The hotel had a perfect location for the events we had planned. It was busy in the area because of the No Kings Protests but it had no impact on our stay. The hotel staff upgraded our room due to an error on their part and it was fabulous!! The bathroom was amazing and the beds were super comfy.

The hotel itself is very nice, and the valet and bellhop staff were exceptionally friendly. The location is excellent, right on the Riverwalk, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure; however, if you’re tall, the shower head placement is not ideal—my husband is 5’10” and had to duck to use it. We would consider staying again, but on our last morning the toilet clogged and overflowed onto the floor. This was frustrating, especially since very little toilet paper had been used. Most people would consider a toilet overflow an urgent issue that requires immediate attention. We called for assistance, but no one ever came. It seemed as though staff assumed they could wait since we had a couple of hours before checkout, which was disappointing. As a result, my husband had to go to the ground floor to use the restroom, and we had to navigate around toilet water on the bathroom floor while getting ready.

Enjoyed the short stay here, services received was excellent.  I loved that it was conveniently located near the airport and there was shuttle to  transport to and from hotel, which made it extra convenient and they were on time, once reservations were made.  We were pleasantly impressed.

This hotel is almost perfect for an overnight stay in McAllen. Below are the reasons: 1) Close to airport, less than 4-5 minutes of walking, hotel facing terminal and you can see it. 2) A huge mall within walking distance from hotel, 5-8 minutes, with eateries, food court and shopping. 3) Rooms are clean, with a fridge and microwave. 4) There is a pool and gym facilities. 5) Staff are polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Below are what I felt a little short, or else would be perfect: 1) Shuttle bus runs only from airport to hotel. Given the close proximity of the two properties, shuttle bus can be utilize to other places of interest, like shopping mall. 2) No meat option for breakfast, like sausages or bacon. 3) Water pressure for basin and shower can be stronger.
