스파 시설을 갖춘 영국 웨스트요크셔 호텔

좋은 곳. 방은 적당한 크기였습니다. 리셉션이 아주 좋습니다. 바 지역은 매우 바빴고 매우 직원이 부족했습니다. 그들은 변화가 부족하여 현금으로 지불하는 사람들에 대해 불평하고 있었습니다. 나도 포함 현금만 사용하는 사람들이 많다. 아침 식사는 꽤 좋았지 만 버터가없고 마가린 만있어 실망했습니다. 역겨운 맛이납니다. 나는 당신이 약간의 버터로 뻗을 수 있는 지불한 가격에 대해 생각합니다.

아름다운 위치. 환상적인 전망이있는 모퉁이에 멋진 방이있었습니다. 제기된 유일한 문제는 화장지가없고 핫 초콜릿 한 봉지와 비스킷 한 팩 만 있었기 때문에 밤에 끔찍한 초콜릿과 비스킷 한 팩을 먹을 수 없었습니다. 다시 머물고 스파 시설을 이용할 것입니다. 수영장과 한증막과 사우나는 완벽했습니다. 음식은 5 *였습니다

직원들은 사랑스럽고 도움이되었고 서비스는 훌륭했습니다. 그러나 우리는 그들이 청소에 뒤쳐 졌을 때 우리 방을 늦게 받았다. 보통 문제가되지는 않지만 체크인하고 가방을 내려 놓고 가야했습니다. 직원들은 방을 준비하려고 노력했습니다. 방은 괜찮 았고 조금 피곤했습니다. 화장실 롤 홀더가 누락되어 벽지가 창문 옆에 벗겨졌지만 그렇지 않으면 좋았습니다. 어떤 복도는 어떤 이유로 약간 냄새가 났으며, 이것을 덮으려고하는 플러그인이 있지만별로하지 않은 것 같습니다. 음식이 없어서 언급 할 수 없습니다.

We had an overnight stay for dinner and breakfast and were very impressed with the hotel, set in an old Manor House which is well maintained to keep the original style alive. The food was nice and the experience was great even despite the original restaurant room being closed for refurbishments. The bar is set in the Manor House’s drawing room which made for a nice setting after having dinner in the evening. Overall it was a very nice stay and was reasonably priced for what was on offer and we hope to stay again!

The hotel is very picturesque and traditional. I attended a family wedding and the food and service was exceptional. Breakfast was ample and served in a beautiful room. Our room was a twin and quite functional, but the bathroom could perhaps do with a little tlc. I was disappointed that we couldn’t use the spa - because we didn’t know we had to pre-book, and unfortunately it was fully subscribed. I would stay here again and it was good value for money.

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this hotel at Xmas. This year I had an issue with a another travel partner that failed to communicate booking details with me and then claimed my booking was not on their system despite it showing up on the hotel’s system. Ruby & Suzanne at reception were phenomenal. Their kindness, persistence and excellent customer service were second to none. I am so grateful to them. In addition the grounds of this hotel are stunning, it’s a great location, very clean, comfortable and brilliantly priced. If you’re visiting Bradford or Leeds I would highly recommend this hotel.
