수영장 시설을 갖춘 미국 텍사스 호텔

The hotel had a perfect location for the events we had planned. It was busy in the area because of the No Kings Protests but it had no impact on our stay. The hotel staff upgraded our room due to an error on their part and it was fabulous!! The bathroom was amazing and the beds were super comfy.

The hotel itself is very nice, and the valet and bellhop staff were exceptionally friendly. The location is excellent, right on the Riverwalk, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure; however, if you’re tall, the shower head placement is not ideal—my husband is 5’10” and had to duck to use it. We would consider staying again, but on our last morning the toilet clogged and overflowed onto the floor. This was frustrating, especially since very little toilet paper had been used. Most people would consider a toilet overflow an urgent issue that requires immediate attention. We called for assistance, but no one ever came. It seemed as though staff assumed they could wait since we had a couple of hours before checkout, which was disappointing. As a result, my husband had to go to the ground floor to use the restroom, and we had to navigate around toilet water on the bathroom floor while getting ready.

房間很寬敞，服務態度也不錯，感謝大家都很樂於助人。位置也很方便，每天客服服務都很不錯，一次來達拉斯還會選擇這裏。

Enjoyed the short stay here, services received was excellent.  I loved that it was conveniently located near the airport and there was shuttle to  transport to and from hotel, which made it extra convenient and they were on time, once reservations were made.  We were pleasantly impressed.

주차장 들어가고 나오는 게 좀 불편했습니다. 가끔 호텔키가 인식이 안 되는 경우도 있어서 주차비를 내야 했는데, 그럴 때는 호출 버튼 누르먼 된다고 하네요. 퇴실할 때는 체크아웃하고 카드키 다시 받은 후 주차장 나갈 때 반납하는 통에 넣으면 된다고 합니다. 생수는 방에 없지만, 프론트에서 달라고 하면 그냥 줍니다. 침고로, 비누나 샴푸, 바디워시 외에 일회용품은 전혀 안 주네요. 욕실 물 세기 조절하는 게 아예 없어요. ㅠㅠ 켜고 끄는 것만 가능히고 온도만 조절 가능해요. 😅

It's good for business trip, place is very convenient, the room itself is decent

방은 매우 좋았고, 아침 식사는 매우 만족스러웠고, 위치는 좋았습니다. 도심까지 15분 거리였습니다. 가장 중요한 것은 Ross와 TJmaxx가 있는 쇼핑몰과 매우 가까웠습니다. 저는 특히 그 옆에 있는 Estar Chinese 뷔페를 추천합니다. 저렴하고 음식이 매우 풍부했습니다!

매우 깨끗하고 넓은 객실. 위치는 환상적입니다. 또한 주차 대행은 1박에 $35입니다. 돈을 위해 가치. 확실히 돌아갈 것입니다

전반적으로 좋은 재산. 훌륭한 강 도보 위치와 많은 현지 음식과 음료 옵션. 발렛은 1박에 50달러(아마도 표준 요금)이다. 힐튼 회원상황때문에 고층에 업그레이드된 코너룸을 받을 수 있었습니다. 숙소는 괜찮았습니다. 전기 콘센트가 작동하지 않았습니다. 냉장고도 제대로 작동하지 않았습니다. 샤워 층에는 이상한 샤워 매트가 있었는데 유쾌하지 않았습니다.

A very convenient hotel, just opposite the airport, and there are a lot of shopping malls nearby, soIt is a very wise choice for me to live here, especially for the passengers who arrive at midnight
