Hotel was clean and secure with friendly and helpful staff. Secure parking in a large city is a bonus. Great reasonable breakfast was provided by the adjoining cafe.

The hotel is about 3 minutes by car from the airport and about 5 minutes from the Mall del Sol. The staff at the reception (and also on the phone before my arrival) has been incredibly friendly and helpful: thank you so much! The room was big, full of light, very clean and comfortable. The free shuttle service from and to the airport is a handy and welcome treat. All in all, great hotel.

Un hotel con buena ubicación y atención , me quede por 6 noches y todo estuvo Perfecto , las camas son cómodas , el l desayuno es abundante y la ubicación es estratégica

Éste es un buen hotel. Muy cerca del malecón y un parque con iguanas.

Super Lage am Parque Seminario, der Park mit den Leguanen. Nicht weit bis zur modernen Uferpromenade. Wir fühlten uns auch abends sicher, da viel Security präsent ist.

Vista espectacular. El baño debería ser remodelado, sigue estándares muy antiguos con cortinas de plástico. La cama muy confortable. Pedimos desayuno a la habitación y debería mejorar la calidad del room service, vamos de plástico y el desayuno frío. Incluye parqueadero gratuito.

El Hotel Sheraton de Guayaquil destaca por su ubicación inmejorable justo frente al Mall del Sol. Ofrece un servicio excelente, habitaciones en muy buen estado y un desayuno realmente destacable. Es una opción ideal para quienes buscan comodidad y conveniencia en Guayaquil

En lo positivo está bien ubicado, sin embargo, pensé que era apartamento pero solo era una habitación con baño y las instalaciones requieren mantenimiento en las habitaciones el papel tapiz está despegado por la.humedad y el ruido de la lluvia la primera noche casi no me dejó dormir, dice que tiene gimnasio lo cual me atrajo pero remodelaron y ya no dispone, por lo que deberían actualizar los servicios para evitar falsas expectativas, al final creo que el lugar tiene potencial solo cuidar de pequeños aspectos.

The general experience was good. In considered the stay a bit expensive for Ecuador (79$ for two days incl breakfast). One of the reasons I chose this hotel is because of free drinking water. However, the water is positioned in a way that you can fill up only small cups. So I still had to buy a lot of water bottles outside, which made my stay more expensive than expected. The pool area is beautiful. Service was nice. Location close to the center, I could explore the main tourist attractions (La perla, Malecon, Cementery) by foot. The breakfast is kind of a surprise, you can choose betweeen American and Local. I prefered the local one, the Banana tasted amazing. In advance of my stay I asked for an early check-in at 8 clock, which apparently was not possible. However, my room was ready at about 10.30. Wifi was excellent. Shower had lots of warm water. No mosquito net at the windows and it was not possible to close the windows in my completely.
