수영장 시설을 갖춘 미국 테네시 호텔

호텔은 오래되었지만 깨끗했습니다. Gatlinburg 및 Smoky Mountain parkway에 편리합니다. 방에는 미니 냉장고, 작은 커피 메이커, 헤어드라이어가 필요한 모든 것이 있었습니다. 2층과 3층으로 가는 엘리베이터. 그러나 큰 야외 입구의 양쪽 끝에는 편리하지 않았습니다. 침대는 편안했습니다. 방에는 평면 스크린 TV가 있었지만 리모컨이 작동하지 않았습니다. 우리는 프론트 데스크에 전화를 시도했지만 전화도 작동하지 않았습니다. 우리가 그들에게 말하기 위해 프론트 데스크에 갔을 때 그들은 방에 전화기가 있는지 모른다고 말했습니다. 그들은 우리에게도 작동하지 않는 새로운 리모컨을 주었습니다. 방에 수건과 수건이 1개밖에 없었지만 프론트 데스크에 갔을 때 더 많이 주었습니다. 에어컨이 잘 작동했습니다. 수영장은 열려 있었지만 광고 된대로 가열되지 않았습니다.

So I of course read google reviews about this place before hand and was torn ... ultimately deciding on it because I kept going back to it on google ...upon checking in after I online booked it...I was greeted by a young woman behind the desk who was cheerful eager to help and informative. Even thou it was nearly 10pm. After 10 minutes the room phone rang it was the front desk and the same young woman who checked me in ..asking about my pit bull saying the lady next door called said my dog was trying to attack her car thru the window...this flat out didn't happen however my dog and her car were playing and my dog isn't a pit bull she's an American Bully but I get it ...I assured the front desk my dot wouldn't be by the neighbors window again and apologized for her having to call me ...fyi y'all ever known a dog to try and attack a cat thru a window without barking growling or acting a damn fool??? Cuz mine sure didn't do any of that ...ANYWAY...The room I booked had 2 queens and lemme tell ya the beds were unbelievably comfortable as were the pillows. The aesthetics of the room was chill and relaxing TV worked as it should so did the AC ...but on to the best part the lady tending to the contentinal breakfast...which was fully stocked at all times and not just stocked but perfectly lined pastries breads and cereal bowls. On my particular morning which was a Friday they served sausage links biscuits eggs blueberry or plain pancakes. They had fresh apple or orange juice but it was the attendant who made it amazing not just her detail but her pleasant disposition to everyone was fantastic. I would return just to tip her again !!! This was a treat experience and one I'll never regret

Everyone was so nice. The employees treated you very nicely. I checked in and went to my room. I found out my door did not close all the way. I would close it, but it would not latch. I went downstairs, and the mantainence man was right there, and he went up with me to fix it. Everything was clean, even the bedding. The bathroom was clean, but when I was getting ready for bed, I saw an ant on the counter in the bathroom. I did not think anything of it and killed it and went to sleep. The next morning, I was getting ready in the bathroom, and I found 2-3 ants on the counter. I killed them, but I was gone all day. I stayed a total of 2 nights. When I came back for the night, I went to bed. The next morning, I took a shower. The water pressure was not good. The hot water and the shower were awesome but could use more pressure. Once again, getting ready for the day and this time, there were ants all over. They were going up the walls on the ceiling. I am not sure if something was spilled on the walls, but it looked like they all were going towards one spot. That's what led me to believe that. So I moved all my things and got ready in the foyer where there was a mirror. I was leaving that morning anyway, so I figured I would tell the staff. So I checked out and told the front desk, she just said ok.” I thought she would take it seriously, but she did not. I stayed in room 411. Very nice room. Just check for ants. The breakfast was free for both days. I was told the owner was giving free vouchers for breakfast. I thought that was awesome. Overall, good stay.

호텔은 비교적 낡았고 특히 카펫이 축축하고 깨끗하지 않은 느낌입니다. 그러나 위치는 매우 좋고 주차장은 크고 방은 크고 서비스는 좋고 아침 식사는 좋습니다. 익숙하기 때문에 여러 번 여기에 머물렀습니다. 한 번은 옆에있는 메리어트 호텔에 머물 렀지 만 고급 스럽지만 방은 작았으며 한밤중에 두 번 화재가보고되었습니다. 그래서 종종 여기에 산다.

리뷰가 개선을 거의 이끌지 않는다는 것을 알고 있지만 여기에 머물 계획이라면 이것이 누군가에게 약간의 돈을 절약하는 데 도움이 되기를 바랍니다. Sean이라는 카운터의 청년은 매우 유쾌하고 효율적이었습니다. 그것이 숙박의 하이라이트였습니다. 호텔은 오래되었지만 이 숙박 시설이 사용했던 것처럼 유지되는 한 귀찮게하지 않습니다. 이제 분명히 훨씬 낮은 수준의 청결을 가진 다른 소유자가 있습니다. 표면적으로는 깨끗해 보이지만 자세히 보면 디테일이 없다는 것을 알 수 있습니다. 청결 기준이 낮은 호텔을 운영하는 경우 종종 발생하는 불결하고 비위생적인 조건으로 뒤로 미끄러지는 시작입니다. 샤워 바닥은 거의 검은 색이었습니다. 오랫동안 문지르거나 철저히 청소하지 않은 것이 분명했습니다. 아침 식사는 슬프고 소박하고 빈약했습니다. 빵, 일반 얇게 썬 시리얼, 이상한 계란찜 물질과 기름지고 매력적이지 않은 소시지 패티가 있었습니다. 와플 아이언이 있었지만 혼합물은 맛이 재미있었습니다. 커피는 자동 유형 기계에 있습니다. 끔찍한 맛이 났고 미지근하게 나왔습니다. 호텔의 나머지 부분의 청결 부족을 기반으로 이 복잡한 커피 머신이 정기적으로 소독되는지 의심스럽습니다. 침대가 딱딱했다. 그것은 일부 사람들에게 어필할 수 있지만 나에게는 매우 불편했습니다. 베개는 모양이나 지지대가 없는 작은 베개 크기의 물건입니다. 30달러를 더 쓰고 Holiday Inn 또는 Hampton으로 바로 가십시오. 당신은 기뻐할 것입니다.

지난 5~10년 동안 여러 번 이곳에 묵었기 때문에, 어떤 일이 벌어질지 *알고* 있다고 생각했습니다. 내슈빌은 여름이라 건물과 방이 습한 건 어쩔 수 없지만, 그래도 괜찮았습니다. 방 전체는 괜찮았습니다. 편안한 침대, 냉장고, 전자레인지, 꽤 편안한 의자와 오토만까지. 하지만 사소한 문제들이 혼란스럽고 걱정스럽습니다. 한때 최고였던 이 호텔이 점점 쇠퇴하고 있거든요. 🚪문에 있는 카드키가 고장 났어요! 카드를 밀어 넣는 게 정말 까다로워서 문제가 생겼습니다. 한번은 카드키가 완전히 안으로 밀려 들어가 카드를 먹어버렸어요. 관리 직원이 와서 카드를 가져갔지만, 고쳐지지 않았고, 조심하라는 말만 들었습니다. 🪟 창문 커튼 뒤의 차양이 너무 낡았고, 왼쪽은 내려와 있었지만 움직이지 않았습니다(코드를 빼서 위쪽으로 집어넣어 놓았거든요). 오른쪽은 위로 올라와 있었는데, 끌어내릴 방법도 없이 그냥 끌어내렸습니다. 그런데 끌어내리고 나니 왜 위로 올려놓고 전기 모터는 꺼져 있었는지 알겠더군요... 완전히 내려가지도 않고 갈가리 찢어져 있었습니다. 💧싱크대가 거꾸로 되어 있어서 오른쪽은 뜨거운 물이, 왼쪽은 차가운 물이 나왔습니다. 🌡️ 온도 조절 장치가 고장났습니다. 방은 시원하게 유지되었지만, 습도가 높아 불편할 정도로 추웠습니다. 습도가 너무 높아서 가구가 눅눅한 느낌이었습니다. 방이 우리에게 적합했을까요? 네. 이 모든 사소한 문제들이 쌓여서 다음 여행은 다른 곳으로 예약해야 할지 고민이 되기도 합니다. 네.

Good for family. Room size was good. Although hotel is at roadside, rooms are away from road, hence quiet. Hotel is also by the river and room balconies face river which is nice. One swimming pool is with slide and waterfal. Second pool at other end of the hotel is also nice. Breakfast is basic. It worked well for our family. In front of hotel, there is a stop for free public nostalgic bus (Blue line trolley) that takes you down to Gatlinburg center in a few minutes(Aquarium is last stop), comes at every 15 min. Otherwise it’s 15 min.walk to the city center.

酒店地理位置不錯，離範德堡大學較近，硬件設施尚可，有游泳池和健身房，也有洗衣房。服務很差，尤其是客房服務員全是西裔，聽不懂英語，而且工作態度不認真，經常會忘記打掃房間，或忘記擺放每天必換的衞生用品和咖啡盒，到前台投訴後，也沒人管理，是我住酒店以來遇到過的最差經歷。入住時的按金至今（已經過了2周）未退還。

Not a great experience. 1) When we arrived on Friday note, there was a sign on the only ice machine on our side of the building that said it was out of order. Should have been fixed since the sige didn't look like it was at all,new. 2) We went to the machines to get a can of soda and that machine said not to use $5's. OK. Put in .50 for the $2.50 can of Pepsi. Went to put in two $1 bills but the machine wouldn't take those either. We used a credit card and paid the $2.50, but weren't aboe to get the .50 returned. went to get a bag of jerkey treats for $5 but it wouldn't take an y of the 3 credit cards I had, even though we just used one for the soda. 3) Asked for a bar of soap and we were told there were none so we had to go to Kriger to but a bar of soap. Not everyone wants to take a bath and have the soap 4 fetet over their head in a kiquid dispenser. 4) Floors were dirty. Had to wear socks or shoes all the time. Wore white socks for an hour and the bottoms were filthy. In addition to that, there were several spots where the floors were sticky. 5) Pleasure to have the TV and when it wasn't working, notified the front desk and someone came immediately and fixed the problem. Great service. 6) Beds were extremely comfortable. 7) had the scrambled eggs for breakfast. I'm pretty sure they were powdered, but they were exeremely tastey
