말도없이 호텔이 교체됏음! 메니져는 미인하다먄서 도시세를 내지않아도 된다고 말을 했고 나는 다른 호텔로 이동을 했다! 하지만 체아웃할때 그 호텔은 도시세를 내라고 말했다!

안녕, 우리는 옆집 호텔로 업그레이드되었습니다. 위치는 매우 가까우나(가리발디 또는 나폴리 센트랄레까지 지하철 역 1개) 지역이 꽤 더럽고 안전하지 않다고 느꼈습니다. 호텔 방은 매우 깨끗했고 시설은 최고 수준이었고 가격 대비 좋은 가치를 지녔습니다. 아침 식사가 포함되어 있었지만 아침 일찍 출발해야 ​​해서 아침 식사를 하지 못했습니다. 내가 가졌던 가장 큰 불만은: 방이 5분 안에 준비될 것이라고 말하면서 우리를 계속 기다리게 했지만 1시간 이상 걸렸습니다. 물론 우리는 12시에 도착했고 가방을 창고에 맡길 준비가 되어 있었지만 그들은 계속해서 5~10분 안에 도착할 것이라고 말했습니다. 방을 준비하는 데 75분 정도 걸렸습니다. 내가 그들을 대면했을 때 그들은 그것에 대해 전혀 사과하지 않았고 실제로 그들은 호의를 베풀고 있다고 말하고 있었습니다... 전반적인: 좋은 호텔, 좋은 시설. 직원은 도움이 되지 않았고 지역은 더러웠습니다.

The hotel is incredibly grand, and we were very pleased with the staff’s courteousness; they were incredibly helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Our room had lovely amenities, and our breakfast was, similarly, very nice. Overall, for the price, we recommend it, since everything was very orderly, and we enjoyed our time, as guests in the Palazzo Caracciolo.

Hotel correct. La chambre normale est un peu petite. La situation est très centrale à côté de restaurants disponibles. La personnel est très chaleureux et à l’écoute. Un charme un peu désuet pour ceux qui apprécient. Le problème est surtout la parking. Toute les places publiques sont payantes (1 euro l’heure) et presque toutes occupées même en hiver ou alors vous payez 20 euros la journée a l’hôtel. Le buffet du déjeuner est garni et bon. Les communs (salle à manger) non chauffés fin février, en tout cas c’était mon impression.

Una sorpresa positiva assoluta! Location perfetta fronte mare , pulizia ottima e stanza gradevole . Colazione di livello e frigobar in camera. Ma soprattutto una accoglienza ed un attenzione agli ospiti fuori categoria . Bravissimi , gentilissimi e , per esempio essendo l’ultimo dell’anno ci hanno tenuto o bagagli e lasciato le chiavi della location. Voto 10 e lode ! Da ritornarci assolutamente!!

We pick this hotel for the view and it doesn't disappoint. The view from our room facing the sea is breathtaking same goes with the breakfast place restaurant.

It was a little difficult to find the hotel as it is hidden behind buildings along the Main Street. Was a small narrow road to get to the hotel. But once you get to the hotel everything is amazing! The hotel and rooms are beautiful and clean, with a grand winding stairwell as a signature. The breakfast has really great selection and of high quality. The staff provided awesome service!

Hotel bellissimo. Stanze pulite e dotate di ogni comfort. Colazione ricca e di qualità, con ampia scelta tra dolce e salato. Ristorante ottimo. La spa é eccezionale. Ci torno per la terza volta e sono sempre soddosfatta. Sicuramente ci tornerò ancora.
