I recently stayed at Grand hyatt kochi and it was a fantastic experience! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with the added bonus of terrace access, which provided beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect place to unwind after a long day. The food at the hotel was another highlight—delicious, well-prepared, and served promptly. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, every meal was a treat. Overall, a great place to stay, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a combination of comfort, great food, good service and a lovely outdoor space!

Requested for transport from airport to hotel however no one shown regardless of calling 3 times also wasn't so professional in giving a firm reply.... Hotel was good and reception staff also good, Needs to improve in the future... I tried to get a change from receptions to pay to taxi however unfortunately couldn't help due to bad policies and no change at that time in the hotel. Could have kept some fruits and snacks in the room as this is so called 5 start. Too much renovation ongoing including painting too Very helpfull in extending few hours for late check-oiut Rooms was very good,

The property is super pleasant and the entire staff is super awesome. Very very helpful and constantly ready to lend a helping hand

The Coast View hotel felt a bit dated, but it was generally clean. The TV wasn't working, but it was fixed immediately. The breakfast buffet and restaurant were delicious, and the staff　were very helpful. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a detailed statement of my credit card payment at checkout. Despite multiple email requests since returning home, I haven't received a detailed statement of the total amount, so I'm confused about what was charged to my room and how much.Could you please attach it to an email as soon as possible?

여행 준비 중 프리미엄 어스 빌라를 예약했는데, 목적지까지 가는 데 전혀 문제가 없었습니다. 위치도 좋았고, 리셉션 직원이 다른 방이 세 개 있는 건물로 안내해 주었습니다. 처음엔 방의 디자인이 마음에 들지 않았습니다. 프리미엄 어스 빌라냐고 물었더니 그렇다고 했습니다. 침대가 작고, 바렌다(화장실)가 너무 개방적이어서 옆방과의 프라이버시가 전혀 없었습니다. 게다가 약속했던 서부 가츠(western ghats)도 볼 수 없었습니다. 제가 문제를 제기하자, 직원은 더 나은 편의시설과 서부 가츠 전망이 있는 더 프라이빗한 다른 방으로 안내해 주었습니다. 마치 프리미엄 어스 빌라를 내주고 일반 객실을 제공하려는 것처럼 느껴졌습니다. 제가 머무는 동안 폭우가 쏟아져 지붕에 물이 새기 시작했습니다. 다시 항의하자 직원은 저를 원래 방으로 돌려보내겠다고 했지만, 거절하자 직원은 물을 받을 양동이를 준비해 놓았습니다. 프리미엄 어스 빌라에서는 전혀 ”프리미엄”이라는 느낌이 들지 않았습니다. 수영장은 깨끗하고 좋았지만, 근처에 수건이 부족했습니다. 레스토랑도 괜찮았고 음식 가격도 적당했습니다. 아유르베다 트리트먼트는 이미 사기당한 것 같아서 이용하지 않았지만, 가격은 적당해 보였습니다. 전반적으로 위치는 좋았고, 음식은 괜찮았으며, 객실과 기타 편의 시설은 평균 수준이었습니다.

Kochi Marriott Hotel Spacious rooms, great service, and an amazing breakfast spread. Conveniently next to Lulu Mall, perfect for both business and leisure stays.

The hotel facilities were excellent. Superb infinity pool, great bar and the restaurant is fabulous. All staff were lovely, paying attention to detail and making our stay special

OVerall 사랑스러운 호텔과 리셉션의 훌륭한 직원. 객실은 매우 넓고 편안한 침대입니다. 우리가 tuk tuk을 요청했을 때 약간의 의사 소통 오류가 있었고 그는 우리가 요청하지 않은 곳으로 우리를 데려갔습니다. 좋은 직업입니다. Google 지도가 있어 우리가 잘못된 곳으로 향했다는 것을 인식합니다! 수영장은 수영하기에 사랑스럽고 오후 430시에 약간의 간식과 함께 무료 음료를 마시기에 좋습니다. 위층의 게임 공간도 재미있었지만 위층은 매우 덥습니다.

The hotel is in prime location and service is very good , breakfast and cleanliness is also good
