The best hostel of my entire trip! From the cleanliness of the rooms and comfortable beds to the kitchen and the wonderful staff—everything was perfect! I spent 11 nights at this hostel and didn't want to leave at all. At Oversleep Cat Ba, I was an important guest. my bed linen was changed every three days (or sooner at my request). There were always fresh towels at reception. Delicious food and the nicest chefs. At reception, you can resolve any issue. From renting a bike to withdrawing cash (I transferred money to a Vietnamese bank via Q-code and they kindly gave me the entire amount in cash) No stress or complications. I extended my reservation several times and didn't have to change beds; they organised everything for me. Sensitive and responsible. Papa - here are my words of love from the bottom of my heart, for your care. For every morning and evening When I came to the pool bar, I always smiled when I saw you! Thank you for your kindness. For making me feel at home away from home (this is not just a slogan, it is the motto of the entire hotel. The rooms and beds - a separate love Nowhere else have I found such comfortable and ergonomically correct beds Not only a locker, shelf, lamp and socket, but also a large amount of space on the side of the bed where you can conveniently lay out your things (and hide your backpack in a large locker under the bed) No mess and always clean. Clean and functional showers and toilets. Plenty of space, no unpleasant odours. Importantly, there is space to work. The bar has enough space for fun evenings and for work. Uninterrupted Wi-Fi, excellent speed. The hostel observes quiet hours. For breakfast, I always asked for extra bread with my meal, and I was never refused. In the end, I didn't even have to ask; the staff knew me and offered me bread themselves. So nice! Thank you! 여행하기 좋은 곳입니다. 호텔은 쉽게 찾을 수 있었고, 막다른 골목에 있어 훨씬 조용하고 평화로웠습니다. 호텔 앞에는 도로가 있고 뒤편에는 산이 바로 붙어 있습니다. 7층짜리 작지만 아늑한 호텔입니다. 발코니가 있는 객실은 도로를 향하고 있고, 나머지 객실은 발코니가 없습니다. 웃는 얼굴의 남성분이 우리를 맞이해 주셨고, 무거운 여행 가방을 안으로 옮기는 것을 도와주셨습니다. 정중하게 체크인을 진행해 주셨고, 신선하고 시원한 주스를 대접해 주셨습니다! 1층에서 오전 7시부터 9시 30분까지 제공되는 조식에 대해 설명해 주셨고, 모든 질문에 답해주셨으며 6층 객실로 안내해 주셨습니다. 처음 배정받은 객실은 발코니가 없었고, 내부 공기가 습하게 느껴졌습니다 (아무래도 바다 근처라 그런 것 같습니다). 객실에는 생활에 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있었습니다. - 물, 냉장고, 인터넷, 에어컨, 슬리퍼, 선풍기, 작은 테이블, 큰 침대, 목욕 용품 및 일회용 세면도구 세트. 그 방에서 이틀 밤을 보낸 후, 에어컨을 켜고 자는 것이 불편해서 Mr. Num에게 발코니가 있는 방으로 바꿔달라고 요청했습니다. 그는 매우 정중하고 신속하게 문제를 해결해 주셔서 정말 감사했습니다. 객실은 그리 크지 않지만 잘 갖춰져 있습니다. 호텔에서는 좋은 오토바이 렌트, 란하베이 투어 예약, 그리고 다양한 목적지의 버스표 구매를 도와줄 수 있습니다. - 하노이에서 캣바까지 가는 버스를 예약했습니다. 여행은 훌륭했습니다. - 또한 그들의 추천으로 란하베이 투어를 1인당 75만 동에 예약했습니다. (여행사 가격도 동일했습니다). 가이드와 관련하여 몇 가지 문제가 발생했지만, Mr. Num이 모든 문제를 해결해 주셨습니다. 호텔 조식은 훌륭했습니다. 과일, 커피, 차, 수프, 팬케이크, 계란 등 푸짐하게 먹을 수 있었고, 서비스 수준도 매우 높았습니다. 깨끗하고 쾌적하며 시끄럽지 않아서 좋았습니다. 호텔 위치도 편리합니다. 중앙 광장까지 5분 거리입니다. 주변에 많은 카페, 레스토랑, 상점이 있습니다. 풀먼 하이퐁 호텔은 공항에서 가깝고, 객실이 넓고 깨끗하며, 서비스가 정말 친절합니다. 특히 프론트 데스크의 Xinder 직원분께서 매우 세심하게 잘 챙겨주셨어요. 시설도 잘 갖춰져 있고, 객실은 스마트하며, 환경도 아주 쾌적해서 경험이 완벽하고 매우 만족스러웠습니다! 주변에 편의점과 작은 식당들도 많아서 다음 숙박도 정말 기대됩니다.

나폴리 호스텔에서 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈고, 깟바에서 숙소를 찾는 분들께 강력 추천합니다. 주인인 젬은 정말 친절하고 많은 도움을 주셨어요. 빨래도 3시간 만에 끝내주셨고요. 방은 설명대로 아주 깨끗하고 넓은 공간이었고, 현관 옆에는 짐을 놓거나 신발을 갈아 신을 수 있는 벤치 공간이 따로 마련되어 있었습니다. 미니 냉장고는 필요 없었지만, 방에 있는 것만으로도 편리했어요. 간단한 업무를 보거나 화장을 할 수 있는 작은 책상 공간도 있어서 좋았습니다. 특히 욕실의 건조기가 생각보다 훨씬 잘 작동해서 놀랐어요. 습한 날씨에 정말 유용했습니다. 방 앞에는 작은 발코니도 있었지만, 저희는 이용하지 않았습니다. 마지막으로, 아침 식사는 서양식부터 현지식까지 다양한 메뉴가 준비되어 있었고, 음료 종류도 많았습니다. 전반적으로 아주 만족스러운 경험이었고, 가격 대비 만족도가 높았습니다.

Review for View Point Anh Quan Hotel, Cat Ba I recently had the pleasure of staying at the View Point Anh Quan Hotel in Cat Ba, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, which provided a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the pier and close to Cat Co beach, making it convenient for sightseeing and enjoying the local attractions. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with stunning views from both my balcony and the rooftop cafe. Waking up to such breathtaking scenery was truly a highlight of my trip. The staff at the hotel were exceptional; they were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable. They helped arrange transportation from Hanoi to Cat Ba and even organized a fantastic day trip to Ha Long Bay for me. Breakfast at the hotel was enjoyable with a variety of options available, including made-to-order eggs that were delicious. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt welcoming and homely, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend View Point Anh Quan Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Cat Ba!

Gym ist gut und Typisches Vietnamesisches Frühstück. Man kann einen Roller kostenlos ausleihen das macht einen sehr flexibel. Mein Zimmer war am Anfang ein Raucherzimmer obwohl ich nach einem Nichtraucherzimmer gebeten hatte. Nachdem ich dann meinen Aufenthalt verkürzt habe. Wurde mir angeboten das Zimmer zu wechseln

괜찮은 호텔입니다. 체크인 시간보다 일찍 입실하게 해주셔서 정말 감사합니다! 처음에는 2층 객실을 배정받았는데, 곰팡이 냄새도 나고 아래층에서 시끄러운 소리가 들려서 마음에 들지 않았습니다. 혹시 가능하다면 바꿔달라고 요청했는데, 흔쾌히 바꿔주셔서 정말 감사했습니다! 직원분들은 매우 친절하고 적극적으로 도와주셨습니다. 객실은 비교적 조용했습니다. 청결도는 괜찮은 편이었지만, 누렇게 변색된 침구류 교체 등 개선될 여지가 있었습니다. 그리고 큰 바퀴벌레를 객실에서 봤는데, 제가 바퀴벌레를 무서워해서 그 점이 단점이었습니다. 물론 아시아에서는 흔한 일입니다. 위치는 편리하고 모든 것이 가까웠으며, 산책하기 좋은 곳도 많았습니다. 객실에는 무료 생수와 샤워용품이 구비되어 있었습니다.

위치는 완벽했고, 서비스도 좋았고, 아침 식사도 괜찮았습니다. 인테리어는 마치 동굴처럼 독특했습니다. 유일한 단점은 낡은 수건이 마치 걸레처럼 보였고, 다음 날 새 차와 커피를 놓는 것을 잊었다는 점입니다. 전반적으로 좋은 경험이었습니다.

要注意櫃檯人員，明明已經訂好了也出票了，到了現場櫃檯會說沒有看到訂單要在付一次錢，堅持了10多 分鐘以後才說有看到訂單，但是沒付錢還是要你在付一次錢，一樣在那邊僵持著不要理會她，最後才說有看到了 可是訂單上面就是全部都有寫了還在裝死不想承認一直想要在現場再付一次錢，只要有出票了就要堅持不退讓，對方才沒辦法得逞，只能說櫃檯人員的這種想要宰2次的感覺真的很差 下次會選其他家了
