Nice place, very friendly staff. Simple hotel with a pleasant peaceful area. If you want to get outside the hotel there is basically nothing and you're not too close to any town area, that's the only downside. You need a taxi to all towns, treks and the airport

긍정적 인 점은 위치가 강변에 매우 좋습니다. 이제 부정적인... 우선 리셉션 직원, 특히 그 소년들은 손님 요청을 처리하는 방법에 대한 더 많은 교육이 필요합니다. 그들의 태도는 도움이되지 않으며 때로는 경계선이 무례합니다. 한 직원이 당신에게 무언가를 말하고 1분 후에 다른 직원의 모순된 말을 정확히 듣게 됩니다. 매우 혼란스럽고 실망스럽습니다. 여기에서 5 성급 서비스를 기대하지 마십시오 ...  편의 시설로 이동합시다. 객실은 단순하고 깨끗하지만 매우 구식이며 바닥이 삐걱 거리며 위에서 발소리가 선명하게 들립니다.  그런 다음 스파가 있습니다 ... 우선 직원이 사우나를 켜기 위해 사우나를 사용하기 전에 20-30 분을 알려야합니다. 그런 다음 한증막에는 정말 더러운 바닥이 있었는데, 일종의 알려지지 않은 검은 색 끈적끈적한 것이 발에 붙어있어 다소 역겹습니다. 내가 스파 직원에게 그것에 대해 이야기했을 때, 그들은 그것을 무시했습니다.  마지막으로, 유일한 레스토랑의 음식, 마지막 요리법은 „ 압도적이었습니다. 당신이 그것을 정중하게 말하고 싶다면. 피자 반죽은 우리에게 제공되었을 때 여전히 날것이었습니다.  나는이 호텔에 다시 머물지 않을 것이지만 Aman 또는 Six Senses 외에 안전한 옵션을 원한다면 이것이 유일한 선택이라고 생각합니다.

Spacious rooms , awesome view from room and centrally located is perfect description of this hotel. food was good. Their service was best . Infact they help you out of the way. I was suffering from severe cold and was too tired to head out. They arranged medicine for me I would definitely recommend this hotel. They serve Indian and Bhutanese food.

Location - excellent food - average. The food needs variety and taste. Service- varies. Poor- any minor change from the menu served, they levy extra charge. Good- room service is prompt. Hygiene - the towels are not very fresh and bathroom does not smell very fresh, maybe due to poor ventilation in the bathroom. Amenities: the resort needs to keep a luggage weighing scale for international travellers. The property has been an orchard and farm house. Morning walks are good within the resort.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Room was clean, good mattress, coffee facilities and a gym which was huge and very well equipped. The restaurant staff were exceptional and even made me special dishes that they thought I might like. Food was usually a set meal, driven by the tastes of the majority of guests, so there was Indian food for at least 2 nights. I have to mention however that the huge issue at this hotel is the *&*&#(*& barking dogs. While it's a feature of most hotels in Bhutan especially around Paro, this place has at least 2 dogs that live next door and they yap constantly all night. Bring earplugs, I'm so glad I did. If I didn't have earplugs I would have given it 2 stars.

這裏的男孩女孩很和善安靜衞生就是蟲子多點酒店也有提供驅蚊液 ，和普那卡酒店是同一家，普納卡有空調。大家一定要有給小費習慣，他們的工資很低，司機和導遊有時需要自己找住的地方和吃飯的地方。
