스파 시설을 갖춘 헝가리 절러 호텔

매우 만족합니다. 객실은 약간 낡고 단순하며 국내 일반 온천 호텔과 동일하지만 깨끗하고 시설이 완벽하며 슬리퍼가 없습니다. 레스토랑은 맛있습니다! 호텔 자체에는 온천이 없지만 스파가 있으며 Hewiz Hot Springs에서 도보로 2-3 분 거리에 있으며 매우 가깝습니다. 주차장이 있습니다. 성인을 맞이합니다.

온천 호텔 저녁 식사에는 음료가 포함되어 있지 않으며 추가 요금이 부과됩니다. 어린이 놀이 시설이 적습니다. 성인에게 적합하지 않습니다. 어린이에게는 적합하지 않습니다. 전반적으로 서비스는 좋습니다. 웨이터는 항상 당신에게 와인을 부어주고 접시를 포장합니다.

Heviz is a beautiful place. The location of this hotel is nice. The deluxe room is convenient, quite spacious for 2 people , with a balcony and a nice view. Food is good, various, for any taste. Treatment, exercises, swimming are well organized. Many thanks to staff for friendly and relaxing atmosphere. But the room housekeeping is very disappointing, no every day vacuum cleaning, dust removal, washing floor and cleaning in the bathroom. They just clean out the rubbish bins, that’s all. Within 4 nights stay there was no any normal cleaning, bathroom and toilet washing, bed sheets change. Highly recommend the hotel management to improve room keeping procedures.

Love the hot jacuzzi and pool. Location wise is about 30mins walk to 'town' and attractions, 8mins to train station. Nearest restaurant is about 8-10mins walk. Everything was good, including my second night, the table lamp suddenly light up in the middle of the night around 1am. I called reception and the girl said technician needed an hour to come. However she came up to check and mange to off it after few attempts. I was not comfortable to stay in same room, she was kind to let me sleep in another room. Although I couldn't sleep well because of the incident, I still appreciate it. However when I check out the next morning, I expressed I wanted to feedback about the incident, the receptionist (a different lady) was very defensive and her attitude made me felt I was trying to creat problem. She said in harsh way that there is no *****, nothing happened before. In the first hand, I never say that there is *****, I just said I want to feedback about the light and I didn't get good sleep. The buffet breakfast and dinner are good. Overall I am happy with the hotel, except the final encounter with the receptionist during check out.

Не в первый раз в этом отеле. Питание, СПА, территория, чистота в номере- все было на самом высоком уровне. Персонал очень заботится о гостях, чего , к сожалению не скажешь о самих отдыхающих.

환경이 좋고 위치가 매우 좋으며 관광 명소와 가깝습니다. 서비스 직원의 태도도 매우 좋습니다.

It's ok for a couple of nights + Modern, spacious and clean rooms + Good Wi-Fi connection + Decent breakfast + SPA and related amenities - No gym - There was the reconstruction work on my floor, so someone drilled from time to time - unacceptable attitude
