호텔은 물 뒤에 깨끗합니다. 그러나 불행히도 주차장 옆에 방이 있습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 기꺼이 봉사합니다. 표준 세면 도구 객실에 식수가 없습니다. 하지만 커피 머신이 있습니다. 엘리베이터 근처에 눌러야 할 제빙기가 있습니다. 아침 식사는 좋고 항상 채우고 있습니다.

호텔경영을 제대로 아시는 분이 경영한다고 느꼈습니다.
관광안내 컨설팅 부스를 별도 운영하시는 모습과 청결하고, 디테일한 시설설비와 세심한 부분까지
고객의 불편을 해소하고자 하는 서비스정신이 돋보였습니다.
정말 좋았습니다.
한가지 시설이용 파손 대비 보상 담보금액의 환불이 좀 늦다는점은 아쉬운점이라 여깁니다.

방은 넓고 밝습니다. 호텔 직원은 매우 친절하며 항상 웃는 얼굴로 서비스를 제공합니다. 아침 식사는 매우 좋으며 호텔에서 저녁 식사를 할 수 있습니다. 위치가 매우 좋습니다. 나이아가라 강을 따라 폭포 종까지 도보로 약 1분 정도 소요됩니다.

위치도 좋고 호텔도 깨끗했어요. 하지만 제가 머무는 내내 수영장—가장 중요한 리조트 시설—이 날씨 때문에 폐쇄되었음에도 불구하고 체크아웃할 때 리조트 요금이 부과되었습니다. 실망스럽고 불공평하다고 느꼈어요.
저는 특히 수영장 구역에서 타임스퀘어 볼 드롭을 볼 수 있다는 점 때문에 이 호텔을 선택했습니다. 불행히도 그 구역은 폐쇄되었고, 그 경치를 보려면 엄청나게 비싼 티켓을 사야 했습니다. 결국 볼 드롭을 보기 위해 타임스퀘어 외부의 공공 입장권을 따로 구매해야 했어요.
이 호텔은 투숙객이 볼 드롭을 볼 수 있도록 허용하지 않습니다. 호텔 외부에서 찍은 경치 사진을 첨부합니다. 객실 예약 비용으로 무료 볼 드롭 전망을 기대하신다면 이곳에 머물지 마세요.

위치가 정말 정말 편리했어요. 맨해튼 중심부에 있어서 걸어가거나 지하철을 타면 가고 싶은 곳에 금방 도착할 수 있었죠. 정말 편리했습니다. 체크인할 때 현금이 없었는데, 직원분이 바로 10달러를 주시더라고요. 미국에는 신사분들이 정말 많은 것 같아요. (사진은 내용과 무관합니다)

호텔 위치가 좋고 문앞에 버스가 있으며 폭포를 보려면 도보로 10 분 밖에 걸리지 않습니다.
⇔방은 깨끗하고 깔끔했지만 목욕용품이 꺼져있고 조명이 어두웠으며 일부 조명이 깨졌습니다. 아침 식사는 선택의 폭이 넓지 않지만 부담스럽지 않습니다.

This motel was very good value and we stayed here for 2 nights. Whilst rather dated, it was clean and having a Walmart next door was an added bonus. We used it as a base to travel to other cities in the area.

방은 조금 작고 화장실은 자동이 아닙니다. 그런데 1층 레스토랑은 정말 맛있습니다. 친구와 점심 약속을 하고 가장 좋은 자리와 가장 큰 테이블을 배정받았는데, 레스토랑 손님들을 살펴보니 대부분이 고급이었어요- 최종 사업 사람들, 저는 우리의 중심 위치가 조금 부러웠습니다. 매우 격식을 갖춘 초청장을 준비하는 것이 핵심입니다(팁은 씨트립 하우스키퍼에게 명확하게 요청하는 것입니다). 그런데 씨트립 하우스키퍼들은 필요조차 없을 정도로 전문적이라는 점을 칭찬하고 싶습니다. 비서👩💼

MMillerBobThis stay was not what I would call good... It was in fact a poor experience.
By this I mean.
I arrived at 3.50pm to get checked into a room that I was informed would be ready for check in at 3pm... The room was not ready, and i was told they would try to have it ready in 20-25 mins.
I explained that that was not acceptable. I was told I could wait in the lobby area...I again explained that that was not acceptable. Another employee jumped in to say, I could sit in the lobby. Now I am irritated. I explained in more detail that I could not very well change in the lobby, being that I had to change and get to a wedding in Yonkers for 5.30...He then started to challenge me. Started telling me how he didn't like the tone of my voice. I then dismissed him and suggested he move away and let me deal with the situation with the desk clerk...who by the way was VERY, VERY, helpful, and whom I had no issues with, because she was doing everything she could to accommodate. The real problem was with the cleaning crew and their supervisor , who kept telling her the wrong things. I even offered for them to allow me to change, and then they could have the room to complete getting it ready. They told her to tell me that it wasn't protocol for me to do that. To which I responded that it wasn't protocol to not have the room ready.
At this time the desk associate, Aaliyah, who as I said was very helpful, and who I had NO ISSUES with, and she knew that, suggested that I would be reimbursed 50% for all the stress that I encountered, and gave me the room key to allow me and my wife to change and be on our way. This is where I say common sense made more sense than ”protocol”.
So my review will be....Great job handling a difficult situation by the desk associate, Aaliyah...
Poor job by the room ready crew.
And a terrible job by the associate who decided to challenge me in what was a difficult situation, instead of finding a way to help.

SShane CanadianI was fine with the hotel but it is not for everyone.
The hotel is a bit dated. The room is quite simple but the bed was comfortable, the room was clean and there was a good selection of tv channels. However, there is some deep cleaning required as the heater intake was VERY dusty (see image). The shower had lots of hot water and good water pressure. The towels were fine for me, but they are quite thin and small. When checking in, I noticed shampoo packets were available at the front desk, but only hand soap packets were provided in the room. Water was not provided in the room nor was there a water dispenser to fill a water bottle. The hotel may want to consider providing a water dispenser in the lobby. The hotel description gives the impression that parking is not available though there was ample parking. It is near a highly developed area with lots of restaurants nearby. However, it is in a bit of a secluded area so it is best suited for travelers with a car. I was a bit disappointed that my room was not available at 430pm (check-in is at 3pm) but the hotel was short staffed that day. The staff I interacted with were polite and tried their best to be helpful.
The main concern people may have is safety. The hotel is at the end of a quiet street and it is brightly lit outside of the hotel. However, many of the rooms open outdoors and there was no security staff visible at the hotel. It is certainly a budget hotel and many of the clients had a rough appearance. I was fine but some may not be comfortable, especially single female travelers.
I would consider booking again but only for a quick and inexpensive stay.

리리뷰어The room was clean. It was in a wing of the complex that was separate from the main building and we had to cross an outdoor garden to get there. The toilet got clogged and maintenance arrived in 10 minutes to unclog. The Ac/heating unit was loud and kept going on and off all night. The buffet breakfast included was excellent in a lovely spacious dining area.

리리뷰어Visited the hotel for our family reunion. Have visited in the past. Starting with the good. Cindy was the best. We were going to arrive a day early. Cindy was very helpful and ensured the we could adjust our reservation and arrive a day early and keep the same room. Very happy with Cindy and her ability to assist. The breakfasts were good, clean and well stocked.
Now for the not so good. We were told room service would take place after 3 days. After our 4th evening we asked room services when our room would be done. They informed us we were on the list for the following day. We were given two towels. Next day, no room service. We again asked room service staff when our room would be serviced. They said they do the rooms once a week. Maybe a lack of communication. We did get fresh towels later in the day. The area in front of the hotel had tables and chairs to relax and meet. The bases of the tables contained cement. The cement was breaking up and bits of cement and dust was everywhere. It was never swept away the entire time we were there. My family had finished breakfast and we wanted to chat with the manager about some of the issues we were experiencing in the hotel. When we asked the receptionist we were told we could chat with him “if he had time”. We waited for more than 30 minutes in the dining area and he never came to us. We had used the same hotel in the past for family reunions but the place seems to have been going downhill.

리리뷰어매일 방 청소와 수건 교체가 이루어졌습니다. 직원들은 친절했고 위치도 완벽했습니다. 지하철역까지 도보 5분 거리였고, 목적지에 따라 다르겠지만 대중교통 연결도 좋았습니다. 때로는 도시를 더 둘러보기 위해 일부러 걸어 다니기도 했습니다. 꼭 다시 방문할 것입니다.

리리뷰어직원들은 친절하고 친절했으며 바는 굉장했고 엔터테인먼트는 훌륭했습니다. 아침 카페 옵션은 좋았고 무료 커피에 감사드립니다! 객실은 넓고 깨끗했으며 침대는 편안했고 킹 사이즈 침대가 마음에 들었습니다! 욕실 벽에 약간의 얼룩이 있어서 쉽게 청소할 수 있어서 조금 지저분했습니다. 샤워는 매우 따뜻하지 않았지만 괜찮 았습니다. (잘 행동한) 하키 그룹과 함께 있었고 직원들이 기대에 협력하지 않는 다른 팀과 고군분투하고 있다는 것을 알고 있으며 인내심에 대해 많은 신용을 느꼈습니다. 전반적으로 100% 다시 여기에 머물 것입니다.
