없었고, 욕실 세면대 수압이 너무 세서 손을 씻을 때 물이 튀었습니다. 그래서 몇 점 감점되었습니다. 위치는 해변과 가까워서 좋았고, 아침 식사는 사우디아라비아에서 보기 드문 괜찮은 수준이었습니다.

로로이림해외 출장이라 처음 방문 했는데 메인 건물이 아니라 옆 건물 이였으며 시설은 최신식은 아니지만 깨끗함 시내에 나가는거 이동시간 때문에 저녁을 호텔에서 먹었음 음식 괜찮음 ㅎㅎ 조식도 따로 결제하고 먹었음(미리 결제 안하면 할인 없음) 보증금을 숙박비랑 비슷하게 받음 TT 2일이 지났지만 취소되지 않았음 ㅎㅎ
