Good hotel in the port area. Easy access downtown, bus stop at 20m and several buses to take you to the old town. Room was spacious and comfortable but black curtains were not so black and light came thru early in the morning. Shower's floor was extremely slippery and had to put towels on it to prevent us from sliding. Breakfast is buffet, expensive, children at 12 pay like an adult and it is not that abundant, not many choices. Several places in the area where you can have a nice coffee though. Overall It was OK.

We enjoyed the convenience and the comfort of this hotel. The windows were operable and quite large and since we were facing a lovely vertical wall covered with greenery, we could safely open the windows as the weather was moderate. It was amazingly quiet on a very busy street as we were away from the street. The beds were comfortable and the housekeepers were very nice and efficient. The pool is a nice feature and heated (it was September and the water was getting chilly). There is also a beautiful beach & cove down the hill called Bellevue Beach. It's a pebbly stone beach which I love. The beach is open to the public and offers a shower to rinse off and a very nice bathroom. The view is spectacular and the water that amazing clear azure blue! Nearby there is are three restaurants we tired. Marangun which was fabulous (our favorite on our 2 week trip)... Taj Mahal which was really good too and then a pizza & pasta place called El Toro. All good in their own ways... and very broad range of prices. Great central location. Lero is a 25-30 minute walk to the Old city, and there is a local Bus #4 you can take to and from. We weren't driving but it looked like they offered on-site parking but you better check that. Last but not least, we were leaving at the crack of dawn and since breakfast was included they made up a few things for breakfast in a bag to take with us. That was so nice of them as I just assumed we would head out without anything. Enjoy Croatia and Dubrovnik. Such lovely people and a beautiful country with a complicated history!

이 호텔에는 아시아인이나 중국인이 많이 묵고 있습니다. 호텔은 구시가지에서 2km 떨어져 있으며 도보로 15~20분밖에 걸리지 않습니다. 길을 따라 풍경을 볼 수 있습니다. 아침 식사가 매우 풍부합니다. 나는 자그레브의 힐튼보다 낫다고 생각합니다. 모든 것이 괜찮았습니다. 프런트 데스크도 드롭오프 서비스를 제공했습니다. 이른 비행기를 타야 했기 때문에 프론트 데스크는 특별히 우리가 가져갈 수 있도록 아침 식사 2개를 남겨주었습니다. 방 비교적 넓고 방음도 잘 되고 세면도구와 슬리퍼도 있었어요. 중국인이 여기에 머무르는 것이 좋습니다.

호텔 위치는 구시 가지에서 조금 떨어져 있으며, 택시를 앞뒤로 가져 가야하며, 앉을 버스가 있습니다. 거리는 멀고 위치가 언덕에 있기 때문에만의 탁 트인 전망을 내려다 볼 수 있습니다. 서비스는 일반적으로 동일합니다. 방에 맛이있는 방, 연락 방을 변경하기 위해 연락하십시오. 응답은 하루가 없다고 말했고, 다음 날 돌아와서 물어볼 수 없습니다. 다음 날로 가면서 방을 바 꾸었습니다. 이 호텔은 사전에 전액을 지불해야하며 취소 할 수 없습니다. 패스되지 않은 친구 비자가 있습니다. 호텔에 연락해도 환불은되지 않습니다. 사람이 아닙니다. 대부분의 다른 호텔은 사전 승인되었으며 취소 할 수 있습니다.

Nos pasaron al hotel princesa en el mismo complejo. Habitación genial y vistas espectaculares. Un poco aislado pero autobús en la puerta para llegar a Dubrovnik en 15 minutos. La piscinas estaban cerradas por mantenimiento. El desayuno no nos impresiono mucho.

We stayed at the Royal Neptun for 1 week, it is 1 of 3 hotels forming a complex - Neptun is a 4 star and the other 2, 5 star and we could definitely see the difference. The highs, the location is outstanding, the walk along the promenade to the bars and restaurants, superb. The roof top bar and pool, amazing place to have drinks and watch the sunset, the pizzas in ‘on the rocks bar’ yummy, food and setting in Zoe was well worth the money, and the massage in the spa was one of the best I’ve had. So why only 3 stars: we checked in, other guests checking in were offered support with their luggage which we weren’t, maybe only for the 5 star, we didn’t mind but just noticeable. We walked into our room, first sight clean and tidy but then started to notice the red and white stains on the carpet, broken shower and safe, bathroom door sort of fixed. Breakfast was not a pleasant experience at all, it is not big enough for the size of the hotel, lots and lots of people walking around looking for tables, no management overseeing the flow of customers, staff moral appeared low, no one was smiling, would pass and not acknowledge you, when trying to attract attention it was like they looked through you and go in a different direction. Food ran out very quickly, all meats, cheeses etc were not covered and I could see the flies landing on it, the queue for omelettes was at least 10mins so big gathered all around where other guests were trying to eat. Pool area, as this is a family hotel was really surprised to see glass being used, 1 time were saw a glass break and a little boy cut his foot and second a wine glass broke and the stem ended up in the pool - no one was asked to leave whilst it was cleaned. This hotel has the making of amazing place to stay so hoping this feedback will help make the tweaks it’s needs.

바다의 훌륭한 전망을 갖춘 아름답고 넓은 객실입니다. 유일한 단점은 욕조에 들어오고 나갈 때 약간 미끄러울 수 있는 미끄럼 방지 매트가 함께 제공되지 않았다는 것입니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 정중합니다. 5성 호텔치고는 아침식사가 조금 실망스럽습니다. 항목 설정이 매우 지저분합니다. 예를 들어 버터가 잼 근처에 배치되지 않았습니다. 눈에 잘 띄지 않는 구석에 놓인 글루텐 프리 제품들. 에그 스테이션은 밖에서 너무 멀리 떨어져 있어서 너무 많은 계란 주문을 처리하는 사람은 단 한 명뿐입니다.

We booked this trip wanting it to be more of a holiday than a city break which it absolutely was! There is a bus stop 4 mins walk away from the hotel which takes you into Dubrovnik only 15 mins at most! I am not usually one to leave reviews but we have been truly blown away by the customer service in this hotel from every single member of staff, but a special shoutout to the staff who work in the “On The Rocks” beach bar / restaurant because you are all so so friendly! Everywhere is so clean, the spa is absolutely lovely & the location is perfect! We never had a bad meal or negative experience and we cannot wait to come back again, it was everything we needed for the perfect little reset so thank you all so much and we can’t wait to come back!

Now leaving after our incredible stay at One Suite Hotel. As soon as we walked through the door the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special every day. I was staying in the most basic room and we found this was the best hotel room we had ever been in! So spacious, clean, and lots of little touches to make it extraordinary. My parents on the other hand were staying in one of the suites, which was absolutely incredible had a kitchen, lounge and bedroom space and was an amazing room . The location is great only a 5 minute walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and a supermarket nearby- and there is a very nice restaurant in the hotel serving pizza and pasta. The rooftop pool was a great touch, we used it a lot as it was nice to relax after a day out, it’s very clean and has a lovely view. I was staying here for my 18th birthday, they brought out a huge stack of Nutella pancakes that was too much even for 4 people with half of the cake still left, this was complimentary and an example of them going above and beyond. Staff were always ready to help and they let us order from the a la carte breakfast menu for free on our last day! Can’t recommend the place enough, it is so much better than any other hotel we’ve been to, you’re not just a number at one suite you’re a name and that will make your holiday more special.
