While the outside of Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia is stunning, the overall experience left much to be desired. After being wowed by the property's beautiful exterior, the rest of our stay was somewhat disappointing, especially considering the hotel's high star rating. The lack of customer service was a major letdown. There was no doorman to assist with our luggage upon arrival, and the young bartender simply watched as I struggled to open the door, rather than offering to help. It was only after I had to explicitly ask him for assistance that he begrudgingly opened one side of the door, still making no effort to help with our bags. The cleanliness of the room was also sub-par. We left our used towels in the bathtub, as the room instructions indicated, but rather than replacing them with fresh towels, the housekeeping staff simply hung the dirty ones back up. This was an appalling oversight. Additionally, the gym and pool area did not have WiFi access, which was an inconvenience when trying to stay connected during our stay. Overall, while the property itself is visually impressive, the lackluster customer service and lack of attention to cleanliness really detracted from our experience at Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia. I expected a higher level of quality and care from a hotel of this caliber.

Durante il mio recente soggiorno a Torino, ho avuto il piacere di trascorrere un weekend presso il Palazzo Belezia Luxury & Spa, un’esperienza che si è rivelata ben oltre le aspettative. Situato nel cuore della città, questo hotel incarna un perfetto equilibrio tra eleganza storica e comfort moderno, offrendo un soggiorno raffinato e rilassante. Uno dei punti forti dell’hotel è senza dubbio l’area wellness, un vero gioiello incastonato in un contesto architettonico suggestivo. Appena varcata la soglia della spa, ci si sente avvolti da un’atmosfera di pace e lusso. La piscina interna riscaldata, con luci soffuse e dettagli in marmo, è perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata trascorsa a esplorare la città. L’acqua è mantenuta a una temperatura ideale, e le sedute idromassaggio contribuiscono a sciogliere ogni tensione muscolare. Il bagno turco è spazioso, pulito e dotato di un sistema di aromaterapia che rende l’esperienza ancora più sensoriale. I vapori caldi e avvolgenti, combinati con le essenze naturali, favoriscono una profonda purificazione della pelle e un senso generale di rigenerazione. Anche chi non è abituato a questo tipo di trattamento ne uscirà piacevolmente sorpreso e rinvigorito. La sauna finlandese completa l’esperienza wellness in modo eccellente. Rivestita in legno naturale e perfettamente isolata, raggiunge temperature elevate ideali per una detossinazione profonda. Dopo pochi minuti al suo interno, si percepisce una sensazione di leggerezza e benessere difficilmente descrivibile. È presente anche una zona relax con tisane e frutta fresca, perfetta per concludere il percorso. Il personale è sempre attento e discreto, pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza con professionalità. In sintesi, Palazzo Belezia non è solo un hotel, ma un vero rifugio di lusso e tranquillità. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi cerca un’esperienza esclusiva e rigenerante nel cuore di Torino.

Очень дружелюбный, приветливый, внимательный персонал

Villa crespi is absolutely beautiful!  And the staff are wonderful. And the location is a nice walk to town. However I have no idea how they received a gold key last year!  The rooms were so hot I could not sleep (march) and I asked them to turn off the heat!  But that did not work. I also asked them not to continue spraying perfume all over my room because I was allergic… however housekeeping continued to do so until I locked them out. In addition the mattress was limp and old- very uncomfortable. The shower is vintage and needs to be upgraded- nice to loook at but impossible to shower in if you stand over 5’2”!

자전거 행사로 인해 모든 도로가 막힌 날 도착해서 호텔에서 3km 떨어진 곳에 차를 주차하고 25kg짜리 짐을 들고 숲을 지나 호텔까지 걸어가야 했습니다. 호텔 측에서는 이 문제에 대해 이메일이나 전화로 알리지 않았습니다. 레스토랑 서비스도 형편없었습니다. 저녁을 먹었는데 웨이터가 술에 취한 듯 주문을 잊어버리고, 코스 요리만 주문했는데도 전체 메뉴를 주문해서 요금을 청구하는 모습이 눈에 띄었습니다. 총 30유로였습니다. 음식도 형편없었습니다. 지방세라고 불리는 4.5유로를 추가로 청구했습니다. 정말 최악의 경험이었고, 이 호텔에는 다시는 오지 않을 겁니다.

시설이 완벽하고 편리하며 깨끗하고, 자는 동안 소음도 없고, 목욕물도 매우 뜨겁고, 물의 양도 좋습니다. 전반적인 경험은 매우 좋으며 다음에도 별 5개를 선택할 것입니다.

Номера маленькие и не комфортные . Ресторан и бистро невозможно забронировать в субботу на ужин

My intended booking was at splendid hotel in lugano but once I went there I realised that it was at baveno 😅 ,so I took a taxi for 350 euro to go there . The front desk upgraded my rooms to lake views for 80 euro/night. The gym is for 12 euro /person, the breakfast is about average nothing special. The front desk are nice people but they put an extra service charge for that(optional). The view from the balcony was beautiful.

Alla fine tutto sommato mi sono trovato bene devo dire la stanza era tutto ok

역에서 조금 걸은 곳에 있다. 직원은 친절하고 친절합니다. 매우 교환이 있었습니다. 방은 퀸 침대가 있는 차분한 색조로 깨끗했습니다. 두 명의 운반 가방을 펼쳐 놓을 수있는 공간이 충분합니다. 샴푸, 컨디셔너가 없기 때문에 지참이 필요합니다. 드라이어는 기묘한 형태를 하고 있어 풍량은 속삭이는가. 좀처럼 말리지 않습니다. 손잡이가 없어질수록 뜨거워지므로 수건을 감아 사용하는 것이 좋습니다. 샤워는 조금 좁기 때문에 움직임이 어렵지만 깨끗합니다. 아침 식사는 베이컨과 치즈, 스크램블 달걀에 크로와상 등 스테디셀러 상품이 늘어서 있습니다. 아무도 맛있고 배 가득 먹어 버렸습니다. 종합적으로는 만족으로, 이쪽에 묵어 좋았다고 생각했습니다. 사진의 장소는 아침 식사 장소입니다. 방의 사진은 찍어 잊어버렸습니다…
