We had a great experience staying in the hotel. They have an excellent service & offers a variety of choices. It has a great & clean amenities. The staff were very polite and helpful.

From the beautiful accommodations to the breathtaking beach views, every moment was truly special and relaxing! The kids had a wonderful time enjoying the fun and well-organized kids’ activities, making the experience even more memorable for our whole family! Pearl Farm is like a paradise. Everything is pleasing to the eyes and to the tummy! Lechon is available every night. Staff are very friendly, accommodating and quick to respond to every request. My only complaint is their social media, phone and email responses. They respond very slow or none at all. 1. I asked for a transfer from Discovery Samal Welcome Center to their Marina Wharf. They said they will send a van at 1pm but there was none. I followed up thru trip dot com messages, no response. I called their mobile number, declined! Guess what, they replied saying they were on lunch break! We were in a hurry because we need to be in their wharf before 2pm per their instruction. Nada. Good thing we were able to ask Discovery Samal staff to bring us to Marina Wharf. 2. Boat transfer from wharf to resort was cancelled due to big waves. I understand. We were told we will be traveling by land. We rode a van, lined up to be transferred via RORO (yes, the ship transfer) which took us 2 freaking hours just for lining up!! And another hour to arrive at the resort. We travelled for 3 HOURS just to arrive at the resort. We lined up with other RORO passengers - with and without vehicles. We are staying in a 5 star resort but they cant do something to make the waiting/lining up in the RORO be a little faster?? I saw the driver paying 20/passenger for riding the RORO (not verified). Cant the resort pay a little extra for a fast lane or something similar? Idk! Just rly disappointed bcos we were traveling with a 3yr old! Ofcourse I messaged them regarding this thru email and yes, they DID NOT REPLY AGAIN. I wanted to rate them 5stars but their communication with guests is so bad. I worked in a hotel and every message from guests is taken very seriously.

이 호텔에서 정말 멋진 시간을 보냈습니다! 도착한 순간부터 직원분들이 친절하고 세심하게 배려해 주셨고, 필요한 것이 있으면 언제든 도와주실 준비가 되어 있었습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 넓었으며 아름답게 디자인되었고, 침구도 편안했으며 필요한 모든 편의시설이 갖춰져 있었습니다. 특히 호텔 전체의 청결 유지에 세심한 주의를 기울인 점이 인상적이었습니다. 전반적으로 훌륭한 경험이었고, 다음에 또 꼭 이곳에 묵고 싶습니다!

호텔방에는 작은 개미들이 기어다니고 있습니다. 하지만 전문점은 3층에 있는 중식당인데, 음식의 양이 매우 많고, 기본적으로 1인이 한 접시를 먹을 수 있습니다. 아침식사는 로비에 있는 뷔페 레스토랑에서 제공되는데 중국의 4성급 호텔과 비슷하지만 웨이터들의 태도가 매우 좋고 차와 물, 커피를 솔선해서 가져옵니다.

나는 그랜드 리갈 호텔에서 잘 머물렀다. 호텔은 특히 평화롭고 편안한 곳을 찾고 있다면 머물기에 괜찮은 곳입니다. 수영장 지역은 실제로 하이라이트 중 하나였습니다. 깨끗하고 넓으며 긴 하루를 보낸 후 긴장을 풀기에 좋습니다. 그러나 쇼핑몰, 편의점 및 기타 시설에서 꽤 떨어져 있기 때문에 위치가 약간 불편합니다. 객실도 약간 낡았으며 일부 개조 또는 업그레이드를 사용할 수 있습니다. 전반적으로 좋은 시설과 친절한 분위기를 갖춘 좋은 호텔이지만 현대적인 객실과 쇼핑이나 도시 명소에 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 경우 최고의 선택은 아닙니다.

현재 다바오 최고의 호텔이라고 할 수 있으며, 사말 섬의 리조트 외에도 다바오 시에서 최고 수준의 비즈니스 리셉션을 제공하는 국제 호텔 체인입니다. 호텔은 훌륭한 세부 사항과 고급스러운 느낌을 가지고 있으며 모든 직원은 얼굴에 미소를 띠고 친절하며 집과 같은 느낌을 줍니다.

I like the standard room, it' s good for 2 persons although the leg room is quite limited but over all it is ok. The place is serene and calm, it is ideal for middle aged and persons who like a quiet place to stay. And to top it all, there is a huge park outside where you can jog early in the morning or in the afternoon. I like the experience

불행히도 Wi-Fi를 사용할 수 없습니다 ❗️ 그 다음 비누 샴푸 칫솔 없음 ❗️ 직장에서 Wi-Fi가 없어서 결국 자정에 돌아 가게되었다. 안내해 준 여자에게 전화해도 반응이 없어서 안타깝게도...이상입니다.가능하면 답장 부탁드립니다
