The checkin was frustrating, we had to wait in line and couldn’t check in because I couldn’t find my license which was no fault of theirs however once we found it we got back in line to check in and was told that the room was not ready so we walk out of line and received a text that the room was ready so we had to go and wait in line agaiin. We requested ground floor close to elevator because of issues. We realize that requests are not guaranteed but 4th floor way down the hall? This was our third stay with no previous issues We will not return to this hotel.

새로 개조된 호텔 위치가 좋습니다. 근처에 Cracker Barrel Taxes 로드하우스가 있습니다. 먹을 곳이 있습니다.
체크인은 약간 번거 롭습니다. Trip.com 예약 한 프론트 데스크에서 결제를 요청했습니다. 체크 아웃 할 때 청구됩니다. 오늘 체크 아웃하고 신용 카드가 청구되는 것에 대해 조금 걱정했습니다.

주변 환경이 매우 좋고 여러 명소가 도보 거리에 있습니다. 건강은 더 나쁩니다. 나는 2 박 동안 머물렀다. 둘째 날에는 침대 정리 외에 수건도 갈아주고 나머지는 청소도 안 해줬다. 바닥에 있던 쓰레기는 전날에도 그대로 있었다. 커피 테이블에 흰색 베갯잇이 있습니다. 일부 더러운. 청소 직원이 베개 타월로 커피 테이블을 닦은 것으로 추정됩니다. 또한, 커피 테이블은 닦지 않았고 전날의 우유 얼룩이 여전히 있습니다. 욕조 배수구가 머리카락을 잡아당깁니다. 건강을 개선해야 합니다!

I was double charged as the hotel front desk was able to find me reservations but said I hadn't paid yet however I paid in full through the trip.com app. I am currently waiting for a refund not sure what happened there. Other than that everything was great and our family loved it.

Very pleasant experience. Helpful staff. Clean rooms. I enjoy the quietness in the building. You cannot hear anyone else while inside your room, next door or in the hallway. Plan on staying again!

This hotel was extremely convenient to visiting my granddaughter. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The one thing that was a problem was the water pressure in the shower. My hair is not very long and it took forever to get the shampoo out. Overall, comfortable visit.

AAnonymousDogHotel Nashville is a peculiar place. These units obviously used to be apartment buildings. There's nothing really wrong with that, and it gives you what amounts to a condo or cabin for the price of a regular room. Ours had a full kitchen with full sized appliances including a dishwasher, two full baths, a main bedroom and a queen size Murphy bed in the living room. Enjoy a regular thermostat for just your unit and a balcony with two small chairs. There's an indoor pool I didn't even entertain using in the four days we stayed...mostly turned off by the already heavy use. There's an on-site bar that took over the kitchen which is why there isn't breakfast on-site anymore. Staff are wonderful, but the office closes about 8pm. So, it's best to get there before then else you may have to get the bar owner to let you in (yes, really). There seems to be a number of long term residents here. There is one marked parking location for each unit, and more in the lower lot that aren't marked. Location is pretty great, but don't underestimate the effort of walking up the many, many stairs to the motel coming off the *****. You are right downtown, but that elevation still makes it a considerable walk to get to shopping and restaurants. Overall, it's a pleasant if not upscale environment for a stay in beautiful little Nashville, IN.

리리뷰어이 호텔은 매우 이상합니다. 두 번 예약했습니다. 청구서 가격, 실제 공제 및 Ctrip이 나에게 보낸 것과 동일합니다. 이틀 전에 공제가 일치하지 않으며 Ctrip 태도가 처리하기에 나쁘지 않습니다. 이제이 청구서가 아닙니다. 동일, 예정된 시간은 127.33 US 달러이고 청구서는 139.23 US 달러입니다(이것은 주세 추가, 이해할 수 있습니다). 그러나 내 은행 카드 실제 공제액은 174.23 US 달러입니다. 차이가 너무 큽니다. 2018년의 마지막 날은 사실 이 문제에 대해 걱정하게 만들었습니다. 이것은 나쁜 평가를 받아야 합니다.

리리뷰어프론트 데스크 직원은 훌륭하고 정중했습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 편안했습니다. 수영장이 문을 닫았고 6월 1일이라 아쉬웠습니다. 그들은 미식가 아침 식사를 광고합니다. 놀랍게도 --- 가깝지도 않았고, 커피용 크림도 없었고, 주스 음료 중 하나가 꺼져 있었고, 요구르트도 없었고, 그 다음 모든 것을 마무리했습니다 ----
와플 머신이 역겹다!!! 더러운 & 내가 와플 메이커에 붙어있는 와플에 대해 내 앞에 와플을 만드는 여성에 대해 물었을 때 호스트는 ”글쎄, 와플 메이커의 비 스틱 코팅이 모두 마모되었기 때문입니다.” & 호텔은 새 것을 얻기 위해 예정되어있었습니다. !!! 내가 냅킨으로 그것을 닦았을 때 - 검은 물건이 그것에 나타났다 ... 그래서 오늘 나를 위해 와플이 없다고 말할 필요가 없다!! 와플 메이커는 사용되지 않아야합니다! 우와. 그리고 소시지 링크의 온도는 터치에 차가웠다! !

리리뷰어Bathrooms were nice. Towels big & fluffy. Shower was WONDERFUL! Crack in tile at the rear of shower but it did not effect the shower itself. Not super soft water, which was great. Some places have water so very soft that a person never feels clean.
Bed was comfortable with lots of varied pillows; good choices. Television monitor big and responsive. All the lights worked and were good to read by.
Everything was covered in dust from construction. Breakfast lady did her best but not enough seats and dust hovered in the air. When we first arrived, we did not know how to get to the front desk to check in. (WHEN will you be finished remodeling?!)
Lady with green/blue hair tried to be nice but I am NOT her ”hon.” Three times she called me hon or honey. I'm 73. My wife standing right there. How about a little respect?

리리뷰어The service was outstanding all the way around! I would like to personally take the time to praise April for her over the top customer service, she went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible for myself and my handicapped man. Diria ( the host in the breakfast area) was also a very exceptional employee,she also went out of her way to make our stay great, she found a box for me to carry my handicapped man's breakfast in ,so I could carry it back up to the room for him. You should definitely keep both employees,as they are both over the top customer service friendly people.
