Had a pleasant stay at Mercure Padang. The hotel is conveniently located near the town area, making it easy to find food, shops, and nearby attractions. The location is very strategic and accessible. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. All the basic amenities we needed were provided, which made our stay smooth and hassle-free. The facilities were good, and the overall environment felt cozy and relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it’s a nice hotel and a great choice when visiting Padang. Would definitely consider staying here again.

This hotel soo comfort. I stay for 2 nights and they will topup wter bottle and neat your room next day. The linen so fragrant. Breakfast also so good. Variety of porridge. Staff also very polite. Very recommended👍

5성급 호텔이나 리조트라고 해서 기대했던 것과는 달랐습니다. 제 방 벽에 곰팡이가 크게 생겨서 보기가 정말 싫었습니다. 침대 시트, 세탁물 가방, 바닥 타월, 세면타월이 없어서 호텔에 전화해서 배달받았습니다. 문구류도 없었습니다. 아침 식사는 선택의 폭이 좁았지만 괜찮았고, 냅킨은 없었습니다. 뷔페 테이블에 작은 정사각형 티슈 박스만 제공되었습니다. 아이가 있어서 티슈를 가지러 여러 번 가야 해서 불편했습니다. 새 건물이라 분위기는 좋았고 분리되어 있었습니다.

아침 식사는 sooooooo 좋았습니다 선택할 수 있는 다양한 음식 모든 직원은 매우 친절하고 도움이됩니다.

Nice service.. For I forgot that have to catch up early morning flight, but already booked breakfast for 2 pax.. Cannot return the money for the second day breakfast, only can take away the breakfast.. So we request for the breakfast, they served it with fruits, buns and rice and vegetables plus chicken (actually we request for it).. Thank you so much for fulfilled my request.. Going to stay again at rocky for next visit to padang.. Beside there also got supermarket, nice!

This hotel bedroom was nice & clean but the bathroom was a bit tired and grubby. The rest of the hotel was very good in terms of breakfast choice & quality and the staff service was very good.

The room condition is not so satisfying. Their toilet got bad leaking problem. My room gets banjir 😅 But because their staff service are exceptional , so my stay here was good. Their breakfast also very nice. I miss their breakfast already.

좋은 위치와 도움이되는 컨시어지 직원. 불행히도 호텔은 우리가 도착하기 약 한 달 전에 예약 한 4 개의 객실 모두에 대해 더블 침대 요청을 용이하게하기에 충분히 세심하지 않습니다. 4 개의 방 중 3 개는 뜨거운 샤워가 없어서 우리를 많이 짜증나게했습니다. 내가 머물렀던 방 (# 552)은 다음 방과 같은 발코니를 공유하며 놀랍게도 발코니 문을 잠글 수 없습니다. 옥상 바에서 매우 시끄러운 음악도 매우 성가셨습니다. 아침 식사는 인상적이지 않았고 직원들은 과일 주스를 위해 음료 유리를 보충하기에 충분히 세심하지 않았습니다. 앞으로 파당을 방문 할 때마다 다른 호텔을 선택할 것입니다.

파당은 수마트라 섬 서쪽 해안에 있는 해안 도시입니다. 호텔은 깨끗하고 파당에서 가장 높은 건물 중 하나로 손꼽힙니다. 호텔 옥상에서 파당 전체를 조망할 수 있는 멋진 전망을 자랑합니다. 운동과 수영을 즐길 수 있는 작은 수영장이 있습니다. 그 외에는 헬스장은 없습니다. 조식은 평범해서 기억에 남지 않습니다. 트윈 침대는 작지만 편안합니다. 욕실은 캡슐형이라 저에게는 조금 작습니다. 호텔 직원들은 친절합니다.

The room comes with a bath tub (the shower is within the bath tub). However, there is no curtain blocking the bathtub and the dry area so i found it a bit messy with water all over the floor. Breakfast is basic
