Остановился только из-за расположения отеля к точке фотографий Боробудур и долины. Ценообразование неадекватное. Если в пиковый день оплатил люкс с возможностью бесплатной отмены или изменения даты заезда, то Даже если изменяешь дату, в которой нет загрузки и цена в три раза ниже, то готовьтесь еще доплатить треть стоимости обычной цены… завтрака в форме шведского стола тоже не ждите… такой финансовый подход очень разочаровывает. Еда в ресторане вполне съедобная, приятный бассейн, приветливый персонал. Если вы хотите попасть на утреннее фото Боробудура, то смело можете выбирать более бюджетный вариант, даже если он немного дальше.

지금까지 가 본 호텰중에서 가장 만족스런 호텔이었습니다. 큰 길 가에서 호텔 전겡을 볼 수 없어서 잘 몰랐었는데, 호텔에 들어가니 아름다운 모습이 다 들어오면서 인도네시아가 아닌 딴 세상에 온 느낌이 들었습니다.
자연과 현대적 건물이 조화를 이루는 조경과 전체적인 공간 활용이 아주 좋고, 곳곳에 앉아서 쉴 수 있는 곳도 많아 쉼을 위한 아주 좋은 장소입니다.
건물도 신축건물이라 깨끗하고 방도 넓었고, 아침 조식도 맛있었고, 중국음식점도 깔끔하고 맛있었습니다.

Plataran Heritage Borobudur Hotel is a beautiful and relaxing place to stay near the world-famous Borobudur Temple. The setting feels peaceful and green, with lovely views of the surrounding nature and the temple area.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed with a charming mix of traditional and modern touches. The pool and garden areas are perfect for relaxing after exploring the temple. The staff are friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast is tasty and has a good variety of choices.

The bathroom is a bit slippery and the floor is also not clean. The battery of tv remote and ac aren't working, you have to call room service to change.
The ac is cold , the bedroom is nice, the pillow is nice too, not too high, and i can sleep tightly.
The breakfast is so so, i love the siomay and pridge, they taste so good. The omelete is standard becaude they arent put anything on the omellete.they need to improve on the menus.

나는 Alila 직원 모두의 따뜻한 환영을 좋아합니다. 너무 친절해요. 아쉬운 점은 방에 생수 2병만 있다는 것입니다. 보통 나는 적어도 4병의 생수를 얻습니다.
오늘의 시오메이 딤섬은 신선하지도 않고, 맛도 이상하고, 시오메이 껍질이 벗겨져 있어요. 우리는 이 피드백을 셰프에게 전달했습니다. 그 외에는 모든 것이 좋습니다.

The hotel was near the venue of the forum (JCLEC AKPOL) and it was quite easy to secure Grab rides from there. The hotel exceeded my expectations. It has two (2) restaurants: Serajoe and Vue. Both have helpful waitstaff and there's live music in Vue. The housekeeping was also great. My room was kept pleasantly clean and tidy. Actually, the whole hotel staff -- from those at the entrance to the reception to sales -- was helpful and friendly without becoming too familiar with the guests. If there's anything I would like changed, it would be the aroma used in the lobby... it's a little sharp to the nostrils. Gave me a light headache. Luckily, my nose adjusted or got used to the smell on the second day of my stay. I'll definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

한국 사람들은 아마도 이호텔에 묵게되면 잠을 제대로 못잘수도 있다. 수시로 들려오는 예배 음악소리에 수시로 깨곤했음
문화적 차이기 때문에 어쩔수 없음. 또하나는 오토바이가 이동수단인 인도네시아 에서는 오토바이소리 또한 밤새도록 들린다.
나는 작은소리에도 애민해서 잠을 제대로 못잤다. 빨리 집에 가고 싶은생각뿐.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that truly exceeded my expectations, making for one of the most enjoyable and stress-free travel experiences I've had in a long time.
From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the cleanliness was immediately apparent. The common areas were spotless, well-maintained, and had a fresh, inviting aroma. This attention to detail extended to my room, which was impeccably clean. The sheets were crisp, the bathroom sparkled, and there wasn't a speck of dust anywhere. It's always a relief to know you're staying in a place that prioritizes hygiene, and this hotel clearly does.
Beyond just cleanliness, the overall quality of the hotel was excellent. The decor was modern and tasteful, the furnishings were comfortable, and the amenities provided were thoughtful and well-chosen. Everything from the comfortable bed to the high-speed Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, contributing to a truly comfortable stay.
What truly set this hotel apart was how easy everything was. Check-in was a breeze, navigating the hotel was intuitive, and all the services I needed were readily accessible. There were no confusing signs, no hidden fees, and no unnecessary complications. It felt like the hotel was designed with guest convenience in mind, allowing me to relax and enjoy my trip without any added stress.

DDr. Ong Soetanto나는 내가 Semarang에 돌아 가면이 호텔에 다시 머물기로 선택하지 않을 것이라고 생각합니다.
내가 도착한 순간부터 경험은 이미 실망 스러웠습니다. 직원에게 기도 매트를 달라고 했더니 호텔에서 사용할 수 있다고 했으나 아무도 제공하러 오지 않았다. 호텔에서 무언가가 사용 가능한지 확인하면 손님에게 적절하게 배달해야합니다. 이와 같은 작은 것은 손님에 대한 전문성과 관심의 수준을 반영합니다.
또 다른 문제는 sahur 또는 이른 아침 식사 중에있었습니다. 나는 3.30 am 주위에 레벨 5로 내려 왔고 많은 항목은 이미 쌀을 포함하여 거의 완성되었습니다. 나는 서비스 직원에게 쌀이 다 떨어졌고 리필이 필요하다고 알렸지만 아무 조치도 취하지 않았습니다. 결국 나는 나시 고렝과 같은 다른 항목과 남은 것을 가져갔습니다. 아침 식사 선택 자체도 매우 제한된 변형으로 매우 기본적이었습니다.
라마단 달이라는 점을 감안하면 호텔에서 사후르 서비스를 훨씬 더 잘 준비해야 한다고 생각합니다. 손님은 특히 이 식사를 위해 매우 일찍 일어나므로 음식 가용성과 적절한 직원이 중요합니다. 그 기간 동안 나는 모든 것을 다루는 직원 한 명만 보았고 상황을 더욱 어렵게 만들었습니다.
호텔의 위치는 실제로 꽤 좋습니다. 많은 트렌디한 카페에서 도보 거리에 있으며 밤늦게까지 영업하는 길거리 음식 옵션이 많이 있습니다. 음식 현장을 둘러보거나 인근 카페에서 어울리는 것을 즐기는 투숙객에게는 이 지역이 편리합니다.
프론트 데스크 서비스는 수용 가능했지만 전반적으로 환대 경험은 상당히 표준적이었습니다. 개인적으로 사람들이 일반적으로 자바와 관련된 따뜻하고 세심한 환대를 반영하지 않았습니다.
솔직히 이러한 문제를 경험한 후 기분이 좋지 않았기 때문에 머무는 동안 사진을 찍지 않았습니다.
호텔 경영진이이 피드백을 진지하게 받아들이고 서비스 품질을 향상시킬 수 있기를 바랍니다. 특히 손님의 요구가 매우 구체적인 라마단 기간 동안. 고맙습니다.

NNurshahida ZainudinBooked 2 rooms for 2 nights. Spectacular view when you wake up in the morning. Breakfast spread was great for both days. There is a small playground beside their cafe that my kids could play as well. Service was awesome. Will come again if I visit Solo again.

리리뷰어Abrikri Village has provided excellent services during our stay in Dieng, Wonosobo.
Starting from the pre-departure service when the staff member contacted me personally to assist our reservation for 16 people— especially when I asked their assistance to arrange our breakfast mode to be made at 2AM due to our specific agenda. When we have arrived at the Abriki Village, they were very responsive in accommodating our reservation by making the check-in process hazzle-free. The staff members were also really acommodating our needs, showcasing a true-identity of Javanese welcoming services.
The Villa is actually even BETTER than the pictures. The rooms are very clean and spacious, especially the Three-Bedroom Villa and the Two-Bedroom Villa. The in-room and out-room facilities work properly without any issues. Our family also had no issues on the wifi provided as it can be accessed in all the area of the Villa.
As for the breakfast, even though the breakfast menu are quite standard as it serves the basic Indonesian buffet style, yet our family really enjoyed the food and beverages provided.
The location for the Villa is also convenient as it’s located 5 minutes from Alun-alun of Wonosobo City and 40-50 minutes to reach Puncak Sikunir Dieng.
For me personally, this villa deserves a 5-star due to its excellent services, facilities, and locations.
However, there are still rooms of improvement, such as additional services like Netflix for each room, more varieties of breakfast option, and the balcony/terrace of 3-bedroom and 2-bedroom villa’s entrance that should have a roof that would cover us from the rain when entering the villa.
Nevertheless, if I had chance to go back to Dieng, Wonosobo, I would CERTAINLY BE DELIGHTED to stay again at the Abriki Village again. That’s for sure.

DDr. Ong SoetantoThis was my first time staying at Khas Semarang. I arrived around 12 pm and the hotel was very crowded because there was an event that day. The staff told me check-in was only at 2 pm, which is fine, but the problem was there were basically no seats available in the lobby to wait.
They suggested I sit in the restaurant instead. Honestly that felt a bit strange since it’s Ramadan and people are fasting. Anyway, as a local I didn’t really mind, so I just went to Paragon Mall which is about 10 minutes away to kill some time.
The room itself was quite clean and had all the basic amenities, so no issue there.
For sahur, I requested breakfast to be delivered at 3 am. It only arrived around 3:30 am. When I asked the staff why it was late, they said they had to deliver to more than 20 rooms first. That made me wonder why they don’t just open a simple sahur buffet to make things easier for everyone. The soto was actually nice, but unfortunately it was already cold by the time it arrived.
Food overall was decent.
One thing I like about this hotel is the location. There are quite a few nice cafés around and many of them are open 24 hours, so it’s easy to find somewhere to hang out late at night if you want.

JJalanSabtu호텔 자체는 괜찮았지만, 아쉽게도 방이 너무 더웠습니다. 에어컨 관리가 제대로 됐는지는 모르겠지만, 투숙 시작부터 체크아웃까지 방 온도가 24도였습니다.
직원이 두 번이나 와서 점검을 해줬지만, 그때마다 문제가 해결됐다고 변명만 늘어놓았습니다. (아마도 예의상 핑계를 대는 것 같습니다.)
조식은 정말 정신없었습니다. 사람이 너무 많아서 음식이 채워지는 속도도 느렸습니다. 호텔이 만실일 경우 좌석이나 조식 제공 시간을 미리 정해둬야 할 것 같습니다. 그래야 사람들이 음식을 조금씩이라도 먹을 수 있을 테니까요.
다시는 이 호텔에 묵지 않을 것 같습니다.

Iimron yusufIn terms of atmosphere, this hotel actually met our expectations quite well, especially as we prefer a place that is not too crowded, with a natural tropical landscape and an ethnic-rustic architectural style. The room size was also quite spacious, noticeably larger than a typical hotel room. Another plus point was the Smart TV, which made the children happy as they could watch Netflix comfortably.
However, we were rather disappointed with the condition of the room, particularly the bathroom. There was a strong unpleasant odor, similar to a septic tank smell, coming from the toilet/WC area, which was quite disturbing and affected our comfort during the stay. The bathroom also seemed poorly maintained, as seen from the cracked/chipped toilet water tank. In addition, the bathroom ceiling looked untidy and appeared to be sagging on one side.
Another issue that bothered us was the presence of many large black ants inside the room, especially around food. The swimming pool was also not very comfortable, as the chlorine level seemed too high, causing irritation to the eyes and nose when exposed to the water.
As for the restaurant, the food variety was rather limited. What surprised us even more was that omelets or eggs were limited to one portion per guest.
Overall, we believe this hotel has good potential in terms of atmosphere, concept, and room size. However, for a 3-star boutique hotel with a rate of around IDR 900,000 per night, the condition of the facilities and the overall stay experience did not feel proportionate. In our opinion, the hotel is somewhat overpriced.
