스파 시설을 갖춘 스페인 카탈루냐 호텔

A short stay for of 2 days was booked with Triip.com for one adult and 2 children under 10, to join us who were booked in a day earlier for three days. Our three day booking was direct with the hotel, half board. The hotel is marked 'adults recommended' and they sure discourage children, by seeking to charge per occupancy rather than simply on a cost per room. The Trip site quite fairly offered the room at the rate for two adults, with children under 12 free, so this is what was paid. Half board was added but at the rate for two adults, which would be greater than the actual hotel rate for one adult and two children, but I was happy to have reserved restaurant secured. Things got messy at check in, the hotel insisting that the room was occupied by three 'persons' as they put it and should therefore be 50% extra, though the room was the same type as the twin we had for two adults. The Hotel also insisted that only breakfast was provided, and tried to argue that the B2B rate from the third party (Trip) was insufficient. I politely pointed out that the discounts provided to third party agents was no concern of the customer, and referred to my booking voucher which clearly stated I had booked a twin room, into which was going 1 adult, two very small children, and that breakfast and dinner was paid for, with the rate for 1 adult being greater than twice the local charge for a child. They were impossible to deal with, and I left the reception angry and upset. I contacted the Trip representative and by that evening it was sorted. Full marks to Trip, zero to the hotel. As for our stay, the hotel is excellent, but with room to improve. Dinner in the Buffet only commences at 8.00, resulting in quite the bunfight if the restaurant is busy. It was on that Thursday, a national holiday, and it was impossible to order wine and beverages after we seated, with a single service person taking orders. We ate our food dry, and finally placed an order for wine and water while eating dessert, some 40 minutes after seating. The same bottleneck occurred the next morning at breakfast, with the four snail paced Nespresso machines totally incapable of dealing with the coffee demands. Worse, all 4 machines overheated and went into 'service mode'. Worse again, these obviously unsuitable barista machines were the only source of hot water for Tea or infusions, but with no seperate hot water dispenser faucet. You had to stand for almost 2 minutes while the machine slowly dispensed through the coffee outlet, a single mug of hot water, to the frustration of the queue behind. This needs sorting, it took ages to get a breakfast beverage every morning, and on the second day I had to return 4 floors to my room and fill my cup from the in room Nespresso maker. I'd advise to bring a travel kettle with you. Otherwise, a fine hotel, but the restaurant problems and discriminatory pricing for children are an issue, so not a hotel for children.

아름다운 마을에 위치한 멋진 호텔입니다. 해변 바로 앞에 있고 넓은 산책로도 있습니다. 아침 식사도 훌륭하고 객실도 잘 꾸며져 있습니다. 직원들도 매우 친절하고 도움이 많이 되었습니다. 강력 추천하며 다음에 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.

호텔 위치가 편리해서 모든 곳을 걸어서 갈 수 있어요. 직원들도 친절합니다. 스파는 추가 요금이 있으며 14세 이상만 이용 가능합니다(정확한 연령은 기억나지 않네요). 하지만 가장 중요한 점은 어린아이들에게는 적합하지 않다는 것입니다. 잠시 묵어가는 곳으로 추천하고, 산책하기에도 좋습니다.

방은 넓었고, 바르셀로나 기차역 바로 옆에 위치해 있었습니다. 역 근처라 치안 걱정을 할 수도 있었지만, 호텔 1층에 경비원이 상주하여 안심할 수 있었습니다. 다만, 유럽 여행 시에는 항상 조심하는 것이 좋겠습니다.

환경이 좋아요. 이 사진은 5월 26일이나 7일에 찍은 거예요. 지하철을 이용하면 바르셀로나 시내 중심가로 가기 편리하지만, 가끔 지연될 때도 있어요. 근처에 해변도 있고요. 슬리퍼는 제공되지 않고, 칫솔은 품질이 그저 그래요. 그 외에는 모든 게 훌륭하고, 방음도 잘 돼요.

호텔은 해변에서 걸어서 30분, 공항에서 차로 10분 정도 걸리는 위치였습니다. 주변에 버거킹, KFC가 있었고, 다른 식당들도 도보 30분 이내에 갈 수 있어서 편리했어요. 직원분들은 정말 친절했고, 택시 호출 서비스도 제공해 주셔서 좋았습니다. 방도 넓고 욕조까지 있어서 너무 좋았어요. 덕분에 여행의 피로를 풀 수 있었습니다.

발코니가 넓고 바다가 보여요. 직원분들이 정말 친절하세요! 특히 청소해주시는 분들께 칭찬드리고 싶어요. 매번 방에 돌아올 때마다 기분 좋게 깔끔하고, 물건들도 가지런히 정리해주시고 접어주셔서 정말 좋았습니다.

공항에서 매우 가깝고, 택시로 약 15분 거리였어요. 호텔 문을 나서면 바로 Europe Fira 지하철역이 있었고요. 시내에서는 약간 거리가 있지만, 그라시아 거리까지는 지하철 한 번 갈아타면 돼서 그래도 나름 편리했습니다. 방은 그리 넓지 않았고, 체크인 후 더 큰 방을 받았다고 생각했지만, 그냥 그랬습니다. 욕실은 평범했고, 샤워하고 나면 바닥에 물이 흥건했어요. ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 아침 식사는 아주 훌륭했어요. 종류도 다양하고, 1인당 25유로인데 주류까지 포함되어 있어서 가격도 비싸지 않다고 생각했어요.

일반적으로 3 성급 경험이었습니다. 장점 : 좋은 청소 서비스, 뷔페 음식은 대부분의 시간에 괜찮 았고 호텔은 바다와 매우 가깝습니다. 가장 큰 단점은 ”올 인클루시브”이며 터키의 올 인클루시브와 비교할 수 없습니다. 우선 올 인클루시브 비용을 지불한 방문객들은 미니바에서 물도 받지 않습니다. 워터 쿨러에서 바에서 물을 얻을 수 있지만 자신의 병이 있어야 합니다. 또한 ”올 인클루시브”에는 바와 메인 바 근처와 바다 앞의 레스토랑이 많이 포함되어 있지 않습니다. ”올 인클루시브” 아이스크림은 농담입니다. 일반 아이스크림 대신 기본 아이스크림 2~3개만 소형으로 구매할 수 있습니다. 다른 모든 아이스크림은 지불해야 합니다. 또한 ”스낵 바”는 호텔 외부에 위치하고 있으며 음식 자체는 나쁘지 않았지만 매우 기본적이며 지역은 매우 작고 어린이 수영장 근처에 있습니다. 비치 타월의 경우 현금으로 10유로를 보증금으로 지불해야 하며, 해변에서 우산이 있는 일광욕용 라운저를 원하신다면 하루 사용에 25유로를 지불해야 합니다. 해변의 호텔 바도 ”올 인클루시브”가 아닙니다. 따라서 모든 호텔 위치 중에서 2개의 바와 1개의 ”스낵 바” + 뷔페에서 올 인클루시브 혜택만 사용할 수 있습니다. 전반적으로 호텔은 나쁘지 않지만 좋지 않습니다. 옵션 침대 + 아침 식사로 거기에 가서 나머지 식사와 음료를 지불하는 것이 좋습니다. 더 저렴할 것이고 당신은 외부인이나 거지처럼 느껴지지 않을 것입니다. 호텔을 돌아다니며 어디에서 먹을 수 있는지 묻습니다. 그것이 우리가 정확히 느꼈기 때문입니다. 추신 성인 전용 바의 러시아 여성은 놀라운 서비스를 제공하고 매우 도움이되고 친절했습니다 :)

Super mooi nieuw hotel met meerdere zwembaden. Aardig personeel en uitgebreid ontbijt buffet. Wij waren hier voor 3 dagen in oktober maar zijn zeker van plan terug te komen in de zomer!
