스파 시설을 갖춘 영국 글로스터셔 호텔

Travelled to Cheltenham for business and stayed 2 nights at the hotel. Polite and professional staff at reception during check-in and check-out, as well as in the restaurants. Room including shower room were clean and well presented. Would have preferred a chair to work at the desk instead of a stool - a minor point. Didn't have time to use the pool etc. Hotel is about 10 minutes drive from the centre for more eating places.

I stayed here alone for business. It was a good location for me as I was driving somewhere the next day, but this hotel didn’t seem to be near anywhere so you couldn’t walk to a town or anything. The room was nice, and comfortable. The swimming pool was ok but the larger hot tub was cold in temperature in my opinion. I also didn’t like that the lockers in changing rooms needed a padlock to be used. As a hotel guest I don’t make a habit of carrying a padlock with me for use in a situation like this. So I had to carry all my stuff into the pool area rather than leave in the locker room. The bar could definitely do with a face lift to make it a nicer place to sit in an evening, especially as there isn’t really anywhere else to go. The food I had was ok at best, breakfast was also good.

It was a good hotel, a bit basic, rooms (in the hall part of the hotel) need updating; not sure of the others. The restaurant good. The breakfast was good but a bit busy on one of the days. The hotel facilities need attention. TV remote not working, the team couldn’t get it fixed easily; not ideal.

Great rooms. Great staff. Lovely location. Drinks at bar exhorbitant price and restaurant food good but well overpriced. Had a nice time but no Christmas menu on 14th December.

호텔은 현대적이고 깨끗합니다. 객실은 매우 넓고 편안한 고급 침구. 침대가 큽니다. 샤워실과 욕실은 깨끗하고 현대적입니다. 생수와 환대용 트레이가 친절했습니다. 아침 식사는 끔찍했습니다. 음식이 떨어지고, 재입고를 기다리는 데 오랜 시간이 걸렸고, 테이블은 더럽고, 차, 우유(비유제품), 빵의 선택이 형편없었습니다. 콘티넨탈 플래터는 햄과 치즈로 되어 있어서 창피했습니다! 20분 동안 계란을 먹지 못했습니다. 접시는 뜨거웠고, 소시지도 있었습니다. 정말 싸고 소시지 맛도 없었습니다! 호텔에서 먹은 아침 식사 중 최악이었습니다. 호텔의 나머지는 모든 면에서 좋았는데 아쉽습니다.

치핑 캠든(Chipping Campden)의 중심부에 위치한 Cotswold House Hotel and Spa는 지난 10년 동안 지어진 200년 된 광장이 내려다보이는 뒤쪽에 20,000m² 규모의 조경된 테라스 정원이 있습니다. 코츠월드입니다. 객실은 평면 TV, 훌륭한 욕실 시설 및 차/커피 메이커를 갖추고 있어 매우 편안하게 설계되었습니다.

방은 좋은데 엘리베이터가 고장났고 웨이터가 너무 친절해서 방 문 언급을 도와주었습니다. 학교를 방문하기에 가장 좋은 호텔입니다

환경은 무적입니다. 골프 코스는 사방이 울창하고 넓은 잔디와 숲이 있으며 장식이 우아합니다. 아침과 저녁 식사가 좋고 가격이 합리적이며 서비스 태도가 좋습니다. 코츠월드의 중심부에서 약간 떨어져 있지만 고속으로 배스까지 쉽게 갈 수 있습니다. 나쁜 점은 객실, 특히 욕실이 너무 좁고, 엘리베이터가 없고, 계단이 매우 좁고, 큰 짐을 가지고 다니기 불편하고, 이 호텔은 애완동물을 동반할 수 있다는 것입니다. 밤에 다음 몇 방에서 개가 짖는다

We had a wonderful stay for 4 days 3 nights at Ellenborough park. The location and estate are outstanding. This is an authentic English experience. The staff was very kind and accomodating. We enjoyed the heated pool in february which was great. Breakfast was everything you hoped for. We are already considering returning in warmer weather and explore the beautiful cotswolds. Definitely recommend ++++
