The breakfast need improvement by variety and most of the food was cold. Staff are great and hotel was really nice. Additionally the lounge acess timing need to be more flexible specially as we want to pray in Masjid Al Haram its very tight for example snack time that is between 7 PM to 9 PM, also I dont know why they call it snack time that I discovered its dinner. This is the view from the room I booked partial Kaaba view.

The location is fantastic, just exactly what I needed especially in Ramadan. The masjid next door makes it so accessible and easy for travelers. What I really appreciate about this is The receptionist ( a lady which her name began with M - i think she’s Indonesian originally , I forgot her full name - sorry) She was very helpful and kind. The service guys are always nice. The staff at the entrance of the dinning were very friendly. The buffe was delicious and had variety. The only not very pleasant experience I had was with this 2 specific security guards at the front entrance on the 25th Feb around 8:00pm. They acted very rude and unhelpful ( I don’t know their names but they need to improve in their humanity and manners. Other than this, I has a very pleasant experience here mostly.

Mr. Hamzah is nice person@ receiptionist. And also Mr. Abdul rahman at M2 restaurant. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. The person assisting during my stay at the hotel was very nice, friendly, and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable throughout my stay and provided excellent service. Truly appreciated the kindness and warm attitude. He also upgraded to me to another VIP rooms. such wonderful treatments with lowest price. thanks to Mr. Hamzah for upgrade my rooms at kaabah view. Breakfast at restaurant, Abdul rahman nicely serve to me n very helpful & friendly. insyaalah, will stay again in here. 😘❤️🩵😘

A very nice and clean hotel, located close to the Haram. The food is delicious, and the reception staff are extremely helpful and kind. The room is fantastic and cleaned daily. Highly recommended.

전반적으로 괜찮았고, 방은 깨끗했고, 침대는 편안했지만, TV가 매우 작았습니다. 나는 해변 근처에 더 큰 TV를 사서 나가서 일출을 구경하고 싶어요.

Hajar also deserves special recognition for her patience and creativity in resolving our requests with practical and thoughtful solutions. The in-room dining team, especially Farouk, provided excellent service. Farouk’s attentiveness and efficiency ensured that every meal was delivered promptly and with care, enhancing our overall experience. I arrived from Makkah were I had an awful experience and stay at the hotel Marriott Courtyard (very dirty and I got an asthma crisis because of that, an horrible one). At our arrival at the Movempick hotel, Mr Abdelrahman, the responsable in the lobby for the reservation without knowing my story but, certainly by seeing my state, upgrade discretely my reservation. It was a beautiful and spacious room. Exactly what my husband and I needed 🥰 at this time. A very warmly Thank you.. you will find it on your way inchallah. Regarding the hotel, it is very clean, very professional and friendly staff. The only missing points: a spa , a sauna and a bigger swimming pool ( it was a children swimming pool ) . Thank you 🙏

제다에 처음 와봤는데 저렴한 호텔을 골랐어요 전반적으로 괜찮았지만 시설은 보통이었어요 일단 주차가 너무 번거로웠어요 주차장이 호텔 뒷문까지 큰 원형이 필요했어요 매우 좁은 주차장으로 들어갔습니다. 호텔 로비 입구에도 주차장이 있었습니다. 매우 불편하고 숙박 경험이 좋지 않았습니다.
