수영장 시설을 갖춘 미국 워싱턴 호텔

새벽 1시에 체크인 하러 갔는데 체크인 하는 직원은 한 명뿐이고 20명 정도가 대기여서 서서 1시간 정도를 기다렸습니다. 15명 정도 체크인 진행되었을 때 갑자기 승무원 30명 정도가 몰려오더니 먼저 체크인 하더라고요 힐튼아너스 상위 등급이어서 먼저 체크인 하는거 같았는데 1시간 서서 기다린 저희에게는 정말 최악의 경험이었습니다. 결국 새벽 2시 반 정도가 되어서야 객실에 들어갔는데 체크인 해 주는 직원분은 친절했지만 한 명밖에 배치 안 하는 호텔 운영 정책은 바뀔 필요가 있습니다.

이 호텔을 강력 추천합니다! 새 건물이라 시설과 환경이 훌륭합니다. 해외의 동급 힐튼 호텔은 중국 호텔의 고급스러움에 비하면 형편없는데, 이 호텔은 정말 최고입니다! 중국의 최신 5성급 호텔과 비교해도 손색이 없습니다. 객실은 넓고 편의시설도 최신식입니다. 주변 환경이 매우 조용하고 벨뷰 시내에서 도보 10분 거리에 있으며, 근처에 벨뷰 호수가 있어 시원한 가을 날씨에 호숫가를 따라 여유롭게 산책하기 좋습니다. 시애틀을 방문하는 모든 분들께 강력 추천합니다. 해외 호텔에는 세면도구가 제공되지 않고, 객실 내 생수는 보통 2달러지만, 이 호텔에서는 각 층마다 정수기가 있어서 자유롭게 이용할 수 있습니다. 호텔 주차 요금은 1박당 25달러에 10%의 봉사료가 추가되어 총 27.50달러입니다. 객실 요금은 제가 이틀 전에 묵었던 레드먼드 인보다 300달러 이상 저렴했습니다. 정말 놀라운 가성비였습니다! 전반적으로 매우 만족스러웠고 강력 추천합니다.

전반적으로 이 호텔을 강력 추천합니다. 편리하고 가격도 합리적입니다. 미국 첫 방문지에서 3박을 묵었는데, 방이 꽤 넓었습니다. 1. 위치: 파이크 플레이스 마켓까지 도보로 15분 거리입니다. 공항까지 우버를 이용하면 60~70달러 정도이며, 교통 체증이 없을 때는 30분이 걸립니다. 공항으로 가는 날 아침, 시애틀 공항에서 도로 공사를 겪어 고속도로를 빠져나온 후 30분 동안 교통 체증에 갇혔습니다. 시간을 잘 계획하세요. 2. 청소는 이틀에 한 번씩 이루어집니다. 무료 생수가 제공되지만, 아래층에서 직접 가져오셔야 합니다.

저녁 8시가 넘은 시간에 매장에 도착했는데 프론트에 계신 아주머니가 씨트립 주문에 대한 온라인 결제를 믿지 않는 것 같았습니다. 오랜만에 연구를 준비할 수 없어서 이것 저것 물어보세요. 이런 상황은 처음이라 시간낭비입니다. 온라인 가격은 소매 가격보다 훨씬 비쌉니다. 호텔은 매우 새롭고 국내 특급 호텔과 유사하며 밝고 현대적인 색상입니다. 완전히 닫힌 창문이지만 방음은 보통이며 밤에는 도로의 자동차 소리가 약간 시끄럽습니다. 로비에는 하루 종일 물과 커피가 있으며 라운지 공간은 아름답습니다. 고속도로 옆에 있어 임시 정착에 적합합니다.

호텔 시설, 위생, 서비스 모두 3성급에 적합한 수준입니다. 공항 근처라 이른 항공편을 이용하는 투숙객들 때문에 다소 소음이 있었습니다. 미국은 대중교통이 불편한 편이라, 이 호텔의 경우 공항 셔틀은 제공되지만 관광지는 자가용을 이용해야 편리합니다. 조식이 아주 푸짐하지는 않지만, 간단히 배 채우기에는 문제없었습니다. 개인적으로 베스트 웨스턴을 선호하는 편인데, 몇 년 전과 비교해 가격이 두 배로 오른 점은 아쉬웠습니다. 물론, 이는 이 호텔만의 문제는 아니었습니다.

우리는 손자들이 수영장에서 수영할 수 있도록 Cedars Inn에 머물 계획이었습니다. 마지막 방문에서 수영장 히터가 작동하지 않아 수영장을 사용할 수 없었습니다. 수영장이 작동하는지 확인하기 위해 미리 전화를 걸었습니다. 수영장은 지난번보다 따뜻했지만 매우 시원했고 아이들의 이빨이 끊임없이 움직이지 않는 한 수다를 떨고있었습니다. 수영장 옆의 욕실은 외출하거나 주문했습니다. 특히 파티에 어린 아이들이있는 경우 매우 불편했습니다. 오후 팝콘. 편의 시설로 나열된 ”호텔에 손님이 충분하지 않아 소중한 날의 팝콘을 버려야 했다” 때문에 사용할 수 없었습니다. 아침 식사는 좋았습니다. 따뜻한 쿠키는 좋았습니다. 프론트 데스크는 승무원이 적절했습니다.

I paid the whole amount for 2 nights when I made a reservation through Trip.com (as the immediate payment was condition on the site). When checking in, I gave the hotel my credit card information for the security purpose (which is totally normal), however I noticed that I was doubled charged for the accomodation fee after I left the hotel. Please cancel the latter accomodation fee as soon as possible. Please let me know the direct email address to communicate on the detailed info of my reservation and payment. Thank you.

Wrote a review directly to the hotel so will keep this shorter. Check in clerk was amazing.. but Husband stuck in elevator for 20 minutes no one helped until I climbed down from the 5th floor to the lobby with my baby and my pregnant stomach. Responded to pretty rudely by other person at front desk Beautiful hotel and location is amazing Room was a little on the dirtier on the other side Small fruit flies flying in the sink , pillows were dirty some lights didn't work Didn't really care about those things until was told hotel denied this elevator incident happening. Conflicted if I would ever stay here again. Contacted trip.com and even though it is not their fault they still provided comfort and support but the hotel denied this even happened ??? So leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Expected something different from a nicer hotel like this

The hotel was big and relatively clean. We did find some stray hairs in the shower and the bathtub mat was a bit old but worked great. The breakfast was good and the service was excellent. Everyone was friendly. Be aware that there is a local hockey rink near by and lots of families with kids stay here. Some of the children were well behaved and monitored by their parents and some were not. So if you are looking for quiet and relaxing this may not be the place for you. It was the perfect spot for us to stay on our weekend adventure and the price was right.
