Nice location. Beautiful view. Great service as well. Staff is nice. Breakfast spread is good - although many items were very salty. Same for dinner buffet. One issue - no lift. So people who cant take stairs are unable to go to bar above or spa below.

A Hidden Gem – Perfect Honeymoon or Quiet Getaway This place is truly a hidden gem. It was the perfect spot for a honeymoon couple or anyone looking for a peaceful, quiet getaway. Travel tip: From Colombo, you can catch a direct bus to Nuwalapitiya. We didn’t know this and went via Kandy, which made the journey longer than necessary. If we had known, we would have taken the direct bus—it’s much easier. Ps:The bus ride is phenomenal—very beautiful views along the way and very cheap. The property is located on a hill and is naturally beautiful, surrounded by trees and birds whose songs make the atmosphere even more serene. It does get a bit cold at night, but it was the perfect kind of chilly—cozy and refreshing. Our room had an amazing view, making it even more special. The stay itself was perfect for our honeymoon: very cozy, comfortable, and clean. The staff were amazing, especially one gentleman at the restaurant (I didn’t catch his name, but I want to mention him). He went above and beyond to help us and was incredibly sweet and warm-hearted—it really made our stay special. A small note: we noticed the pool looked a bit dirty, which some other reviews also mentioned. However, it was clarified in the pool area that they use natural spring water without chemicals, so this is expected and actually a great eco-friendly approach. But This hotel needs some love because this is a very nice place. Another small note: there were some insects, like cockroaches, but that’s expected when staying on a hill in the middle of nature surrounded by trees. Overall, this was a truly wonderful experience and a perfect spot to relax, unwind, and enjoy nature. Highly recommended!!

Seerock The King’s Domain offers an impressive stay with super spacious rooms, a beautiful outdoor environment, and excellent service. The only downside—though not the hotel’s fault—is the occasional wild peacock screaming at night, which might disrupt light sleepers. Otherwise, a fantastic getaway for nature lovers.

The owners and employees at this hotel are so, so lovely. Unfortunately their hotel is not. I almost feel catfished as many of the photos highlighted the bar and pool party atmosphere. This was not the case - the pool was a decent size but in the shade and I actually didn’t see anyone in it. The pool party drinking shots I highly suspect were perhaps not a genuine source. The same goes for the bar which is massive and attended to by several lovely young, bored gentlemen as both times I popped up (once for dinner) I was the only patron. Again no party atmosphere or even people - which is a shame as it is a big venue. Fortunately next door was another venue for some decent cocktails and music which saved the boredom somewhat. The bedroom was a decent size with a small fridge (but didn’t work), the bathroom was small, felt dirty, no hand soap or soap for the shower (apart from leftover previous occupants - and that was gross). The pressure was poor making showering difficult and there was plaster on the floor from some damage - not cleaned up. The bed was massive and comfortable with air conditioning and a fan so sleep was good. Finally, and to repeat, the staff were lovely. Very hospitable and the location is about a ten minute walk to the Sacred Tooth Temple and Kandy Lake. So great location. Would I stay there again - no. Would I pop in to say hello to the owners and next door for a cocktails - possibly!

The room is massive. The food served is good too, but there was a ceremony across the road, and it was so noisy. Try not to take a corner room or a room facing the road, as I have heard these ceremonies happen often. Otherwise, the staff is very helpful and I enjoyed my stay.

Overall stay in radisson kandy was pretty pleasant and comfortable. Room was very clean and presentable. Had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and the dining hall was spacious and the food was tasty with a variety of dishes. Roof top restaurants have a good variety of dishes with swimming pool and very view of skyline with visible kandy lake, buddha temples, mountains etc. Staff was very pleasant and ready to help for any requirements. Only was the availability of drinking water. Supplied only 2 bottles of 500 ml each and water cooler/ dispenser not available and guest had to buy additional water bottles at very high cost (compared to market rate. Hotel management can have a look at an issue of availability of drinking water. Otherwise the overall hotel stay was pleasant/ satisfying.

스리랑카에서 만난 인생 호텔 스리랑카에 가서 단 한 곳의 호텔에만 묵을 수 있다면, 그곳은 단연 헤리턴스 칸달라마일 거예요. 호텔 곳곳에서 온순하고 귀여운 원숭이들을 볼 수 있었고, 심지어 야생 코끼리들이 아래층 호숫가에서 물을 마시는 모습도 볼 수 있었어요. 저는 놀랍게도 이곳에서 야생 코뿔새를 보았습니다. 그 두 마리의 코뿔새가 제 눈앞에 있었고, 커다란 부리를 가지고 자유롭게 날아다녔죠. 그 순간 소름이 돋았어요. 야생 환경에서 코뿔새를 실제로 본 것은 처음이었거든요. 이 모든 것이 호텔이 자연과 얼마나 잘 어우러져 있는지를 잘 보여줍니다. 제가 생각하는 호텔의 가장 감동적인 두 순간이 있습니다. 하나는 밤이 찾아왔을 때, 한 현지 노 음악가가 호텔 모닥불 옆에서 피리를 연주하던 순간입니다. 그 연주자가 음악을 연주하기 시작했을 때, 달빛은 이미 칸달라마 호수 위에 머물러 있었고, 코뿔새들도 막 잠이 들었죠. 그 순간 저는 제가 휴가 중이라는 사실조차 잊은 듯했습니다. 또 다른 순간은 아침에 제가 일어나 커튼을 걷었을 때였습니다. 갑자기 두 마리의 원숭이가 제 발코니로 뛰어들어왔어요. 스리랑카 원숭이들은 매우 온순하고 심지어 수줍음이 많습니다. 발코니에서 이리저리 뛰어다니는 그들을 보면서, 그 순간이 정말 특별하고 아름답다고 느꼈습니다.

우리는이 호텔을 다시 여기에 머물기 위해 Kandy로 돌아갈 정도로 좋아했습니다! 직원들은 모두 친절하고 도움이 되며 전문적이었고 호텔과 객실은 모두 깨끗하고 잘 관리되어 있으며 저녁 식사와 아침 식사 모두의 음식은 맛있었습니다. 전반적으로 우리는 여기에 머무르는 것을 좋아했고 더 오래 머물 수 있기를 바랍니다. *우리는 또한 좋은 호텔의 상점에서 보석을 샀습니다.

호텔이 좀 높은 편이라 퇴근 후 올라가느라 좀 피곤했어요. 바로 옆에 초등학교가 있는데, 아침에 학생들이 등교하는 모습이 꽤 흥미로웠어요. 아침에 새소리에 잠이 깨기도 했고요...
