스파 시설을 갖춘 스페인 카탈루냐 호텔

공항으로부터 셔틀 버스로 송영(15분 정도) 해 주셔서 대단히 도움이 되었습니다.스탭도 모두 느낌 좋았습니다.방도 깨끗하고, 아침 식사도 종류가 많이 있었습니다. 페트병의 자판기로 카드 사용할 수 없고 곤란하고 있던 나에게, 페트병 1개 구입해 준 상냥한 신사(게스트) 정말로 감사합니다!

이곳은 바르셀로나에서 제가 가장 좋아하는 호텔이에요! 저는 갈 때마다 꼭 묵습니다! 환경이 정말 좋습니다! 저렴한 가격! 방이 정말 컸어요! 서비스도 정말 좋았습니다! 가장 좋은 점은 호텔 아래에 있는 카페에서 음식이 맛있고 커피도 맛있다는 것입니다.

저는 차로 여행하기 때문에 웬만하면 거리가 멀다는 걸로 불편함을 느끼지 않는데 여기는 밤에 찾아가는 길이 많이 괴로웠습니다. 고속도로에서 진출하여 불과 20km 정도 왕복 2차선 도로를 가는데 작은 마을을 4개나 지나가야 하는 꼬불꼬불하고도 지난한 길이었고요. 스페인에서는 당연하게 여겨지는 일 같습니다만, 커피포트가 없어서 빌려달라 하니까 그런 거 없다고 하시고, 카페테리아에서 뜨거운 물 요청하면 준다고 안내를 하시더군요. 물론, 리셉션 직원 분도 친절하시고, 카페테리아 직원 분은 더욱 친절히 온수를 제공해 주셨습니다. 하지만, 이런 불편한 호텔의 정책은 이 호텔을 다시 안 찾게 만들 것 같군요... 찾아가는 길 멀고, 영어 소통 안 되고, 기본 편의 용품이 제공 안 되면 고객을 유인하는 요소가 너무 적어 보입니다.

Los empleados muy amables, pero nos dieron una habitación con puerta compartida a otra habitación y la última noche vinieron unos huéspedes bastante molestos (gritos a los niños, portazos…). Nos hicieron el favor de cambiar la habitación a otra sin la puerta compartida. Aún así, los sonidos en general del edificio no están muy controlados, suenan mucho, sobretodo al andar y los baños. Por lo demás el sitio donde está ubicado es precioso y se puede descansar con unas vistas preciosas a la montaña.

We were pleasantly surprised by this charming hotel. It’s in a great location on a hill, easy to reach by car, and much more grand than we expected, felt a bit like a hacienda. From the photos it looked a bit old-fashioned, but in reality it has real character. The rooms are modernized and well kept, and the outdoor area with the pool is beautiful. Service throughout the hotel was great, with staff being very friendly everywhere — perhaps just a little too professional at reception. Location and value for money: excellent.

호텔 서비스는 이 브랜드에 걸맞지 않습니다. 객실 전화기가 고장났고, TV도 고장났는데 투숙하는 동안 수리가 불가능했습니다. 샤워기 물의 온도는 매우 불안정해서, 때로는 뜨겁고 때로는 차갑습니다. 창문이 열리지 않고, 방이 엘리베이터 바로 옆에 있어서 매우 방해가 되고, 문의 방음이 매우 형편없습니다. 하지만 위치가 편리하고 지하철역 바로 옆이고, 시내 중심가까지 20분 거리이며, 치안도 매우 좋고, 근처에 대형 쇼핑몰이 있어 쇼핑하기 편리합니다.

Отель хороший, ремонт новый, по еде тоже претензий нет, но и изысков в виде морепродуктов не увидели. Заселили почти сразу, хотя приехали раньше времени. Номер новый. Впечатления в целом позитивные. Но при этом есть и минусы: 1) Бассейн очень маленький. Мысли о том чтобы проплыть его даже не было, в лучшем случае найти место где постоять на месте. Можно ходить в соседний отел этой же сети, но там ситуация не лучше. 2) Бассейн на крыше, который фигурирует на главных фото 18+ и платный. 3) Бассейн в закрытом комплексе также платный и без резиновых шапочек вас туда не пустят. Большинство зон на фото отеля - платные, что вводит в заблуждение. 4) пляж рядом раскопан, но покупаться можно 5) всё включено с напитками можно взять только от 4 дней пребывания. 6) если вам попался номер с видом на соседний отель, то ночью с открытым балконом спать невозможно, т.к. окна выходят на столовую, зону разгрузки и выхлоп промышленных кондиционеров - это оказался самый большой минус пребывания.. 7) если совсем придираться, то можно отметить и совсем маленький и старый тв в номере, он нам был не нужен, но контраст с новым номером сразу бросается в глаза. В целом отель для Испании хорош, но маленький бассейн и дополнительные платные зоны портят впечатление.

Très bel hôtel qui propose un repas assez varié pour buffet et aussi pour le petit déjeuner. La chambre est spacieuse et bien insonorisée, le ménage n'était pas impeccable (quelques cheveux par si par là). Dans l'ensemble nous avons passé un bon séjour, nous n'avons pas pu profiter du jacuzzi sur la terrasse car certains stores n'étaient plus en place ce qui laissait pas mal de vis à vis.

A short stay for of 2 days was booked with Triip.com for one adult and 2 children under 10, to join us who were booked in a day earlier for three days. Our three day booking was direct with the hotel, half board. The hotel is marked 'adults recommended' and they sure discourage children, by seeking to charge per occupancy rather than simply on a cost per room. The Trip site quite fairly offered the room at the rate for two adults, with children under 12 free, so this is what was paid. Half board was added but at the rate for two adults, which would be greater than the actual hotel rate for one adult and two children, but I was happy to have reserved restaurant secured. Things got messy at check in, the hotel insisting that the room was occupied by three 'persons' as they put it and should therefore be 50% extra, though the room was the same type as the twin we had for two adults. The Hotel also insisted that only breakfast was provided, and tried to argue that the B2B rate from the third party (Trip) was insufficient. I politely pointed out that the discounts provided to third party agents was no concern of the customer, and referred to my booking voucher which clearly stated I had booked a twin room, into which was going 1 adult, two very small children, and that breakfast and dinner was paid for, with the rate for 1 adult being greater than twice the local charge for a child. They were impossible to deal with, and I left the reception angry and upset. I contacted the Trip representative and by that evening it was sorted. Full marks to Trip, zero to the hotel. As for our stay, the hotel is excellent, but with room to improve. Dinner in the Buffet only commences at 8.00, resulting in quite the bunfight if the restaurant is busy. It was on that Thursday, a national holiday, and it was impossible to order wine and beverages after we seated, with a single service person taking orders. We ate our food dry, and finally placed an order for wine and water while eating dessert, some 40 minutes after seating. The same bottleneck occurred the next morning at breakfast, with the four snail paced Nespresso machines totally incapable of dealing with the coffee demands. Worse, all 4 machines overheated and went into 'service mode'. Worse again, these obviously unsuitable barista machines were the only source of hot water for Tea or infusions, but with no seperate hot water dispenser faucet. You had to stand for almost 2 minutes while the machine slowly dispensed through the coffee outlet, a single mug of hot water, to the frustration of the queue behind. This needs sorting, it took ages to get a breakfast beverage every morning, and on the second day I had to return 4 floors to my room and fill my cup from the in room Nespresso maker. I'd advise to bring a travel kettle with you. Otherwise, a fine hotel, but the restaurant problems and discriminatory pricing for children are an issue, so not a hotel for children.
