스파 시설을 갖춘 영국 사우스 요크셔 호텔

인상적이고 즐거운 숙박이었습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 여행에 딱 맞는 패밀리룸을 예약했는데, 넓고 멋진 전망이 펼쳐져 있었습니다. 침대 매트리스는 제가 경험한 모든 경험 중 최고였습니다. 숙박하는 동안 숙면을 취했습니다. 객실 청결도는 괜찮았습니다. 운전해서 오시는 경우 매우 편리한 위치입니다. 산책로까지 차로 20분, 셰필드 시내 중심가까지 차로 10분 거리입니다. 레스토랑의 데이비드는 아침 식사를 위해 매우 전문적이고 도움이 되는 서비스를 제공해 주었습니다. 전반적으로 이 지역을 다시 방문한다면 이 호텔에 다시 묵을 것을 고려할 것입니다.

I was in Sheffield for 2 nights. V comfy bed. Shower and separate bath. Had an embarrassing issue with toilet as it's flush was almost non existent, but was resolved easy. Location fantastic re town and train station, and exotic garden in a fantastic structure. Pool, sauna and steam room great. Didn't fancy the ice igloo! Aroma room (a fragrant steam room). Was out of action. Work being done taking up large part of reception, which was a shame, but really didn't affect my stay at all. Didn't eat/drink in hotel so can't comment on those areas.

Comfortable, good breakfast and helpful staff. However the hotel is aging and the bathroom seals around the bath and shower showed black mould stains. The furniture shows signs of wear and tear. Everything functional and clean though. I enjoyed my stay.

기차역에서 그리 멀지 않고 찾기 쉽습니다. 번거롭지 않은 체크인, 깨끗한 방. 복도에서 약간 이상한 냄새가 났지만 방 내부는 괜찮았습니다. 킹 사이즈 침대와 샤워 시설이 있는 스탠다드 룸이 있었고 욕조가 없었습니다. 방과 침대가 편안했습니다. 사랑스러운 수압과 실제로 잘 번쩍이는 화장실! 전반적으로 괜찮은 장소, 돈을 위해 좋은 가치, 다시 갈 것입니다.

우리는 2024년 3월에 머물렀고 그 당시 좋은 경험을 했지만 지난 주말 5월 11일 24일 이번 방문은 매우 실망스러웠습니다. 우리는 침대 아래에서 기어다니는 곤충으로 더러운 방을 발견했습니다. 우리는 우리가 한 방을 바꾸라고 요청했지만 같은 문제를 발견했습니다. 야간 접수원에게 지적한 그는 운 좋게 자정에 세 번째 방을 찾았습니다. 이제 매우 피곤합니다. 우리는 잘 잤고 체크 아웃시 리셉션에 이야기했습니다. 방이 너무 더러워지면 사진을 참조하십시오. 5 월 13 일에 호텔 관리자에게 편지를 보냈지 만 아직 응답이 없습니다.

Upon arrival the receptionist Chloe, made me think twice, did I book the right hotel! Her demeanour was not so welcoming, no smile, body language was off, no questions asked such as ”have you stayed here before”. She was quite blunt and straight faced. However, the room attendants, spa staff, and the young lady (blond hair) on the bar approximately 9pm on 20th February were very cheerful and polite, we had a brief conversation. The only downside, I found a mouse dropping on my duvet! Other than this, I would stay again.

They were no robes , soap, disposable shower cap in the bathroom. The electricity went off till next morning and had to change rooms.
