수영장 시설을 갖춘 모로코 마라케시-텐시프트-엘하우즈 호텔

체크인 당일 너무 늦게 도착해서 조용한 방을 원한다고 해서 가장 안쪽 코너로 안내받았습니다. 문에 들어서니 커튼이 빡빡하지 않아 더욱 기분이 나빴다. 방을 바꿔달라고 했어요. 다행히 방을 바꾸는 속도는 꽤 빨랐지만 2층 발코니에 블록이 있어서 조명이 전혀 좋지 않아서 아래층으로 방을 바꿨습니다. 세 끼는 조식이 10시에 끝나서 하루가 없었어요. 점심과 저녁은 비슷했고 먹을 것도 없었습니다. 생선구이 말고는 해산물이 하나도 안보였어요. 사진은 기만적이었습니다. 놀 곳이 꽤 많은데 미끄럼틀이 있는 다른 풀의 물은 차가워서 전시만 할 수 있다.

호텔 위치가 훌륭하고 외관도 멋져요. 낮에는 수영장에서 몇 시간 동안 햇볕을 쬐며 일광욕을 할 수 있고, 직원들도 친절하며 아침 식사도 다양하게 잘 나옵니다. 단점은 객실이 너무 낡았다는 거예요. 위생 설비 상태가 매우 안 좋고, 변기가 흔들려서 앉기가 무서웠어요. 샤워할 때는 물이 잘 안 빠져서 발목까지 물이 차오르더라고요. 아침 식사 때 몇몇 테이블이 흔들려서 직원들에게 말했더니 어깨만 으쓱하더라고요.

Sorry for the long review, but I wanted to be as informative as possible and share the information I would have liked to know before booking. This was my 5th trip to Marrakesh and my first stay at Savoy Le Grand. I was quite nervous booking after reading some negative reviews, but overall I had a very pleasant experience. From the moment we stepped out of the taxi, we were warmly welcomed by Salah (concierge) and the Moroccan tea man in reception. From check-in to check-out (4 days later), all staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Everyone we encountered spoke Arabic, French, and English, which made communication very easy. The foyer is beautiful, and the grounds are extremely well cared for—even more beautiful than expected. That said, there is ongoing construction and upgrades, which are not mentioned on the website. This is currently their quiet season, and the main construction is above the reception building, which is being extended upwards. Noise started daily around 9:15am, drilling around 9:38am, and finished around 6:30pm. Estimated completion is 1 May 2026. If you request a room near the second smaller pool, the noise is much less noticeable. The noise is louder and echoes more around the main pool due to the square layout. The hotel has four pools: two outdoor and two indoor. One indoor pool is heated and includes jacuzzi jets. There is also an additional indoor jacuzzi at the spa, charged at MAD 250 per person for one hour. There are three à la carte restaurants on site: Moroccan, International, and Italian. Directly outside the hotel are a supermarket, Paul, Chilli’s, and Papa John’s. Please note that outside food is not allowed inside the hotel. There is an ATM in reception and direct access to Menara Mall, which closes at 10pm. Special thanks to Nabil at reception, who did an excellent job checking us in. He listened carefully to my needs and arranged early check-in to a ground-floor room close to the restaurants, spa, and gym, with a garden and pool view. Soundproofing from the pool area was good, although hallway noise does travel. The grounds are beautiful, but the ground-floor rooms occasionally had a sewage smell, which I’ve also experienced at other Moroccan hotels. We did experience a few issues with our first room (heating not working, leaking fridge, slow-draining sink). Without us needing to complain, Soukayna from guest relations came first thing the next morning and immediately arranged for us to move to a beautiful suite. This level of customer service, care, and attentiveness is exactly what you expect from a 5-star hotel. In the evening there’s live entertainment music in the bar and outside a light & water fountain display. The suite was stunning—very spacious, with a separate living area, two balconies, lots of storage, mini fridge, large sofa, king-size bed, two TVs, kettle, coffee machine, safe, bathrobes and slippers. The bathroom had two sinks (standard rooms have one), plenty of toiletries (no washcloths), a large shower with both handheld and waterfall options, and excellent water pressure. There wasn’t much space to hang items, and there is a bidet hose beside the toilet. Thank you to the head cleaning lady for the final touches and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. I’d like to thank all the staff for providing us with a wonderful stay. I love the Moroccan people—they are humble, kind, and always willing to help. Despite the construction, I achieved my goal of relaxation and a short break. This is now my new favourite hotel in Marrakesh, and I will definitely return and recommend it to friends and family

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like part of the family. A huge thank you to Aziz at reception and El Houssaine, who were both absolutely exceptional. Their kindness, warmth and genuine care made our stay so special. They didn’t just provide great service, they made us feel like we were staying with family, and that’s something we’ll never forget. We came to celebrate our anniversary, and without us even asking, they surprised us by setting up a beautifully romantic dinner table. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our celebration incredibly special. It’s the little touches like this that create memories that last a lifetime. One evening, we got back from the Medina in the early hours after an adrenaline filled adventure exploring the bustling streets and markets. We mentioned that a nice cup of tea and some biscuits would be perfect to help us unwind, and by the time we arrived back, Aziz already had everything waiting for us with a smile. It was such a simple but incredibly thoughtful gesture that perfectly sums up the level of hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. A special thank you also goes to Yousara, for her warm greetings every single morning. The breakfasts were fresh, delicious and prepared with so much care. Starting each day with wonderful food made every morning something to look forward to. Thank you as well to another wonderful Aziz (who served us in the restaurant). Every day he looked after us so well, and when he realised our phone charger wasn’t working, he kindly lent us his own charger without us even having to ask again. That level of kindness and generosity says everything about the people who work here. And to the wonderful gentleman who welcomed us each morning at breakfast with a big smile and great energy, you made every breakfast feel special and set the tone for the day. We never forgot your warm welcome. Thank you for always making us feel so at home. The lunch and dinner deserves a special mention too. The chef is simply outstanding! Every meal was fresh, beautifully prepared and full of flavour. Honestly, the food here was far better than what we had at several of the rooftop restaurants in the Medina. We’re already missing every meal! The rooftop is something truly magical. Watching the sun set with the Atlas Mountains stretching out on one side, while the moon slowly rose above them as the sun disappeared on the opposite horizon, was breathtaking. No words, and certainly no photographs, can do that view justice. It’s something you simply have to experience for yourself. The hotel itself has everything you could want, stunning views, wonderfully comfortable beds, peaceful surroundings and an atmosphere that instantly helps you relax. It truly felt like a home away from home. To Aziz, El Houssaine and the entire team, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You didn’t just make our anniversary special, you made our whole trip unforgettable. Your kindness, professionalism and genuine hospitality are what make this place so unique, and you are all a huge credit to the hotel. This wasn’t just a hotel stay, it was an experience we’ll treasure forever. We already miss everyone and can’t wait to return. In fact, we’re already looking at booking our next trip, and this time we’ll be bringing our friends and family so they can experience this incredible place and meet the amazing people who made our stay so memorable. 주변 환경과 건축은 매우 훌륭하지만, 서비스는 일반 호텔 수준이며, 그렇다고 해서 프리미엄을 정당화할 수는 없습니다. 예를 들어, 저와 제 친구는 다른 시간에 도착했지만, 호텔은 각 객실에 대해 무료 픽업 서비스를 한 번만 제공해주었습니다. 결국, 우리 객실 측에서 공항 픽업 서비스를 취소한 후에야 친구의 출발 택시 요금을 환불해 주겠다고 했습니다. 매우 번거로웠습니다. 1박에 2~3천 위안이 드는 중국 내 호텔은 모두 1인당 무료 픽업 서비스를 제공합니다. 루앙프라방의 아만은 귀사와 같은 브랜드로, 투숙객이 호텔을 나서서 게임을 할 때마다 무료 픽업 서비스를 제공합니다. 또한, 우리가 아침을 먹고 있을 때, 직원들이 우리 친구 중 다른 한 명에게 주스를 쏟았는데, 그들은 사과도 하지 않았고, 내 친구에게 묻은 주스와 바닥에 묻은 주스를 치우지도 않았습니다. 간단히 말해서, 여기의 서비스는 기대에 못 미쳐서 두 번째는 가지 않을 것 같아요.

This is an absolutely stunning Riad. I cannot praise it enough. The courtyard is beautiful and full of trees and plants. The restaurant shares this space and is a wonderful experience to have breakfast, lunch or dinner among the trees and plants. We stayed in room Orientalle and it is just incredible. There is a balcony over the pool and plenty of room to relax. The artwork is also stunning, not just in the room but all over the riad. It is like staying in a museum. There are also many patios to relax in although we could not make full use of them as the weather wasn't great. The real stars of the Riad are the staff. They are simply amazing. Ahmed looked after us so well. Sorted out our transfers and organised a tour of Marrakech, booked a restaurant for is. Would always ask if we were okay was always ready with a tip or helping on what to do or where to go. When he wasn't there Khalid did the same. Khalid is also very friendly and helpful. It was great having them in reception just before you went out. As we had come to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary Ahmed had decorated the room with petals and had also arranged a bunch of roses for my wife. He also organised a special vegetarian dinner in the restaurant for us Housekeeping led by Latifa were great and the room was cleaned very well and repeatedly decorated with rose petals. Breakfast is a traditional Moroccan one and is very good. The star is however Oussama, our waiter. He looked after us every day and insisted we try everything and made sure we had a good breakfast. He is a very genuine person and truly wants you to have a good time. When we had dinner at the restaurant one evening he made sure we couldn't eat another crumb. A truly kind and sweet person I cannot praise the Riad and staff enough. It is not the cheapest place but for my wife and I it was worth every penny. The memories we have will last for ever. We will return

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the whole experience even better. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Everything from the service to the facilities exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again on my next visit.
