스파 시설을 갖춘 모로코 카사블랑카 호텔

The room was very clean. Pretty spacious. Proper hot water running in the bathroom. Front desk staff was polite and helpful with queries. Hotel is walkable distance to old city and tourist attractions. On the other hand, the listing should remove facilities that are not available like gym, free iron etc etc Also, for the breakfast, for what you would be paying, it didn't look it worth what you would be paying for. . I did not go for it after having the chance to look at the breakfast spread.

6월 16일에서 17일까지 1박했습니다. 서비스도 좋았고 시설도 좋았습니다. 다음 날 체크아웃하고 나서 확인해 보니 티셔츠가 두고 간 걸 발견해서 다시 물어봤지만 찾을 수 없다고 하더군요. 분명 티셔츠가 거기에 두고 간 것 같습니다. 이렇게 좋은 호텔에 어떻게 보관도 안 하고 두고 간 게 있을 수 있죠? 연락처도 묻지 않고 직원에게 물어보고 찾으면 연락할 거라고 하네요!! 그런 일은 없을 겁니다.

호텔 객실은 깨끗하고 깔끔하며 시설이 잘 갖추어져 있으며 비즈니스 지구에 위치하고 있으며 주요 명소에서 차로 15-20 분 거리에 있습니다. 호텔은 ”새”단어에서 승리합니다. 문에서 택시를 타는 것이 더 편리합니다. 아침 식사 종류는 비교적 간단합니다. 선택의 여지가 많지 않습니다. 다음에 Casa에 올 기회가 있다면, 도심에 있는 호텔을 선택합니다

호텔은 좋고 깨끗하며, 아침 식사도 훌륭합니다. 예약할 때 날짜를 잘못 입력했는데도 매니저님과 리셉션 여직원들이 충분히 이해해 주셨고 추가 비용 없이 날짜를 수정해 주셨네요. 이 호텔 직원의 융통성과 친절함에 정말 감사드립니다. ，훌륭한 경험

Check-in was a nightmare. First they couldn't find my booking so sent me to the sister hotel saying I must be booked there. I wasn't but at least that chap was helpful, found the booking and accompanied me back to the first hotel where he explained to the first recptionist how to do his job. A rather disgruntled fellow finally issued my key but need to charge me local tax. Didn't want to take local money - had no change, and tried to make me use a card for a couple of £ , hence incurring charges, exchange rate discrepancies etc. In the end I lost my cool and just started to walk away - they suddenly found change! But the hotel itself was clean, comfortable and quiet, much better than the Odomo I used last time. Shuttle bus every half hour compared to the every hour at the other place. I will use it again.

отель располагается во французском квартале, из всей поездки (проехали всю страну) показался самым чистым, самым удобным, отличные завтраки!

Otel ***et temizdi. Odalarınıza harici oturma kanepeleri yada koltukları koymanızı öneririm. Odanın büyüklüğü için yeterli değil. Giriş katındaki bar ve çatı katındaki bar vakit geçirebileceğiniz seviyede ve hoş. Nijerya’yı penaltılarda elemelerinde oldukça heyecanlı bir ortam vardı :) tebrikler Kahvaltısı beklentimin üzerindeydi ve ***et çeşitliydi. alternatifler sunabiliyorlar. Fakat İnternet üzerinden rezervasyon yaparken çift kişilik odada tek kişi konaklama rezervasyonu yapmama rağmen kahvaltıyı eklemesini tek kişi olarak değil çift kişiymiş gibi ücret uygulanıyor. Düzeltmeye çalıştım ancak bununla ilgili bir düzeltme yapılamıyor sistem üzerinden ve ekstra bir kişi fazla ödeme yapmak zorunda kaldım. Genel olarak 8/10 diyebilirim.(kahvaltı faktöründen dolayı)
