수영장 시설을 갖춘 미국 뉴욕주 호텔

The hotel was in a great location, close to Main St., Saratoga Springs. The bed was comfortable and the room was very spacious. It was very nice to wake up in the morning and open the curtain and see horses practicing on the track.

퀸즈에서 열리는 행사에 참석했다가 공항에서 바로 출발했는데, 정말 편리한 호텔이었어요. 처음에는 공항이랑 가까워서 시끄러울까 걱정했는데, 전혀 시끄럽지 않았고 공항까지 무료 셔틀도 있어서 좋았습니다.

This stay was not what I would call good... It was in fact a poor experience. By this I mean. I arrived at 3.50pm to get checked into a room that I was informed would be ready for check in at 3pm... The room was not ready, and i was told they would try to have it ready in 20-25 mins. I explained that that was not acceptable. I was told I could wait in the lobby area...I again explained that that was not acceptable. Another employee jumped in to say, I could sit in the lobby. Now I am irritated. I explained in more detail that I could not very well change in the lobby, being that I had to change and get to a wedding in Yonkers for 5.30...He then started to challenge me. Started telling me how he didn't like the tone of my voice. I then dismissed him and suggested he move away and let me deal with the situation with the desk clerk...who by the way was VERY, VERY, helpful, and whom I had no issues with, because she was doing everything she could to accommodate. The real problem was with the cleaning crew and their supervisor , who kept telling her the wrong things. I even offered for them to allow me to change, and then they could have the room to complete getting it ready. They told her to tell me that it wasn't protocol for me to do that. To which I responded that it wasn't protocol to not have the room ready. At this time the desk associate, Aaliyah, who as I said was very helpful, and who I had NO ISSUES with, and she knew that, suggested that I would be reimbursed 50% for all the stress that I encountered, and gave me the room key to allow me and my wife to change and be on our way. This is where I say common sense made more sense than ”protocol”. So my review will be....Great job handling a difficult situation by the desk associate, Aaliyah... Poor job by the room ready crew. And a terrible job by the associate who decided to challenge me in what was a difficult situation, instead of finding a way to help. 5 STARS for Aaliyah 1 STAR for Cleaning Crew (-0) for associate.

Long Island로 돌아가는 것은 여전히 매우 행복합니다. Long Island의 환경은 편안하고 쾌적합니다. 호텔의 환경은 조용하고 깨끗하며 편안하며 주차는 무료입니다. 프론트 데스크 서비스도 좋습니다. 침대는 약간 푹신했지만 미국 침대는 너무 단단하지 않았습니다. 실내 에어컨은 조절이 잘 안되고 조금 춥습니다. 단점: 화장실 조명과 환풍기가 연결되어 있고, 켜자마자 켜져 있고, 소음이 매우 큽니다. 우리는 운전했고 호텔 입구를 놓치기 쉬웠습니다. 우리는 다음 알 수없는 건물로 운전 한 후 호텔로 돌아갈 때마다.

호텔은 상점과 지하철역이 가까워 위치가 좋고, 멋지고 편안한 메자닌이 있습니다. 호텔 자체는 아름답지만, 객실은 배관을 포함하여 다소 오래되어 보수가 필요해 보입니다. 욕실은 좁고, 샤워 커튼은 불편하며, 수건은 낡았고 약간 이상한 냄새가 납니다. 바와 루프탑은 환상적입니다. 전망, 환대, 분위기 모두 훌륭합니다. 직원들은 친절하고 세심하게 서비스를 제공합니다.

금요일 체크인 시간 30분 전에 도착했는데, 수도관 파손 때문에 방에 들어가기까지 거의 3시간을 기다려야 했습니다. 저녁 식사 예약도 있었는데, 하마터면 제시간에 못 먹었어요. 호텔 측에서는 이에 대한 어떤 보상도 해주지 않았고, 저는 그 때문에 매우 불쾌했습니다. 아내는 마사지 예약이 있었는데, 그것도 취소해야 했습니다. 그 외에는 여행은 좋았습니다. 경치도 정말 멋졌어요.

Great location, good restaurant, and comfortable beds.  The location inside Saratoga Springs Park is very nice.  The hotel is older and it definitely shows.  We booked a Deluxe King which was large and had a walk in closet.  The bathroom was small though and the room was not very well cleaned.

방은 괜찮았고, 서비스도 괜찮았어요. 다만 짐 보관료가 4위안이라는 점이 좀 아쉬웠지만, 센트럴 파크 근처에서 이 정도 유스호스텔이면 만족스러워요. 마라톤 대회 기간이라 가격이 좀 비쌌지만, 결승선이랑 가까워서 편했어요. 대회 가방 맡기고 몇 블록만 가면 돼서, 경기 끝나고 돌아오기 정말 편했습니다.

Visited the hotel for our family reunion. Have visited in the past. Starting with the good. Cindy was the best. We were going to arrive a day early. Cindy was very helpful and ensured the we could adjust our reservation and arrive a day early and keep the same room. Very happy with Cindy and her ability to assist. The breakfasts were good, clean and well stocked. Now for the not so good. We were told room service would take place after 3 days. After our 4th evening we asked room services when our room would be done. They informed us we were on the list for the following day. We were given two towels. Next day, no room service. We again asked room service staff when our room would be serviced. They said they do the rooms once a week. Maybe a lack of communication. We did get fresh towels later in the day. The area in front of the hotel had tables and chairs to relax and meet. The bases of the tables contained cement. The cement was breaking up and bits of cement and dust was everywhere. It was never swept away the entire time we were there. My family had finished breakfast and we wanted to chat with the manager about some of the issues we were experiencing in the hotel. When we asked the receptionist we were told we could chat with him “if he had time”. We waited for more than 30 minutes in the dining area and he never came to us. We had used the same hotel in the past for family reunions but the place seems to have been going downhill.

우리는 2박을 묵었는데 방해 금지 설정은 하지 않았지만 방은 청소되지 않았습니다. 우리가 중국인이라 그런지 식당의 서비스 태도가 매우 좋지 않습니다. 제 딸이 영어를 아주 잘하는데 기본적으로 저를 무시하고 이틀 동안 방을 예약했는데 다음날 식당에 갔을 때 아침 식사는 하루만 먹는다고 직접 얘기하고 프론트에 다시 물어보니 그냥 가서 찾아보세요. 이곳도 5성급 호텔이다. 한마디로 해외 호텔에 머무르는 것은 고통스럽고 씨트립은 해외에서 장점이 없다.
