One thing that really stood out was the flexibility and willingness to help guests. Even though Trip.com states that reservations cannot be changed, the pousada was accommodating and helped make adjustments when needed, which shows their commitment to great service. 방은 깨끗하고 주변에 먹을 곳이 많으며 해변과도 매우 가깝습니다. 전반적인 가격 대비 성능 비율이 매우 높지만 호텔의 아침 식사는 매우 평균적이며 느낌이 좋습니다. 브라질에서요.

Banheiro com cheiro não tão agradável, já sobre os elevadores, na minha opinião são insuficientes para o total de hóspedes. No mais foi tudo certo.

Bem localizado, quarto bom, só o ar condicionado que poderia ser melhor, faz barulho e não gela como esperado

O hotel é bom, a limpeza também estava ok, e o atendimento foi excelente. A comida é agradável e, no geral, tive uma boa experiência. No entanto, o que não me agradou foi o elevador — ele é bem antigo, faz muito barulho e não possui as especificações técnicas expostas, como a data da última inspeção, o que me deixou insegura, principalmente por estar hospedada no 12º andar. Tirando isso, gostei bastante do atendimento e dos demais serviços do hotel.

Hostel is very clean and well kept. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast included! Easy to meet other travelers and hangout! I made some friends while staying here and have gone out on adventures with them. The receptionist Lucas and the owner Wilson are extremely nice and kind! Great location, close to everything. I stayed here about 2 months ago and came back again to stay here again while visiting some friends! It’s felt more like a little home/family! 100% recommended!

1박만 숙박. 호텔 직원은 체크인시 매우 도움이 됩니다. 위치는 아침 식사와 마찬가지로 괜찮습니다. 유일한 유감은 1500시에 체크 아웃을 요청하는 것이었습니다. 호텔이 매우 가득 차서 불가능했습니다. 전반적으로 숙박에 만족합니다

Excelente atendimento tanto na recepção como no restaurante, que aliás oferece comida de muita qualidade. Quarto amplio, espaçoso, confortável e com belas vistas. Andar silencioso e com elevador muito acessível. O melhor local para uma estadia agradável na belíssima cidade de Vitória. Voltarei em breve
