스파 시설을 갖춘 인도 케랄라주 호텔

從入住到離店的3天，每個時刻都像回到家一般，被‘’親友‘’團隊關照呵護着。前台每個人都很熱情，即使入住當晚有婚禮也不會敷衍了事。早餐豐盛不説，服務的小夥和女孩們各個都英俊美麗，心地善良。自助晚餐也很好吃。泰餐廳（最後幾張照片）的設計實在令我驚艷。然而最驚喜的是保潔團隊！不但精心做到應該做的，更是用心為我準備花和花瓶，還留下温暖的文字。有幾次還聽到他們在工作間的歡笑聲。客服經理，一位美麗的女士也與我一見如故，知道要趕早上的飛機，還在我出發前準備了免費的茶送來。這麼多年的旅行，這次要數極致！高度讚賞管理層的領導力，下次如果再去克欽Kochin一定會再住

Nice hospitality, overall very good service. Very near to airport therefore it’s very convenient. Food also good

Requested for transport from airport to hotel however no one shown regardless of calling 3 times also wasn't so professional in giving a firm reply.... Hotel was good and reception staff also good, Needs to improve in the future... I tried to get a change from receptions to pay to taxi however unfortunately couldn't help due to bad policies and no change at that time in the hotel. Could have kept some fruits and snacks in the room as this is so called 5 start. Too much renovation ongoing including painting too Very helpfull in extending few hours for late check-oiut Rooms was very good,

The property is super pleasant and the entire staff is super awesome. Very very helpful and constantly ready to lend a helping hand

The Coast View hotel felt a bit dated, but it was generally clean. The TV wasn't working, but it was fixed immediately. The breakfast buffet and restaurant were delicious, and the staff　were very helpful. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a detailed statement of my credit card payment at checkout. Despite multiple email requests since returning home, I haven't received a detailed statement of the total amount, so I'm confused about what was charged to my room and how much.Could you please attach it to an email as soon as possible?

(자동차로 가는 경우 150루피, 돌아오는 경우 200루피) 5. 위치: 약간 안쪽이고 해변 쪽이 아닙니다. 6. 리셉션 직원, 매니저 및 다른 모든 직원은 정중하고 감사를 받을 만합니다. 7. 가격: 세금 포함 높은 편입니다. 8. 전반적으로 만족스럽습니다. 9. 호텔 경영진에게 제안: 일부 코티지로 가는 경사로 스타일 산책로가 있어서 다리가 불편합니다. 그들은 옆에 계단을 만들거나 배터리 카를 마련해 줄 수 있습니다.

Marriott Kochi에서의 숙박은 훌륭했습니다! 음식부터 서비스까지.. 더 바랄 게 없었습니다. 모든 면에서 완벽했습니다! 무료 객실 업그레이드를 받았고 직원들이 정말 최선을 다해주었습니다. 음식도 훌륭했습니다. 우리 아기들은 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈고, 다음 날 다른 주에 있는 다른 호텔에 체크인했을 때 실제로 호텔로 데려다 달라고 부탁했습니다. 분명히 다시 여기 올 것이고 이 호텔을 모든 사람에게 강력히 추천합니다. Marriott Kochi의 경영진과 직원들에게 훌륭한 서비스에 대해 다시 한 번 큰 감사를 전합니다!!

The hotel service and culinary offerings were excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was impeccably clean; however, the bathrooms could benefit from some enhancements. It is essential to ensure that there is a shower curtain in place, as otherwise, water tends to spill onto the restroom floor. Nonetheless, everything else was satisfactory.

OVerall 사랑스러운 호텔과 리셉션의 훌륭한 직원. 객실은 매우 넓고 편안한 침대입니다. 우리가 tuk tuk을 요청했을 때 약간의 의사 소통 오류가 있었고 그는 우리가 요청하지 않은 곳으로 우리를 데려갔습니다. 좋은 직업입니다. Google 지도가 있어 우리가 잘못된 곳으로 향했다는 것을 인식합니다! 수영장은 수영하기에 사랑스럽고 오후 430시에 약간의 간식과 함께 무료 음료를 마시기에 좋습니다. 위층의 게임 공간도 재미있었지만 위층은 매우 덥습니다.
