Hotel Zeta is an amazing hotel, I felt so loved immediately I entered the hotel. Svetlana customer service is impeccable!!! Always willing to assist in anyway she can. She is WONDERFUL!!! My room was beautiful and the views were to die for❤️❤️❤️. Behind the hotel is very touristy….you can take so many amazing pictures also there are so many sea side restaurants close to the hotel. The location of hotel zeta is spot on👌 . The breakfast was so so good. The environment was very clean it felt like home. I had access to the sauna , jacuzzi and steam room. Mario was also amazingggg. I really enjoyed my stay and I will definitely visit again. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

A very pleasant hotel with a quiet, intimate atmosphere. In mid-May, the nearby hotels and bars had not opened yet, so the area felt a bit deserted -but we actually enjoyed that. The beach was peaceful and beautiful, with a mix of sand and pebbles and a gentle entrance into the sea, though special water shoes are recommended. Breakfasts are served on a terrace overlooking the sea. The hotel restaurant, located on the same terrace, has stunning views of the sea and Sveti Stefan island. The service was very good, the food was delicious, and the portions were generous. Prices are high- twice as expensive as restaurants nearby. The hotel’s location is excellent: about a 5-minute walk to Miločer Park and the beaches of Sveti Stefan, Queen’s Beach, and King’s Beach, and around 25 minutes on foot to Pržno, a charming fishing village with many restaurants. If you walk up the stairs near Nobu, you can reach a street with many cafés and restaurants offering very good value for money within about 10 minutes. The staff were excellent. When we had an issue with our room (in the mountain-view room, the restaurant ventilation becomes noisy from around 5 a.m.), the hotel provided us with a complimentary upgrade and also arranged a late check-out to match the timing of our transfer. On the beach, the staff help with sunbeds, towels, and umbrellas, and everyone -managers, waiters, and beach staff alike -was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The food was great, very clean and serene environment, very helpful and kind staff. A bit off the city centre but there’s a bus that comes every 1-2 hrs if you intend to use public transport, taxi’s are also available and can be arranged by the hotel staff at a very affordable rate. Value for money is guaranteed and the pictures on the site is exactly what it is. The rooms on the 2nd floor are awesome , gives you an amazing sea view

Проживали несколько дней, поселили в апартаменты не с самым лучшем видом (на стенку соседнего отеля), с маленькими окошками, было всегда темно. Просили переселить- нам говорили, что все занято. Потом мы перепутали даты выселения и уехали в город гулять, нам написал отель, что мы должны выселиться, приезжаем в срочном порядке обратно и видим такую картину: все наши вещи в мусорных мешках стоят в общественном коридоре. Нет матерных таких слов, чтобы описать то, как унизительно было забирать вещи. Да, мы виноваты, что перепутали время выселения, но мы приехали в 12 часов (выезд до 10) , заселения новых жителей в 15, точно ли это требовало таких мерзких поступков со стороны отеля? Я думаю нет. Расположение отеля хорошее, парковка стоит 1500руб ночь, что тоже странно, если у них своя парковка почему нельзя ее сделать бесплатной, как во многих отелях. Не берите обычные апартаменты, обязательно берите с балконом или выше классом иначе вы будете жить в темнице с видом на соседний отель.

It was a good stay. The location is amazing for travellers with a car. Kotor is only about 40 minutes drive away, Budva city centre is just 10 minutes by car and Petrovac and Saint Stephen Island are also not far away. I requested a room with a view and got one. Although the view was not the best, the staff were very sweet and helpful. The apartment was very clean and met my expectations. However, the pool at the hotel is not big but if you want spa facilities they are located nearby. Picture of the view from my apartment is attached.

Oh it was fabuloussssss! The staff were so nice in the restaurant and and on reception. They left a lovely note and a birthday cake for me in my room which was very nice and unexpected. The hotel is so close to the beach just a few steps down and they have sun beds and a table reserved free of charge for guests. There are lots and lots and lots of restaurants and small eatery’s on the beach with activities. Very nice hotel would go again.

Отель очень понравился, организовали встречу в аэропорту по моему запросу. В номере очень чисто, уборка каждый день. Кровать шикарная, очень удобная, подушки классные! Все понравилось! У меня был улучшенный номер с частичным видом на море - с балкона потрясающий вид на бухту, каждое утро радовал глаз! В номере кофеварка и чайная станция, также мини-бар. Кофе с утра на балкончике с прекрасным видом на море- просто сказка! Завтраки великолепные - все очень вкусно, местные сыры - особенно понравились! Непременно остановлюсь в этом отеле снова, если появится такая возможность! Спасибо за приятный отдых!

It is the best located hotel by the old town which is just infront of the hotel. What is interesting is that the there are Roman relics that was found when they were building the hotel. It also has a big buffet breakfast.

В ванне нет ни одного крючка, некуда вешать полотенца и халаты. Над унитазом кнопка слива не закреплена нормально. На балконе нет возможности посидеть за столиком,т.к.установлен кондиционер соседнего номера. Плохая звукоизоляция!!! Если утром из соседнего номера выходят люди, очень громко хлопают и закрывают двери, то будят. Тоже самое происходит поздно ночью, если гости из соседнего номера возвращались с прогулок.

Нет слов! Отель просто шикарный. По приезду нас встретил приветливый персонал с напитками и угощениями. Нас сразу же заселили в номер,хотя мы приехали в 12 часов дня. Номер-потрясающий.Были во многих отелях,но этот превысил все наши ожидания!Просторный,стильный номер со свежим ремонтом.Это даже не номер,а целые апартаменты со всеми удобствами.Порадовала большая,удобная кровать и блэкаут шторы. Пляж-наверное лучший что мы видели в Будве,находится на Mogren 2,чистая вода,удобные лежаки,персонал который с удовольствием выполняет все твои просьбы.Для любителей экстрима есть места для прыжков со скалы в воду (от 5 до 20 метров). Небольшой минус это дорога которая занимает 10-15 минут пешком ,но оно того стоит (дорога проходит мимо старого города где много ресторанов и магазинов). Расположение очень удобное. Всё в пешей доступности. Хорошее и разнообразное спа. А вот на счет зала - думали будет больше. Завтраки- отель предоставляет по меню, а не шведский стол. Они вкусные, но выбора не так уж и много. Отдельная благодарность персоналу, в особенности Денизу. Все наши просьбы и пожелания мигом выполнялись. Все очень приветливые и отзывчивые.
