The best hostel of my entire trip! From the cleanliness of the rooms and comfortable beds to the kitchen and the wonderful staff—everything was perfect! I spent 11 nights at this hostel and didn't want to leave at all. At Oversleep Cat Ba, I was an important guest. my bed linen was changed every three days (or sooner at my request). There were always fresh towels at reception. Delicious food and the nicest chefs. At reception, you can resolve any issue. From renting a bike to withdrawing cash (I transferred money to a Vietnamese bank via Q-code and they kindly gave me the entire amount in cash) No stress or complications. I extended my reservation several times and didn't have to change beds; they organised everything for me. Sensitive and responsible. Papa - here are my words of love from the bottom of my heart, for your care. For every morning and evening When I came to the pool bar, I always smiled when I saw you! Thank you for your kindness. For making me feel at home away from home (this is not just a slogan, it is the motto of the entire hotel. The rooms and beds - a separate love Nowhere else have I found such comfortable and ergonomically correct beds Not only a locker, shelf, lamp and socket, but also a large amount of space on the side of the bed where you can conveniently lay out your things (and hide your backpack in a large locker under the bed) No mess and always clean. Clean and functional showers and toilets. Plenty of space, no unpleasant odours. Importantly, there is space to work. The bar has enough space for fun evenings and for work. Uninterrupted Wi-Fi, excellent speed. The hostel observes quiet hours. For breakfast, I always asked for extra bread with my meal, and I was never refused. In the end, I didn't even have to ask; the staff knew me and offered me bread themselves. So nice! Thank you! 예약 시 식사 플랜에 약간의 문제가 있었지만, 호텔 측에서 신속하게 현금 환불을 해 주었습니다. 호텔은 조용한 거리에 위치해 있으며, 객실에는 비치 타월을 포함하여 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있습니다. 아침 식사는 오전 7시부터 9시 30분까지 2층에서 제공됩니다. 깨끗한 흰색 침구와 TV가 있습니다. 객실에 금고가 없는 것이 아쉽지만, 호텔 로비에 사물함이 있거나 리셉션에 서류를 맡기실 수 있으니 크게 문제될 것은 없습니다. 이 호텔을 강력 추천합니다. 편안함과 아늑함이 보장됩니다.

이 부티크 호텔에서 정말 멋진 시간을 보냈습니다. 호스트분들이 정말 친절하셨고, 최선을 다해 저희를 대해주셨습니다. 처음에는 위치가 시내에서 조금 떨어진 것 같았고, 그랩(Grab) 없이는 시내까지 어떻게 갈지 막막했습니다. 하지만 호스트분들이 차로 태워다 주시고 데리러 와주시는 등 정말 많은 도움을 주셨습니다. 심지어 스쿠터도 하루 저녁 동안 무료로 빌려주셨어요! 방은 정말 새것 같았고 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있었습니다. 좋은 침대, 큰 스마트 TV (쉬는 날에 좋았습니다), 훌륭한 샤워 시설, 좋은 에어컨, 그리고 작은 발코니까지요. 매일 직접 만드신 베트남식 아침 식사를 제공받았습니다. 심지어 제 여자친구가 과일만 요청했을 때도 놀라운 과일 접시를 가득 만들어주셨어요. 이분들은 정말 친절했고 아무것도 바라지 않으셨습니다. 차비를 드리려고 했지만 한사코 거절하셨어요. 호텔은 매우 새로운 지역에 있고, 이 길은 오직 필요한 사람들만 다닐 수 있어서 매우 안전합니다. 투어를 예약할 경우 호텔 앞에서 픽업이 안 되고, 걸어서 3분 거리에 있는 곳에서 타야 한다는 점만 참고하시면 문제없습니다.

나폴리 호스텔에서 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈고, 깟바에서 숙소를 찾는 분들께 강력 추천합니다. 주인인 젬은 정말 친절하고 많은 도움을 주셨어요. 빨래도 3시간 만에 끝내주셨고요. 방은 설명대로 아주 깨끗하고 넓은 공간이었고, 현관 옆에는 짐을 놓거나 신발을 갈아 신을 수 있는 벤치 공간이 따로 마련되어 있었습니다. 미니 냉장고는 필요 없었지만, 방에 있는 것만으로도 편리했어요. 간단한 업무를 보거나 화장을 할 수 있는 작은 책상 공간도 있어서 좋았습니다. 특히 욕실의 건조기가 생각보다 훨씬 잘 작동해서 놀랐어요. 습한 날씨에 정말 유용했습니다. 방 앞에는 작은 발코니도 있었지만, 저희는 이용하지 않았습니다. 마지막으로, 아침 식사는 서양식부터 현지식까지 다양한 메뉴가 준비되어 있었고, 음료 종류도 많았습니다. 전반적으로 아주 만족스러운 경험이었고, 가격 대비 만족도가 높았습니다.

Review for View Point Anh Quan Hotel, Cat Ba I recently had the pleasure of staying at the View Point Anh Quan Hotel in Cat Ba, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, which provided a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the pier and close to Cat Co beach, making it convenient for sightseeing and enjoying the local attractions. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with stunning views from both my balcony and the rooftop cafe. Waking up to such breathtaking scenery was truly a highlight of my trip. The staff at the hotel were exceptional; they were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable. They helped arrange transportation from Hanoi to Cat Ba and even organized a fantastic day trip to Ha Long Bay for me. Breakfast at the hotel was enjoyable with a variety of options available, including made-to-order eggs that were delicious. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt welcoming and homely, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend View Point Anh Quan Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Cat Ba!

깟바가 한적하니 너무 좋았네요 몇일 더있고싶은ㅎ 체크인 체크아웃 그외 필요한 것들 빌딩3동 프론트에 phuong Thao씨가 카톡 친구로 해서 친절하게 다 도와줬어요~~ 감사드리고 다음에가면 또 만나요^^ 호텔은 전망좋은곳에 있어 호텔버기가 있지만 유료에요 호텔입장에서 생각해보면 이해가 되긴합니다 조식이 좀 더 다양하면 어땠을까 합니다 수영장 2,,3 모두 음식은 안팔더라구요 배를 채우고 가세요 ㅎ 그리고 빌딩2에 조식당이 있어 2를 제일 선호하는 것 같습니다 하지만 3에 바닷가 너무 좋았어요 물고기도 많았고 게도 잡고 또 가고싶네요

Mein Zimmer war am Anfang ein Raucherzimmer obwohl ich nach einem Nichtraucherzimmer gebeten hatte. Nachdem ich dann meinen Aufenthalt verkürzt habe. Wurde mir angeboten das Zimmer zu wechseln

태풍으로 페리가 폐쇄되어 숙소가 필요했는데, 급하게 숙소를 찾게 되어 정말 좋았습니다. 제가 하는 말은 베트남 기준으로 지불한 금액을 기준으로 한 것이기 때문에 객실에는 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있고 침대도 편안했습니다. 다만 담요가 좀 얇다는 느낌이 들었습니다. 음식 메뉴는 베트남어로만 되어 있었습니다. 객실에 저렴한 간식과 음료가 있었지만, 생수는 이미 개봉되어 있어서 새 병을 주는 게 아니라 리필해 주는 건지 궁금해서 망설였습니다. 리셉션 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 되었으며, 이야기 나누기도 좋았습니다. 아침 식사는 종류가 적었고, 제가 받은 영국식 아침 식사는 베이컨 대신 햄을 제공하여 비용을 절약하려는 것 같았습니다. 다시 말하지만, 지불한 가격 때문에 어떤 면에서는 더 나은 품질을 기대했던 것은 아닙니다. 그래도 막혔을 때 묵을 곳이 있어서 다행입니다. 근처에 레스토랑이 있고, 맛있는 음식을 제공하는 훌륭한 서양식 술집과 멋진 베트남 해산물 식당이 있습니다. 해변까지 걸어갈 수 있는 거리에 있습니다.

要注意櫃檯人員，明明已經訂好了也出票了，到了現場櫃檯會說沒有看到訂單要在付一次錢，堅持了10多 分鐘以後才說有看到訂單，但是沒付錢還是要你在付一次錢，一樣在那邊僵持著不要理會她，最後才說有看到了 可是訂單上面就是全部都有寫了還在裝死不想承認一直想要在現場再付一次錢，只要有出票了就要堅持不退讓，對方才沒辦法得逞，只能說櫃檯人員的這種想要宰2次的感覺真的很差 下次會選其他家了
