수영장 시설을 갖춘 미국 미시시피 호텔

우리는 이전에 LaQuinta에 머물렀던 적이 없으며 다시는 없을 것이라고 확신할 수 있습니다!!! 오후 3시에 내린 프론트 데스크 직원이 방에 대해 거짓말을했습니다. 우리가 처음 들어간 방, 프론트 데스크 직원이 거짓말을하고 우리를 옮겼던 방은 바닥을 통해 물이 올라오는 것처럼 보였습니다. 우리가 방에 들어갔을 때 물은 침대 아래와 양쪽 주위에 웅덩이였습니다. 우리는 물이 깨끗하고 우리 개가 만든 엉망이 아니라는 것을 보여주는 부분을 제외하고는 그것을 청소했습니다. 프론트 데스크에 전화를 시도했을 때 방 전화는 다이얼 톤조차도 전혀 작동하지 않았습니다. 프론트 데스크가 방을 바꾸기를 기다리는 동안 우리는 화장실을 플러시했고 바닥에서 물의 침수문이 나타나기 시작한 것과 같았습니다. 우리에게 거짓말을하는 프론트 데스크 소녀로 돌아갑니다. 나는 그녀가 엘리베이터 문제로 인해 3 층 계단을 올라야한다고 말했기 때문에 육체적으로 계단을 올라갈 수 없다고 말했습니다. 우리는 방이 왕이 아닌 퀸 사이즈 침대가 될 것이지만 엘리베이터만큼 멀지 않고 드라이브 룸이라고 들었습니다. 글쎄, 내가 말해줘, 우리는 방으로가는 길에 엘리베이터를 지나 복도 끝까지 갔다. 또한, 오후 3시 이후 첫 데스크 직원의 엉망진창을 정리하고 우리에게 거짓말을 하지 않은 데스크 점원부터 우리는 이 LaQuinta에 드라이브업 룸이 없다는 것을 알았습니다!!! 나는 우리 개에 대한 요금에 대한 언급 없이 우리 방을 선불로 지불했습니다. 따라서 이 부정직한 프론트 데스크 직원은 우리 개에 대해 $25의 수수료를 청구합니다. 오늘 체크아웃할 때 남편이 영수증을 요청했고 부정직한 프론트 데스크 직원이 이메일로 보내준다고 말했습니다. 솔직히 이 시점에서 우리는 신용 카드 정보가 안전하고 해제되지 않았다는 것을 믿지 않습니다. 이 모든 것을 감안할 때 우리는 다시는 LaQuinta에 머물지 않을 것이며 친구와 가족이 LaQuinta에 머무르는 것을 적극적으로 낙담시킬 것입니다.

Fantastic hotel. Just been completely renovated. Really nice and clean. Great ******. Nice food options. Rented a Pool Cabana and that was great as well. Excellent service from everyone we interacted with. We are coming back in a few months!

훌륭한 서비스! 빠른 예약! 존경하는 직원!

백악관 호텔의 부지와 외관은 훌륭합니다. 그러나이 호텔의 다른 특징은 원하는 것을 남깁니다. 첫째, 멋진 바다가 보이는 수영장 옆에서 긴장을 풀 수 있는 곳을 찾고 있다면 운이 좋지만 불행히도 수영장은 가열되지 않습니다. 식당은 ”건설” 또는 ”리모델링”으로 인해 사용할 수 없었기 때문에 주문한 음식 (좋은 음식)은 룸 서비스 또는 바에서 먹어야했습니다. 나는 킹 사이즈 침대가있는 표준 방에 머물 렀지 만 매우 편안하지 않았습니다. 욕실의 화장대 조명이 반쯤 켜져 있어 면도가 어려웠습니다. 방의 TV는 낡았고 뒷 조명은 꺼진 것 같았습니다. 의류용 작은 서랍 3개 옷장이 있었는데 그 외에는 정말 물건을 놓을 수 있는 탁자 외에는 아무것도 없었습니다(그러나 커피 메이커를 위한 아주 작은 비스트로 테이블이 있었습니다. 그리고 가장 실망스러운 부분은 AC 장치가 방을 매우 춥거나 매우 따뜻하게 만들었습니다. 얇은 덮개와 양극성 HVAC가있는 불편한 침대는 좋은 휴식을 취하는 것을 불가능하게 만들었습니다. 같은 가격 이하로, 나는 더 나은 편의 시설과 더 편안한 객실을 갖춘 카지노 중 하나에 머물 수있었습니다.

The hotel was in a great location. There were plenty of restaurants and shopping places. The young man that checked us in was very pleasant and friendly. I did not eat at the hotel because the breakfast was very pricey, and I travelled with several people so I couldn't afford to pay that price for everyone. I have always stayed at Holiday Inn and never had to pay for breakfast. The room was nice but the person in the room either in front of me or behind smoked all night. I coughed and sneezed because of the cigarette smoking. I tried to cover my head, lay on the other end of the bed but it didn't help. I left with a very sore throat. When checking out the young lady at the front desk was not so friendly, she was working on something on the computer and kept her head down for a long time before she finally asked could she assist me. She never asked me about my stay. I had questions about my bills that was not explained before I booked the hotel, she did explain to me the various charges although, I totally disagreed with them.

Somewhat disappointed. We understood that the check in time was at 4pm. However , upon arrival, our room was not ready and we had to wait over an hour for our room. There were a lot of us waiting. Somehow they did not have enough housekeeping staff to clean the rooms that were obviously vacated at 11am as I understood, that was the check out time. As we finally got our room at the 5th floor, we came upon multiple available rooms that were available that needed cleaning. We presumed they needed cleaning because the doors were left open. We actually took a peek inside. I should say, I should give them credit. They gave us free dinner or breakfast. We really were not able to take advantage of the dinner offer since after checking into our room, we rushed to gamble at Beau Rivage. Our breakfast actually came with our booking.

Front desk staff for dayshift is always friendly and so helpful. Unfortunately, mid-shift only has one staff member working the desk and they were not available for 20-25 minutes upon arrival due to helping other customers upstairs. The room was clean, but the sink was slow draining and almost overflowing. Front desk did make maintenance aware so it would be fixed for the next customers who occupy that room. There was quite a bit of dust on the access panel to the tub right beside the toilet. Most disappointing is that the printer in the lobby/lounge area doesn’t work and I needed to print documents for a training I was attending. Overall I will stay here again, mostly because of the staffs cheerful disposition and willingness to assure my stay is the best.

직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이되었지만, 이 위치는 우리의 기대를 충족시키지 못했습니다. 방은 세계의 끝이 아닌 실망스러운 사진과 같지 않았습니다. 우리가받은 첫 번째 방은 숙녀 벌레로 덮여 있었고 죽은 벌레 냄새가 났으며 방 구석에 둥지가 있었고 방 전체에 많은 죽은 벌레가있었습니다. 프론트 데스크의 친절한 여성이 우리에게 다른 방을 주었지만 새 방은 매우 깨끗하지 않았고 샤워 시설과 욕실 전체에 머리카락이 많이있었습니다. 12시간 동안 길을 떠난 후 우리는 손실을 줄이고 잠이 들었다. 나는 많은 힐튼에 머물렀고 이것은 솔직히 내가 지금까지 본 것 중 가장 더러운 것이었습니다. 정말 실망했다.

직원은 좋았습니다. 좋은 위치. 침대는 편안하지 않았습니다. 그것은 단단했고 복도는 연기처럼 냄새가 났지만 연기없는 건물 😒이었습니다. 우리가 다시 여기에 머무를지 확실하지 않습니다.

The staff was nice, especially the man who was there in the mornings. The TV and phone didn’t work in the first room so they moved us to another room. The second room was good overall but the deadbolt didn’t turn/didn’t work, so that was uncomfortable. The continental breakfast was waffles, cereal, yogurt, assorted pastries, coffee, and juice. The floor in the lobby and hall was pretty sticky. There was an unpleasant smell in some places, especially in the bathroom of the first room, but I think it might be from a cleaning product. It’s across the street from Kroger, so the location is convenient.
