머큐어 호텔 파당에서의 숙박은 몇 가지 사소한 단점을 제외하면 꽤 즐거웠습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 되었지만 화장실 청결도에 약간의 개선이 필요하다는 것을 눈치채지 않을 수 없었습니다. 변기에 눈에 띄는 얼룩이 있었고 제대로 닦지 않은 것 같았습니다. 또한 욕실의 타일이 바닥에서 떨어져 나가는 것처럼 보였습니다. 그러나 가격 범위를 고려할 때 이러한 문제는 전반적인 경험을 손상시킬 만큼 중요하지 않았습니다. 호텔은 여전히 ​​가격 대비 좋은 가치를 제공하며 파당에서 예산 친화적인 숙박을 위해 추천합니다.

도시 최고의 호텔과 리조트 중 하나예요! 전망이 정말 좋고, 객실은 매우 편안하고 넓습니다. 편의시설도 완벽하고, 수영장은 이미 인피니티 풀인데, 호텔 위치가 시내와 너무 멀어서 온라인 차량만 이용하기에는 너무 불편하고, 아직 어린이 놀이터도 없습니다. 다음으로, 투숙객들이 호텔을 나서서 여가 활동을 즐길 필요가 없도록 아직 제공되지 않는 시설들을 개선해야 합니다. 👍🏼

Location is good, walking distance to eateries, shopping areas and the clock tower. Food for breakfast although limited but fulfilling and nice taste. Hotel room is clean except the amenities in room some has worn out like the ceiling lamp broken and shower handle unable to use. Overall, good short stay.

Clean near except the parking is outside and when it rains all wet. Hotel doesnt have many umbrellas.

Nice service.. For I forgot that have to catch up early morning flight, but already booked breakfast for 2 pax.. Cannot return the money for the second day breakfast, only can take away the breakfast.. So we request for the breakfast, they served it with fruits, buns and rice and vegetables plus chicken (actually we request for it).. Thank you so much for fulfilled my request.. Going to stay again at rocky for next visit to padang.. Beside there also got supermarket, nice!

The room comes with a bath tub (the shower is within the bath tub). However, there is no curtain blocking the bathtub and the dry area so i found it a bit messy with water all over the floor. Breakfast is basic

This hotel bedroom was nice & clean but the bathroom was a bit tired and grubby. The rest of the hotel was very good in terms of breakfast choice & quality and the staff service was very good.

Good location and helpful concierge staffs. Unfortunately the hotel doesn’t attentive enough to facilitate our request of double bed for all 4 rooms booked about a month prior to our arrival. 3 out of 4 rooms were without hot shower which annoyed us a lot. The room I stayed (#552) shares the same balcony with the next room and surprisingly the balcony door can’t be locked. Very loud music from the rooftop bar was also very annoying. Breakfast was not impressive and staff not attentive enough to replenish drinking glass for the fruit juices. Will choose other hotel whenever I visit Padang on the future.

This hotel soo comfort. I stay for 2 nights and they will topup wter bottle and neat your room next day. The linen so fragrant. Breakfast also so good. Variety of porridge. Staff also very polite. Very recommended👍
