바 시설을 갖춘 오스트리아 어퍼 오스트리아 호텔

오스트리아의 알프스산뷰를 감상하면서 보낼 수 있는 호텔. 고사우호수와 가깝고 할슈타트와도 멀지 않아 두곳 모두 방문하기에는 나쁘지 않지만, 할슈타트만 본디면 할슈타트에 있는 호텔이 좀더 나을것 같습니다. 조식도 괜챦았고 가족과 함께 보내기 좋은 호텔인것 같습니다.

할슈타트에 있는 유서 깊은 호텔입니다. 체크인과 조식은 선착장 바로 옆에서 했고, 저희가 묵은 레이크 뷰 객실은 거기서 조금 떨어져 있었는데, 직원분이 짐을 방까지 직접 가져다주셨습니다. 호텔 경치는 흠잡을 데 없이 좋았습니다.

이곳은 마치 동화나라에 와 있는 듯한 잊지 못할 리조트이며, 바로 옆에는 호수가 있습니다. 이 리조트에는 온 가족이 놀기에 매우 적합한 어린이 놀이 시설이 많이 있습니다. 강 건너편에는 세계에서 가장 아름다운 마을, 하트셉수트가 있습니다. 우리는 통나무집에 머물렀는데, 저 같은 아시아인이 머물기에는 흔치 않은 곳입니다. 여기는 매우 로맨틱하고 꿈같았고, 떠나고 싶지도 않았습니다. 리조트에 작은 편의점이 있는데, 음식이 많이 있습니다. 객실에는 주방용품과 전자레인지가 모두 갖춰져 있습니다. 가게에서 음식을 사면 휴가용 주택으로 돌아가서 요리할 수 있습니다. 먹을 게 없을까 봐 걱정할 필요가 없습니다. 하수타트행 버스 정류장은 리조트 바로 앞에 있습니다. 여기의 숙박 시설은 하셀트 쪽보다 두 배나 저렴합니다. 첫날 밤을 묵은 후, 다음 날 하루 더 묵고 싶었지만, 불행히도 호텔이 꽉 찼습니다. 아름다운 아가씨가 저에게 무료 아침 식사를 주었는데, 그것은 제 여행 동안 먹은 최고의 아침 식사였습니다. 체크아웃할 때, 아가씨가 친절하게 리조트에 대한 제 생각을 물었습니다. 정말 하루 더 머물고 싶다고 말했더니 컴퓨터가 바로 나를 다시 체크했지만, 안타깝게도 방이 없어서 떠나서 하시엔다로 가서 하루 더 머물렀습니다. 다음에 이 아름다운 마을에 다시 와서 며칠 더 머물 수 있었으면 좋겠습니다.

Disappointing stay at this hotel. 1. Thermostat not working within the room were the ambient temperature I guess was around 25 degrees. As front desk to resolve and was advised that none of the thermostats within the hotel worked as it was centrally heated. Advise was to open the window...obviously the front desk rep would not have slept in this room with the window open to the traffic noise. 2. Paid room tax by cash upon arrival and requested receipt for expenses and was advised i would receive this at checkout. So at checkout I was then advised the hotel had emailed the receipt to me and as you can guess I never received. Front desk then advised it was being resent and likewise never received. To the manager...I will ensure a return visit to your hotel in the coming weeks and expect you to refund my 4.50 Euros!

이 호텔은 메리어트 브랜드라 고객 응대에 매우 신경을 씁니다. 아쉽게도 수건 세척과 샤워기 수압에 문제가 생겨 바로 신고했습니다. 경영진의 전폭적인 지원을 받았습니다. 특히 리셉션의 타지 씨는 제가 즐거운 시간을 보낼 수 있도록 최선을 다해 도와주셨습니다. 타지 씨, 정말 감사합니다. 이런 세심한 배려 덕분에 안 좋은 경험으로 남을 뻔했던 일이 즐거운 추억으로 남을 수 있었습니다. 모든 직원분들께 진심으로 감사드립니다! 특히 아침 식사 서비스에서 미소를 잃지 않고 일하는 로라 씨께 감사드립니다. 매일 아침 정성과 사랑을 담아 맛있는 오믈렛을 만들어 주셨습니다 :) 정말 감사드리고, 앞으로 좋은 일만 가득하시길 바랍니다!

My stay was exemplary, characterized by a prime location and outstanding facilities. The room’s cleanliness was maintained to the highest standards, and the culinary offerings were truly world-class. Above all, the staff’s professional service ensured a seamless experience from check-in to departure.

Everything was perfect except that we had check-in at another hotel which is about 5 mins drive from where we booked. It would be nice to give us an information beforehand not surprise us by a little note on the property and told us to follow the location. There was no parking spot at all at the hotel we had to check-in. Good thing that I wasn't a solo traveller. I can't imagine how I could check-in since the check-in location is far from walking distance and there wasn't a spot to park at the check-in location.

I had a great stay at Harry's Home Linz! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The location is perfect, with easy access to the city center. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Linz!

Es war alles sauber und top ausgestattet, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Gab sogar Badesatz, Duftkerze, 2 Willkommenspralinen, einen kleinen Sublementspray und Makeup Handtücher, alles Inkludiert. Die Dusche mit den Lichteinstellungen war ein kleines Highlight. 😄 Sämtliches Personal ist auf Fragen und Wünsche umgehend, freundlich und kompetent eingegangen. 👍 2 kleine Mängel wurden ebenfalls sofort aufgeschrieben um sie umgehend reparieren zu lassen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, zusätzliche Speisen konnten bestellt werde, wie z.B. Avocado Toast, Eierspeise, weiches Ei,... (ohne Zuzahlung). War etwas aufgebraucht, wurde es auf Anfrage aufgefüllt. Draußen sitzen, unter der Markise war bei den sommertemperaturen sehr angenehm. Die Lage ist auch super, direkt im Ort, aber kaum Straßenlärm. Man ist in ein paar Minuten direkt am Mondsee. Eigene Garage ist verfügbar und top designed, jedoch könnten die Parkplätze ein wenig breiter und länger sein. Preis/Leistung war für uns ok, über Trip haben wir anscheinend sogar wirklich etwas gespart. Jedoch die ausstehende Kurtaxe hätte man noch vorab irgendwo mitteilen können, die beim check-out bezahlt werden muss. Alles in Allem top Hotel für einen entspannten Urlaub. 😎

객실이 현대적이고 깨끗해서 기뻤습니다. 일회용 슬리퍼도 제공되었습니다. 욕실은 넓고 위층에는 다다미가 깔려 있었지만 천장이 너무 낮아서 잠을 자기가 좀 답답해서 사용하지 않고, 아이와 함께 큰 침대에서 재웠습니다. 아침 식사 종류는 많지 않았지만, 그것으로 만족했습니다. 호텔 방의 각 방향에 있는 문들은 다른 곳으로 통했습니다. 한 문은 강으로, 다른 문은 DM 슈퍼마켓으로, 또 다른 문은 기차역으로 통했습니다. 밤에 잘 때 냉장고 소리가 너무 커서 전원 코드를 뽑아야 했습니다. 그 외에는 모두 좋았습니다.
