강을 바라보고 있으며 수학의 다리(Mathematical Bridge)와 매우 가까운 매우 독특한 호텔입니다. 1층 집에는 작은 마당이 있습니다. 기차역까지 걸어가기에는 조금 멀다. 아침 식사는 매우 풍부합니다. 그러나 전반적인 호텔 서비스에는 여전히 영국의 오만함의 힌트가 있습니다.

房間非常好，適合個人旅遊～比較方便，設施健全。當時定的時候就看中它2021年開業的比較新，設施完善。Ground floor有健身房，汗蒸房，桑拿房，泳池，天氣不好的時候staycation也是不錯的選擇。酒店的room service好好吃，推薦雞肉蘑菇意麪。樓下就是公交車站，去劍橋大學的各個校區10分鐘左右，劍橋很小，全靠步行

노보텔 캠브리지에서의 숙박은 심각한 청결 문제로 인해 매우 실망스러웠습니다. 205호에 체크인했을 때, 이불에 눈에 띄는 혈흔을 발견했습니다. 이는 단순한 실수가 아니라 기본적인 위생 기준 위반입니다. 깨끗한 침구는 모든 투숙객이 기대해야 할 최소한의 기준입니다. 혈흔을 발견했다는 사실 자체가 객실 청소 및 점검이 제대로 이루어지지 않았음을 시사했습니다. 문제를 제기하자 침구를 다시 세탁했다는 답변을 받았습니다. 하지만 다시 확인했을 때, 얼룩은 여전히 ​​남아 있었습니다. 이는 객실 관리 부서의 품질 관리가 제대로 이루어지지 않고 있음을 보여주는 매우 실망스럽고 불안한 일이었습니다. 문제를 상위 담당자에게 보고한 후에야 제대로 된 조치가 이루어졌습니다. 매니저인 샬롯 씨는 결국 저희를 이그제큐티브 룸으로 업그레이드해 주고 무료 조식을 제공해 주었습니다. 이는 감사한 일이지만, 객실 상태가 처음부터 용납할 수 없을 정도로 불량했다는 사실은 변하지 않습니다. 객실 업그레이드는 서비스 복구의 일환일 뿐, 위생 문제나 투숙 초반에 느꼈던 불쾌감을 완전히 없앨 수는 없습니다. 호텔 측에서 청소 절차와 객실 점검 기준을 진지하게 재검토하여 향후 투숙객들이 같은 문제를 겪지 않도록 하기를 바랍니다. 안타깝게도 청결 상태만 놓고 보면 이번 숙박에 높은 점수를 줄 수는 없을 것 같습니다.

Stayed 3 nights so that we could visit family and friends in the area. Booked a twin room which had adequate space for 2 of us and separate area with small table and chairs if needed. Beds were comfortable and the room was warm (once I was shown how to activate the heating) Unfortunately the bathroom was very cold as the hotel boiler needed repair so the radiator wasn’t working. Otherwise we had a pleasant stay. The hotel is quite dated and in need of an upgrade which is on the planning. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially when I realised I’d left my own personal pillow on the bed. They tracked it down and a friend collected for me the next day. Definitely stay agin when next in the area.

While the hotel itself and rooms are fine. You have to pay extra for parking which is clearly just for capitalist gains as it’s on property. They advertise a pool (one of the main reasons we picked the hotel), which we were told on arrival has been closed for years, yet no thought to advertise this online was thought of? No instead they keep a picture of said swimming pool online when it would be a simple manner of taking one picture down to stop disappointment. They keep it up to attract visitors unfortunately. The water in the room for shower and bath simply did not go hot, but rather a low lukewarm. Breakfast also cost £15 which we opted not to do due to competition prices being so much lower for the same thing. Ultimately, it was a disappointing stay mainly due to their misinformation than the room itself.
